Another woman, who seemed to be the owner, stepped in with no introduction or explanation and just continued the service. I had asked for an almond-square shape, but she did a square shape instead, which wasn't what I wanted. I decided to let that go at the time. Unfortunately, the shellac started chipping just two days later, and another nail chipped on day 7. Normally, my shellac lasts over two weeks without issue, so I was really disappointed in the quality. Overall, I appreciated the convenience and the quick seating, but the communication, attention to detail, and durability of the manicure fell short.

These pics were taken 2 days after I got them done. I'm a stay at home mom so my nails usually last at the very least 2 weeks. These are the ugliest nails I've ever had but after taking up half of my day I was ready to just get out of there. The nail polish is super thick in certain places and this was supposed to be cat eye polish which I paid extra for. They also charged 15 dollars to do my cuticles and as you can see my cuticles are not done. This was a very expensive lesson.

Manisha is quick to respond! I came in on Saturday morning, which was so nice to have their studio open on the weekends! Manisha (owner) greeted me so kindly. She assessed my eyebrows, and we discussed what I was going for. This was my first time getting tint on my eyebrows. Her salon follows CDC guidelines with COVID precautions, she had her mask on at all times. I thought it was amazing that she was threading my eyebrows (without using her mouth, which is how threading was done before). After making sure I was happy with the shape, she proceeded with the tinting process which took only 10 or so minutes. I have to say I am SO happy with the results! The tinting makes my eyebrows look full with such a nice shape! They offer other services such as facials, microblading and lash extensions with another artist there.
