I have been going to Viraj for more than 15 years. I believe started out getting my eye brows done for $4.00. She still only charges $9.00 for threading. UNBELIEVABLE pricing. She is the best at what she does and believe me when I have to go to the MALL when she is out of town, I am not happy about it. She will thread or wax your lip area for you. She does amazing facials and much more. She is always on time and respects your time as much as she respects her own. Viraj is a wonderful woman to and always professional. I miss the times when I went to her home for eyebrows because she used to feed me that great spicy Indian food but love her all the same. I went to a place in the mall for several years & dealt with it. I had my favorite threaders but there were times they wouldnt do my eyebrows as i wanted them but like i said, i dealt with them because i didnt know anywhere else or anyone else. Well, somehow my sisters & mother found out about kaya elements & told me for a whole year to go to her. But i was so used to going to where i was confortable at. Well one day the mall made my eyebrows so thin & too far apart that i got upset. I waited a few wks & made an appointment with "kaya"(thats not her name but thats what shes known as) & shes great! I have had previous poor experience with professional leg, eyebrow, chin waxes, so I was nervous. Viraj assured me being beautiful can be painful. She gave me a brazilian wax and there was no pain. She worked quickly and used only enough wax to get the job done. The only downside was difficulty in her accepting my paper Groupon where she prefers her customers to have the app on their phone. I've been here a few time now, the first which was when my best friend and I desperately needed to get them done on Thanksgiving morning and she graciously allowed us to come in! I purchased a dermaplaning with light chemical peel deal from Groupon. What a fantastically wonderful experience! My skin feels so soft - I love it. Viraj spent an hour cleansing, massaging, using an ultrasonic treatment, a light/massage treatment, and did I mention massaging (??!) my face (and massaging my neck). All of the products are plant based and made in the USA - and smell wonderful. I've never had a peaches and cream complexion - but this will certainly help with the aging process! read more
