Unbelievable!! Apparently, I came here once before, and perhaps I was in a drunken stupor because the review I left back then does NOT reflect how I feel about this experience. My goodness!! Had such a great time. My wife came into town, and we decided to get our buddy out of the house and drove out to Bonney Lake, called him up and said get off your @$$ and meet us at Glow. And sure enough, he turned out. This place was amazing. We grabbed a spot up front by the bar and the indoor fire pit, which was great ambiance to the whole experience. We ordered several mouthwatering drinks, along with a couple smoked Old Fashioneds.... ALL of them were fantastic. We also ordered the Nachos, smothered in cheese with black beans, pico, and that sauce! Think it was lime and avocado cremas... man that popped in the mouth! We had a great bar tender, who crafted incredible signature cocktails. Thank you for such a great experience and apologies for the somewhat pathetic review from the first time. Had the most wonderful night here. Drinks and service were great. The drinks come with a flare, which is nice in our small town. The staff doesn't hover but is there if you need them or want more. Very frustrating experience. The business hours said they were open until 9 PM, but I arrived at 7 PM and they were already closed. Businesses need to keep their hours updated accurately so customers don't waste time driving there, especially those who don't live close by. read more

Not a bad place to hang out and grab a drink. Prices are a little steep, and I froze because they had their A/C on at 9 PM on a cold night. I didn't love my drink, but the dip was good. I recently moved to the area and had been looking forward to trying this bar for a while. Unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. We went on a Saturday evening around 6 PM. It wasn't super busy--balcony seating was full, a few people at the bar, and a couple of tables were occupied in the dining area. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. No one offered us water or brought us menus. My husband had to get up and grab menus himself. Another 10 minutes passed before our server finally came to take our order. When our food was eventually brought out (by a different staff member), we never heard from our server again--no check-in, no water, nothing. Meanwhile, we saw him chatting and offering drinks to another table nearby. After finishing our meal, we waited another 10-15 minutes with no one coming by or even making eye contact. We had to flag someone down just to get the check. Only then did our server come over and suddenly try to engage in conversation--conveniently, right when it was time to tip. And here's the kicker: the preset tip options were 0%, 20%, 25%, and 30%. My husband kindly tipped 20%, but honestly, if it were up to me, I would have tipped $0. We normally tip well--20% for decent service, more when it's great--but this was just not acceptable. I get that people rely on tips, but the basic level of service just wasn't there. I absolutely LOVED Glow Martini Lounge. We got there maybe a hour before the evening crowd (and it did get busy - but still comfortable and relax) and sat at the bar in front of the glass fire pit. Gave off a romantic feeling. The lounge is very well decorated as you would expect for relax Martini Bar. There is a bar to sit at, table and chairs, and two comfortable couch n' chair sitting area. There is table staff is very friendly. We enjoyed visiting with our barkeep and meeting new people as they came and sat around the bar. We love meeting new people. We sat there for a few hours (catching up with a friend that met us there) enjoying our drinks and one appetizer. We had eaten shortly before or we would have indulged in more delicious foods off of their menu. I love a good martini and I enjoyed 4 great ones. My hubby enjoyed his traditional old fashion and a fun smoked old fashion. Stop in. Give them a try. I am sure you will enjoy your food and drinks. I'd always thought from the name that it was only a bar, but glow martini also offers a nice little menu with food offerings that are tasty, attractive, and extremely well prepared. Everything was excellent. The atmosphere was a mix between Nashville, Scottsdale, and New York; fun and classy. I felt right at home. The staff is incredible with their service and "cocktailmanship". Glow was definitely a vibe! Bartender Camera was the main event honestly as he kept making me drinks that were not on the menu. For example, he made me an old fashioned with "bacon fat wash" which was phenomenal! Then he made me another old fashioned which was smoked which comes with beauty and the beast enchanted rose glass covering keeping the smoke within. Fun and swanky place with great food! Service can be hit and miss, but usually it's good. Often times it's very busy which is when things can get slow. The drinks are great and often have a unique twist. The bar tenders are experienced and know how to make a lot of drinks. Prices are a bit higher than other places, but it's a more upper-class style and on par for attracting that type of crowd. The food, small plates and desserts, are really good. I've had a few of both when I've gone. Portions are perfect for sharing. It's a perfect place for a date or meeting a very small group. I wouldn't recommend it for large group gathering. There is one area that can hold a larger group, but it's not good if you want to order food since there isn't a good table set up in that area. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been! read more

