Signed up for the monthly washes for the winter and canceled in the spring. Or so I thought. Glow has charged my wifes & my CC without authorization for 5 months now. Every month I have to go talk to Anthony who states he will fix it, refund the charge & offers to give me a free month for the inconvenience. Neither has happened. I get a credit, then I'm charged for the next month again. They play games. I'll cancel my cards to prevent future charges & seek damages. read more

This was the first and last time I will be going to this car wash. I opted to try their "ultimate" car wash for $16. The pros were that it did wash the salt off my vehicle. The cons were for the price I did not get what I paid for. They did not dry off my vehicle which left nasty streaks on it (see attached pictures) and did not receive a tire shine either. Also, there are other car washes in the greater Middlesex county area that give a full service wash (I.e. dry, vacuum, tire shine) for similar the price. If you like to waste your money then by all means take your car to this establishment. If you enjoy your car getting a thorough clean then take elsewhere. read more

They have the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I pull up my car to the car wash, the guy just starts screaming at me, telling me to take my foot off the brake, multiple times. Then comes to my window, sees that I never had my foot on the break. He then says "I saw you had your foot on the break". He then goes back pushes a button on the panel or whatever and then the car starts moving. This idiot actual forgot to turn on the machine and was screaming at me, instead. Went with the most basic $7 car wash, just to play it safe. The cleaning was sub-par; I was expecting a lot of rotating brushes to clean the exteriors thoroughly, but that wasn't the case. It's a wash only service, with limited drying. I didn't realize I had to wipe off the water drops with a clean cloth, until I drove off a mile after the wash. The water droplets left marks on my windshield. Free vacuum was a nice inclusion but the hose could be longer. I couldn't vacuum the trunk and didn't have time left to re-position the back of my vehicle. It should've been a $5 cash wash. I'm not sure if I'd try the high end car was packages, considering my current experience. read more

Been a while since I've been here and looks completely remodeled.Came here on a sunny Saturday afternoon to no line so decided to get a quick wash. Very reasonably priced with plenty of options that you can choose on a touch screen. I went with the basic $6 wash which was probably a mistake and should have opted for a wax as well. I have been going to this car wash for a little over a year now. I have found this car wash to be very accommodating. The staff here are very respectful, courteous and friendly. One of the things that I like the most is the self-serve system they have. You even have the option of a free vaccum token at the end of your selective transaction. I feel all places should really come up with this same Self Service System. This facility is also very clean and very inviting. Don't take my word for it. Stop in and see for yourself. I had the unlimited car wash with glow for the month and did not realize it was expired 2 days ago until I reached at the entrance I asked the guy to exit the line and was unable to exit or reverse the line was too long so the guy told me that he'll put it through, they sprayed the wax on the car and while going through the car was just going and No washing or cleaning was happening so then I realize what they did the car had all the white residue from the wax and No washing. On my exit I went to to guy and mentioned what happened to the car and to come and have a look at how dirty the car remained , so he said that I can re enter the line going through again the car was not was and I left with the car dirty again. Sorry because of my experience at Glow Car Wash I'm not purchasing No more unlimited car wash again. The other times they wash the car it always never wash clean and was not satisfied with the finish. That's not the way to handle a situation with a customer. read more

I needed a new car wash and tried Glow and was impressed when I pulled up. I opted for the works $16 and the car wash did not clean the car. The skirts and bottom of the doors were not cleaned. You have to do you own interior cleaning and vacuuming. I got home and spent an hour cleaning the car for what the car wash did not clean. I could of saved myself $16 and done this myself. I lived in Edison for 2 months with family while searching for a permanent house in Hillsborough. I used this car wash for just 1 month. I was very, very impressed. They provide a towelette to clean your inside and a voucher coin for the vacuum. The monthly pass is very economical at $19.99/month. Sadly the current car wash I use in Hillsborough is subpar and I always compare it to Glow Express. I really wish there was a Glow Express near me. The workers are very pleasant and courteous. I love this car wash. You get a free vacuum and wipey for the dashboard. And it looks pretty cool while going through the machine. For a pretty decent few you can as many times as you want per month. I dig it. It's not top of the line car wash service where people hand dry your car. But it's a pretty awesome job for what you pay. Just wanted to see how it works the automatic express car wash, once you sit in the car & it moves into the tunnel from one side to other. You take it out & do the vacuum yourself, it's one thing that will make sure that you clean it better than others. The only thing you need to carry when you go there is cleaning rugs for cleaning inside of the car, rest is in-&-out with a clean car. read more

I was there twice, first time was pretty bad. Bird droppings barely came off. A lot of water was left over after drying. Had to do a lot by hand. Gave them a second chance because their prices are cheap. I'd rather spend more money else where. read more

This car wash has been recently renovated and is much improved. It's been repainted, new touch screens were added for automated payment and they now accept cards which is great. They have cool neon lights inside and I'm always happy with how my car comes out, the guys are very friendly and the vacuums to use after are free which is awesome. This is my go-to car wash. i went today. Car in front did not get out immediately so system went into a stop. i drove out after the car in front left as air vents were not working. I pulled up to the start again to redo my wash again and attendant was telling me it was my fault that i drove out. The guy was very rude and raised his voice at me, said he looked at the cameras and that it was my fault. All i wanted was to redo the wash so that my car can complete the wash and dry. I was so humiliated, stressed and disappointed. I had to get a lecture before i can get a rewash. Never again Glow Express. This was my first and lest. So much for customer service. If you want a decent wash and no attendant shouting at you, go some place else. To top it off, the wash was not even good. read more

I went to get a refund and they said she was mistaken "they always give literature and an explanation of ow to cancel" My wife was not so advised. she would not even have taken a free car wash if she had to cancel anything. I have the unlimited ultimate wash for my car and the unlimited basic wash for my wife's. Every time we have come the staff is pleasant and friendly. Guys who are into cars work here and seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I go a few times per week with both of my cars and they always look great. The convenience of not having to exit the car with my little kids is priceless. I pull up, drive through, and carry on with my day. 5 minutes max even when there is a little line of cars on the weekend. Vacuum tokens are a free option also. Can't beat it read more

Friendly service. I was greeted by a gentleman to help me select the correct wash. The exterior of the car came out well. Full service does not include a vacuum, unless you do it for yourself with the complimentary token that comes with a wash. I subtracted one star because I was feeling lazy, and did not feel like cleaning the inside of the car. I did vacuum the interior because I did not want to waste the token. I gave it a try because of other 5-star reviews. While they were very courteous, helpful and polite; I wasn't impressed by the cleaning. Their machine could not clean bird droppings or other marks on the surface. There was no one to clean the edges where machine could not reach. This would be my place to go to, if they start providing interior cleaning and a manual touch up after car comes out from the machine. read more

I took a monthly membership 3 months ago and am very happy with the service. The most cars I have had in line before me is 4-5 and the line runs very smoothly & quickly. This is thanks to the time of day/season but also the guys helping with the payments and prepping the cars for the wash. They're all very nice & helpful. I love that a token for the vacuums is part of the price. The vacuums work well and the hoses are a good length. The property is clean and maintained well. Since I can go as often as I like (and I do) my car is cleaned and vacuumed and looks great in under 30 minutes. I never thought I would go enough to make it worth the price but Glow Wash has made it easy and it's become an excellent value for me. read more
