We've been with Dr. T for many years, before she opened her private practice actually, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She's conservative with treatment and REALLY listens to your concerns. She's very thorough in answering questions and explaining things. She always remembers my kids and things they're interested in. Everyone in the office has always been caring and kind and efficiently handled the couple of small issues we've had. An added bonus, my youngest child recently told me at our last visit that it's his favorite place bc the toilet is quiet when it flushes. Both my 3 yo and my 5 yo have now visited Big Top. I can't say enough good things about them. The place is clean with lots of toys for the kids to play with. They have a train table along with other toys at the front and then a big play area at the back too. I love it because the child that isn't being seen can go play there while they wait. Our three kids went here for the first time and had an amazing experience. The place is clean and built with kids in mind. There's a play area in the back so 2 of my kids can stay occupy while my oldest was taking X-rays. Everyone was extremely nice and patient- they went with the kids' pace and made sure they had a positive experience. No tears or cry, just tons of smiles and giggles. Rude front staff. We didn't get to know Dr. Trueblood, because the front desk staff seemed more interested in demonstrating her authority that assisting a potential patient. I explained that due to a death in the family we were traveling and unable to complete the paperwork prior to our appt- but was happy to do it right then and even offered to call insurance company myself to have them verify my benefits etc. Ellie was inflexible and unwilling to assist. We were able to find another pediatric dentist who took us same day, verified our benefits and allowed us to complete the paperwork in office. Here's the scoop: -When I was new to the area, I had 3 moms, who did not know one another, all recommend Big Top. I figured that was a good sign and have been going ever since. -Dr. Trublood is great with the kids. My daughter loves going to the dentist. She's excited when she knows she gets to go. Dr. T makes all of the kids feel comfortable and welcome. It's nice to not have to fight with my kid to go. -I've never had a problem with scheduling or billing. I can usually get in pretty quickly if needed. I also know if there are any extra charges before service is done. A+ on both accounts. -The office is always clean, organized, and just a welcoming atmosphere. -Appointments actually run on time! Every visit has run so smoothly. We get called back on time or sometimes a bit earlier. We go back and get the whole check up, cleaning, X-rays, etc done quickly and efficiently. We've never had to wait long periods or feel like our time is wasted. Yay for scheduling appointments so well! Like I said earlier, I can only say great things about Big Top.