As we walked into Glow, my alcohol belly rumbled. What type of martini do I want tonight? A thick chocolatey concoction with a steady rhythm? Great drinks (STRONG) drinks and yummy food! Shareable too! All great all around. We sat outside and even though it doesn't look terribly relaxing, because of the parking lot, it really is! Was fun to sit outside during a end of summers night. This is definitely a place to gather and have great conversation with friends or have a fun getaway for a date night close to home! I highly recommend checking it out! I'm only giving it 4 stars due to the waiter we had. He was just very slow and didn't take our plates away quickly so we had some awkward moments of needing to duffle around our drinks and plates ourselves. read more

I've been here many many times, and while the food and drink is always great, the service has always been lacking. Normally served by a wait staff that seems like they hate everyone, with no smiles and no personalities like you're bothering them by asking them to serve you. I actually stopped coming for a while because of the service. I was pleasantly surprised going in tonight by a new server named Hannah. Smiling! Friendly! Helpful! What a different experience when you pair great food and drinks with great service. The bartenders are all top-notch and also deserve a better wait staff to highlight their creations. Now I want to come back after having a great experience! This place has a great vibe and menu and is like no other bar in Bonney Lake. Tried this place last night. The service sitting at the bar was great. The food was nothing to rave about. The chicken nachos were hard to eat because the chicken tasted like the precooked cheap chicken meat. The stuffed mushrooms were nothing to rave about. I expected something different from what came out. It just tasted like sausage in a mushroom. I'm surprised about all the reviews raving about their food. One of our favorite stops when visiting Bonnie Lake. We had the Wedge Salad Spinach & Artichoke Dip both are delicious and more than enough for two. Drinks are always good, Seattle Sunset and The Green Drink are fun drinks, I love the classic Grey Goose Martini. Lots of drinks to choose from. Drinks were great - the best Negroni that I've had. The food (ceviche, flat bread, lettuce wraps) was disappointing. The ceviche was bay shrimp served with Tostitos chips and the guacamole was brown. The flat bread was burnt and lacked flavor (mushroom with chicken). The lettuce wraps were about 400% of your sodium for the day. We ate three out of the seven wraps and the server didn't ask if we enjoyed it. I also had to walk up to the bar to get another drink when I specially asked our server for another round. To put this into perspective, we were the only open table in the place - three people at the bar. Again, the drinks were on point. I suggest this place as a night cap, not a place to dine. read more

Terrible experience here two months ago but just getting around to leave review. Came in with a friend and ordered wine and hitch tasted good. The bartender was rude and loudly debating with someone a few seats over. Then a kitchen girl came out with an attitude (unrelated to the nearby debate) and she smelled heavily like weed. Nobody seemed to be a good mood. It was so awkward. I was going to order food but decided against it. Cute restaurant. Sad because it has potential. We were fine with that, but after the time elapsed we were told another 20 minutes... fine. Then that elapsed and we're told they were waiting for a table that cashed out over an hour ago to leave. We were told they can't ask them to leave because they don't have a policy, UNBELIEVABLE!!! While waiting several folks came and left because of the over hype, I also notice on the waiting list several "no answer" of people who put their name on the wait list and the wait was too long. What a surprise and blessing that Glow wasn't as busy as they normally are because we were seated immediately (and the 90 minute limit they have posted in their website must have been overlooked - fantastic because what group of 3 ladies can keep a conversation under 90 minutes...especially with drinks involved!!). Anyway, our party ordered the prosciutto blueberry flatbread, BLT and the wedge salad. Yummiest goodness!!! Fries are 10/10 as was the flatbread! We started with the Evolve, gummy bear and plain lemon drop martinis. Great drinks. 2nd round was a Salted caramel, Zen and the Glowtini. Again, great drinks. 3rd round was a swap of same drinks different recipient. Lol.
