I loved my previous dentist and was loyal to him but we relocated to Austin a little less than a year ago and so we can't go to Huntington Beach for cleanings anymore. No problem this women run business has all the cool tech and amazing client care I have come to adore and they have amazing bedside manner. I appreciate that your first appointment is thoroughly checking your baseline and you can see over your next cleanings what progress needs to be made and they track it for you. They have the coolest 3D imagery technology too. I also had my teeth whitened (over $1000) for my wedding and it whitened my teeth 2 -2 &1/2 levels which made a difference in the close up pictures! Because of them I'm more motivated to floss because I want to improve my progress! They are also incredible about trying to respect your time and schedule you if you have an emergency. They have video games for your other children to play while you wait in the with your child if have more than one child with you like I do most of the times we come visit. If your child comes here they always receive a coin to choose a toy from the machine. They definitely go into detail with you about your child's teeth. Today we learned our youngest is already getting his molars in. They are very experienced with taking care of your kids teeth. I was so amazed at the care and kindness that they put into each of their clients. Usually you are in and out pretty fast when you have a scheduled appointment. Your children get to watch their favorite Netflix show while they getting their teeth cleaned or worked on. In the waiting room they have a TV with Netflix and video games area for your kids to keep themselves entertained. My family's experience here has been great and I highly recommend this place for kids.

The cleaning was rushed, and I was pressured for additional services (tooth filling and Invisalign), which I declined. During my second visit 6 months later, I was kept waiting 30 minutes into my scheduled appointment time despite arriving 20 minutes early to my appointment. They wanted to do a second X-ray, which I pointed out was unnecessary and not covered by my insurance, and they agreed, so I returned to the waiting room. Then, I was informed by the receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the doctor that I needed a deep cleaning of my bottom teeth based on the X-ray they took from the first visit. I was not informed any of this during my first visit. This deep cleaning would not be covered by my insurance either, so I refused. At this point, the doctor said I could reschedule for another day for a regular top and bottom teeth cleaning because there was not enough time to clean both top and bottom, even though I was early to my appointment. Then, I was ushered out to the waiting room again to sign a deep cleaning refusal form. Now, a different doctor came out and said I could no longer reschedule my regular teeth cleaning for another day since I refused the deep cleaning! All I wanted was a routine, regular teeth cleaning with no extra service tacked on. Instead, I got conflicting messages, shady practices, and wasted time. My guess is they are going to reply to this message saying that this is their professional opinion, and I am free to refuse deep cleaning, as they are free to refuse to provide regular cleaning, and that's 100% fair. It is also fair for you as a patient to find a dentistry that does not rip you off to boost profit margins. Get a second opinion elsewhere!

My daughter,…read moreyoungest of four kiddos suffered some really challenging medical trauma before she was 2 years old and the memories of that fear and pain lives in her body. She's cured every time she walks into a medical office of ANY type since she was able to communicate. When we walked into the dentist office for the first time it was no different. She was terrified. Dr loving and her team met her in her fear and held her. They have tenderly and patiently nurtured her and helped her rebuild trust not only with her body, but also with her medical providers. Giving her space to ask questions, taking time to show her and patiently moving at a pace where she could engage the courage she needed to step into situations and spaces that felt scary and overwhelming. Including things in her mouth, shots, x-rays, any anything where she felt a loss of control. Today we went in for an emergency visit, she had cracked a molar and turned out she needed a crown. 1 hour later we walked out with a smiling little girl, who she'd maybe two years before the procedure started. She did amazing and she left feeling proud and happy about her new "princess crown" a feat that ONLY happened because of the care and attention that has been provided by Brandy and her team. I can not recommend them enough. I have kids ages 15 - 6 and have had multiple different dental experiences since becoming a mom, hands down THIS IS THE BEST! I wish we had known about her earlier and can guarantee we will be with her as long we she will see my kids. I'm so thankful and feel like they have not only helped instill confidence in my daughter related to her experience at the dentist, but they have truly helped her heal from medical trauma that could have caused anxiety for the rest of her life. The lobby is big and full of things to keep the children busy, while the front office staff is friendly both on the phone and in person.
