The owner introduced herself and the stylists, they showed us to a dedicated space for everyone to wait between services, and get dressed. Once we were settled in we moved back upstairs to the salon for hair. I was paired with the owner, Misty. I have a pixie with a shaved undercut so not too much to work with, but Misty did a great job. She gave me plenty of volume and the perfect "updo". Once my hair was gone I was shuttled downstairs for makeup. I was paired with Gabby, who did a quick consultation and jumped right in. I had full glam with lashes applied. I find this to be unprofessional considering the late cancellation and it was done via email when a phone call would have been much more direct. I cannot comment on the treatments and experience (as I never got the chance to receive any services) however, from a business aspect I do not recommend this place as dependable.

I'm wasting hours of my life going in there each and every time all she kept doing was telling me about her work hours how much time she was taking, how much money she spent on them I told her I was disappointed that her customer service since December she didn't even offer me 10% off or I don't constantly feeling like I did something wrong. She sent it to my fb her I have not spoken since 2022 on fb so I had no knowledge that she sent it to my Facebook, we text all the time personal things, work related.why all of a sudden she used fb? I don't know at that point. I was just so upset that I kept feeling like I had to keep speaking up for myself defending I had enough, I explained that I want a refund. She said you can either have a refund or you can go get the removal which at that point I had to make a choice I have no idea how much removal is, but she was not going to help me with both then she told me that I had to wait for my refund because she uses a system to where she could not get the refund back at that point. I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. This was my it has affect it self esteem the way I take pictures and for someone to just not care or to constantly blame me or make me feel like I did something wrong when I was 100% understanding that mistakes happen but I got sick of being treated like I was doing something wrong, God bless her. NÜIQ is a high-end med spa with sophisticated interior design - innovative lighting and comfy velvet couches. We don't have spas quite like this one in Cleveland. It's crème de la crème. They offer a wide range of services - facials, injectables, IV therapy, diagnostic services, and more! They have a lot of advanced technology and techniques. Part of their service involves facial scanning to identify how your face will age and determine key skin issues. It definitely offers you a deeper inside into your skin than regular spas. Their services are tailored to your skin concerns. I talked to a few aestheticians during my visit. They were incredibly friendly experts and open to answer any skin-related questions. In terms of services, I was interested in coming in for a facial (just need to find the time). Signature Facial was recommended to me for a starting service. Following this service, aestheticians recommended trying Glo2Facial for extra skin sparkle. It was recommended as the most exfoliating service. The services are pricey but given the expertise and ambiance, it feels very justified. The spa offers convenient memberships and payment plans for clients. I plan to book my first service next time I'm visiting SoulSpace and PureFyx. It's very convenient to make a day of it - sauna at SoulSpace, juice and healthy lunch at PureFyx, and skincare at NÜIQ!
