The line mores pretty quickly for the most part as most of their business is drop offs and amazon returns. They also do other shipping and those customers take longer with there personalized shipping needs. What also takes a little bit of time is when people are picking up packages and usually it's a large stack of them. They used to have a kiosk for amazon returns, I believe that is no more. I never used it as I enjoy the personal interaction and I feel more confident that it's done right. I'd hate for one of my return packages to go missing. I have also come here to make copies, they appear to have a self-serve copy machine, but the sales associate Parking is good. They are in a shopping center and share a private lot. Sometimes all the spaces are taken upfront so I have to walk a bit, but it's never bad.

It didn't scan correctly and she tried it again. Then she politely asked if I was sure this was the right place. OPPs!!! Wrong place. I thought I had checked FedEx but apparently I selected the wrong location. I said I'll be back. I went outside to my next appointment. They were behind so unreturned my item and re-selected FedEx. I went back to FedEx and the staff member had an opening in her line and I tried it again and it went through on the first try. Service was stellar.

I went here to mail a gift for my Aunt's Birthday in December on the East Coast. I had it packaged up in an old Amazon mailer all taped up and they accepted it as proper mailing packaging. I asked for the cheapest method of mailing (Ground Advantage and it comes insured and with tracking) and it would get there in 5-7 days, which was perfect. She doesn't need it till the 2nd week of December. With the holiday rush starting in November I thought I would get it out early. The holiday rush won't guarantee anything on time. Parking is pretty good. They have a small lot to the right of the post office. It used to be to the left, but they made some changes. I've been lucky by going off peak hours and have always gotten a spot. If it's packed you can always park in the Raley's Parking lot and walk across the cross walk right in front of the Post Office. If you are just dropping off a letter there is a blue mailbox out front. If you need to rent a mailbox they have them available here. You can either pay by them month in person or you can put it on auto draft.

They just open the doors out of convenience figuring hell we can give services to the public while occupying the building. Otherwise a full staff here would not be cost effective. It still has active PO boxes inside. The one person Sherry who is here is very knowledgeable and knows postage. We have used her for larger scale business problems or if I have a real question the 1-800 number cannot answer, she usually can. No she is not warm and fuzzy but she is friendly enough meaning being a staff of one, there is no time for dilly-dallying or idle chit chat or dealing with clueless people and I can appreciate that. So if you are in a hurry or have a zillion questions, this is not the location for you! Don't come right before 5 or around lunch time. You come here for a simple "I need to buy postage" or drop off a package.

They just seem like genuinely happy people who love adding joy and positivity to your day. Never any issues with my orders after dropping them off. I've seen the being patience with complicated customers in front of me as well as with me when I have a handful of returns. The only advice I have is to be mindful of parking as it is mostly street parking and the Safeway parking right by it is usually very busy too.
