The absolute worst delivery company on the planet. Totally incompetent, untruthful, deceitful and completely dishonest. How this company is in business is beyond me. Their customer service reps seem like rejects from the unemployment line - incompetent, rude, too busy eating while talking to you, unable to find simple tracking numbers, etc. If you use them, you deserve to lose your parcel. They are all lazy, all drivers, for three days now do not want to take the 20 + boxes. Management is no better, not enforcing them to do the job they are paid for. The other day had one driver to pick up two small boxes and ask a femal to pike up the other box and bring it to his vehical stay away from this company ! read more

During first call I was told I would get a call back within 48 hours, during 2nd call I was told my issue was escalated and I would hear back within 24 hours. Never heard from them. This is truly the worst delivery company I have ever encountered. They straight up lie about delivery attempts (ie: they have now twice claimed that nobody was home to accept delivery when I have been home all day). They leave no notification that they have been there. I have tried to track the driver on their app but the tracking will not show up when using the mobile app. Even if I wanted to try to pick this package up at their warehouse, there appears to be no way to do so. Why any company would chose to do business with them is beyond me. I don't think I will order from companies that contract with them, even if they are underselling their much better competitors. read more

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. My package had been in their warehouse for 8 days. I've called and spoke to someone 4 times with a promise of a call back immediately. No one has called. No one has reached out at all. No explanation as to why my package is frozen in their Benicia Ca warehouse. I need this delivery very bad. GLS shipping has failed to deliver two parcels this past week. According to the company's tracking upload, one item was delivered to Fullerton, CA instead of to me in Sacramento! No delivery photo uploaded. The second item was one of two shipped in cardboard box that was opened and the item removed. The delivery driver perked the shipping label off the box, with the cardboard sticking to it, placed on the second item and left it on the sidewalk in front of my home. The uploaded photo shows my mailbox but NOT the item removed from the shipping box! These delivery drivers are thieves! read more

They delivered my package to the wrong address. After I called to confirm , I was told that they would follow up. That was almost a week ago. Lied to shipper about me not being home one day for delivery. Redelivery window for another day was 10a-noon. Finally arrived at 4:15p. If you have to call their 800 number, ask for the regional location instead. 800 calls go to a call center and have no ability to do anything but read when you can already find online. I'm dying of cancer. I rely on a specific daily drug that requires signature for delivery. This horrible company failed to deliver the package (sent overnight delivery), and it has now been five days since it should have been delivered. I have gone without my meds for three days which may actually shorten my life - truly. The company stopped tracking the package three days ago. I and my pharmacy have been unable to get contact with the company... tracking, chat, online, phone - all dead ends. I feel sorry for the customer service rep(s), because this company is so bad. In the past, these guys dumped packages on the street near my mailbox - begging to be stolen by anyone driving by - instead of bringing to my house. In the spirit of fairness and equity, after my laborious conservation with customer service GLS stated that they will try to reschedule the failed delivery in an unspecified amount of time. A couple of hours later, the delivery driver came back and amply waited until an adult in our house was able to receive the package. Ordered a half case of wine. Contacted GLS to make sure it was delivered within a specific time frame. Not only was it delivered hours prior to my request, it was left on my extremely hot (90 degrees) and sunny front porch. No knock on the door, no call, no nothing. The butcher of my venison used this company to ship my meat. Long story short It never arrived, and they couldn't explain what happened to it. Apparently it disappeared, or did someone just take it. Three large boxes of processed prime venison gone. To add insult to injury, they refused to compensate me on the value of the contents. Twice I've had issues with this shipping company. I don't hire them, companies I order from use their services. Twice my package says it's been delivered but it hasn't. Most recently, a picture was provided of my package against a door. A door with a completely different address in the frame, at a condo building I've never seen before. I live in a house. Everytime they say they try to attempt a delivery it's a lie. I'm home almost 24/7 and they say nobody answered or a road closure. This happends every month. Do not under any circumstances use this carrier. I had a "signature required" package "out for delivery" for 12 hours that was not delivered. They returned the package, then re-shipped the following day. They would not provide an ETA. I waited 12 hours and still no package. They are liars and will waste multiple days not delivering the package. Untrustworthy and inconsiderate of customer time. GLS should be renamed "Good Luck Shipping". We have been relying on GSO for many years to help in delivery of our wines. Acct 52844. We are a small organic winery, the message we are receiving now is GSL does not care. We had a wonderful contact in Ukiah, Amelia who ran the company, worked overtime and gave her all. Now, all of your employees don't care. The help desk is manned by minimum wage workers, whose main purpose is to get you off the phone. They cannot call or trace the drivers or packages. Only forward messages. Recently, we set wine out for pickup and had to call and call for days to get a driver to pick them up. One driver reported that he went and the gate was locked. The gate was not locked and the wine was outside the gate on a dali with a tarp and a large GSO sign on top of the shipment. (for 3 days) The camera at the gate had recorded fed ex drivers but no GSO driver, so I guess someone on your force was not being truthful. The next driver that picked up 5 cases after we called for 2 days in attempt to get someone to pick up, apparently decided not to scan one case of wine and keep it for himself. For the chat line , both of whom disconnected said that the shipment 559313803 had never been scanned or in their system. That means we lost a case without any evidence of your picking it up. Which no one in claims cares about and bounces back to us , How can we trust you to continue to ship without a receipt that it has been scanned. It seems that most of your drivers these days are now dishonest , and no one in contacts or follow up cares about anything but getting rid of you when you question this. Straight up scam. I've been waiting for days for my package. They lie and say they attempted to deliver it day after day while never showing up. I literally waited outside for them and in real time saw on their website they delivered the package, but there was no delivery in sight. I know a scam when I see one. The driver lied and said I signed for a package when he dropped it in the middle of the driveway and took off. When trying to reach a supervisor they will not put you through and disconnect you.
