It's so conveniently located. Right off the freeway. I can just hop on and off the freeway and I'm right there. You just make a right turn off the freeway exit and pull into the third driveway or so. There is rarely a line, or if there is one it goes quickly. I like going to a live person to make my returns. They have never failed me. Unlike some other UPS stores who lost my items this store has never lost my items. And I return a fair amount of times. I love amazon for that. You can buy on a whim and then after you're in your right mind you can return that item. I usually return things in a day or two of receiving them. My dad is the opposite, he just likes to test the return window and return in a day or two before the window closes. The UPS store is so close to home that I can go on my lunch break and it takes less than a half hour to go drop off my item and return home. If you'd rather do it on your self. The UPS store has a kiosk that you can do your returns with out having to interact with a real person. It can be quicker if there is a line. When I arrived a women just zipped in and went to the kiosk and there was no one in like so she could have easily gone to the counter. Lucky for me she didn't clog up the line and I just zipped in and out. In another UPS Store I used to have a mailbox. It's a regular mailbox not a PO Box. This enables you to have packages shipped to you such as amazon and other online places you make purchases. And you don't need to buy a big box. You can rent the smaller box and still get your packages delivered to you. They just store them in the back for you. This is also safer than having the packages delivered to your house when you're not home. No more porch pirates stealing your packages. I like their copy service. Instead of you having to using the self serve copier they will make your copies off their professional machines and they won't mess up like you may as you aren't used to the machine. Instead of paying for a single strip of tape, you can buy a whole roll from their shipping supplies section. Thus it may be cheaper to package your own items versus having them package it for you. Something they now offer is a USPS mailbox so you can mail your USPS letters in house. Overall I'm really happy with my experiences. I come here every few months depending on my shopping addiction.

However, for some reason, it was then sent to the wrong hearby city, where they realized the mistake. Now I have to wait another 24 hours for the system to update and for the new stage of delivery to begin. My suggestions to pick up the package myself from any available location were abruptly rejected. I can understand system imperfections and even the incompetence of sorting staff, but I absolutely cannot tolerate rudeness from customer service representatives.

In December 2018 I ordered a couch from Wayfair to be delivered to me by means of Constant Force at the end of January, 2019. Wayfair showed it was supposed to have been delivered to CF, only CF never 'checked it in'. After lots of research, Wayfair said that Constant Force said they only received one part of the 2 part sectional couch. Sort of weird because Wayfair said they shipped both parts. Wayfair said they could re-ship the other part of the sectional, but it would be an additional month before receipt. I told them to forget it and just cancel the order, and put in a new order instead for a crib as I need both items (a couch and actually, lots of baby furniture). I received 2 calls from Constant Force last week (Friday) that the couch would be delivered this Monday (yesterday) during a window of time. When I called Constance Force when that window was missed yesterday, I was told "They couldn't find my address." I told them my house is very easy to find, it's off a main road, they said, no, 'they couldn't find where to send it to' or something. I don't know what they meant by that, but they said they would research and call me back. They never called when they said they would, but now, I'm learning that the package can't be found, not that they couldn't find my address. How do you lose a couch and a crib?! These are big items, not little boxes. Either someone over there has a house full of brand new stuff they are stealing from the warehouse, or they need to do some lean six sigma studies (kaizen) on what is going on in that warehouse to reduce waste because they are not running a lean, efficient business. This is also funny and ironic because Constant Force's website talks about their 'White Glove" service they offer and accuracy. So far, they are 0 for 2.

I went here to mail a gift for my Aunt's Birthday in December on the East Coast. I had it packaged up in an old Amazon mailer all taped up and they accepted it as proper mailing packaging. I asked for the cheapest method of mailing (Ground Advantage and it comes insured and with tracking) and it would get there in 5-7 days, which was perfect. She doesn't need it till the 2nd week of December. With the holiday rush starting in November I thought I would get it out early. The holiday rush won't guarantee anything on time. Parking is pretty good. They have a small lot to the right of the post office. It used to be to the left, but they made some changes. I've been lucky by going off peak hours and have always gotten a spot. If it's packed you can always park in the Raley's Parking lot and walk across the cross walk right in front of the Post Office. If you are just dropping off a letter there is a blue mailbox out front. If you need to rent a mailbox they have them available here. You can either pay by them month in person or you can put it on auto draft.

In an email, a potential client accidentally indicated they would visit our office on July 10th. When they showed up on June 10th, we were caught flat-footed. Our team jumped in to work magic and Premier Print & Mail came through with a clean, high volume printing with little notice. I selected Premier Print & Mail because of a handful of other positive Yelp reviews and entered the facility wide-eyed with anxiety that would lose the deal through no fault of our own.
