TLDR: I got my hair done by a less experienced stylist. It did not go well. I contacted the salon and the owner took time and fixed it himself. A+++ customer service. This is an update from a review I posted years ago, that I wish I could remove because I wrote about a mistake they made but did not update it explaining how they fixed the mistake. This will be kind of long but I feel terrible remembering I never thanked the salon for what they did. I wanted highlights and a cut because it was May and I wanted my hair lighter. The initial stylist instead made my hair darker with a little ombré at the ends. She did a good job if that is what I asked for. I think she's artistic and kind of went with it. Anyway, I was really unhappy because my hair was the opposite of what I wanted. I contacted her. She said she'd fix it if I wanted to pay for another service I believe. Then I contacted the salon. They said they'd fix it. (I might be incorrect about their exact responses at any point and I'd believe it if I'm getting the exact words wrong). I went back to get my freshly darker hair dyed lighter. Unsurprisingly, and to put it lightly- IT DID NOT GO WELL. I had light patches and dark patches, or stripes to be more specific. Some of it was kind of orange. I felt like I looked like Tony the Tiger. I had to wear a hat or use hair color spray just to even it out. I expressed this to the salon. The owner said I could come in for a consultation in his Alexandria salon. I did. He explained what he would do then set up an appointment a few days later. I came back. He was so wonderful. He spent hours personally fixing my hair. It was lighter. The color looked great. Then, they gave me all of these wonderful Joico products to maintain it. I think mistakes happen. Miscommunications happen. But to go above and beyond to fix the problem and to be so kind really makes all the difference. I appreciate the owner and this salon so much. read more

When I need a haircut, I always make sure to get an appointment with Mano! He is extremely skilled at both cut & color and does an exceptional job. Every time I leave a hair appointment, I literally feel like I just got the best haircut of my life. Mano listens to exactly what you want and you can even bring in photos to show him what you like. He is also honest and will tell you what will look most flattering with your face shape. He truly takes his time and makes sure that you look amazing!! I got a hair color this morning from Tracie. She was very cognizant of what i was asking for: a consistent very dark brown to cover up some leftover overgrown highlights. And she made an effort to ensure I was understanding what she was doing and that she was taking extra steps thru-out the appointment, which took longer but I definitely appreciated that. She also warned me that my dark brown would look black at first, and that it would take a bit to settle, which is clearly the case. She worked hard to make me feel comfortable, do what I asked for while also explaining to me what was realistic, and I think that makes for a very good hair stylist. Unfortunately, the 3 stars are for the salon itself: I was charged $105, instead of the $80 listed. I assumed this was for the extra steps Tracie took (which would have been fair to do, in my opinion), so I mentioned that as I passed over my credit card - only to hear the front desk lady say that "they just haven't updated the website" (there was no, "oh sorry", "wow really", surprise, etc. in what she said). This feels sneaky to me, and that is unfair business practices. At no point did anyone mention a $25 increase in their price. Given that Tracie really made the extra time and effort for me (and was already with another client, doing a really cool looking short bob thing!), I made a quick decision to just pay it and leave. But, heads up to anyone planning to go to this salon: there's a good chance your cost is higher than what they are claiming it'll be. read more

had never used this salon before, but bought a Groupon for cut and keratin treatment. I have done at least 10 keratin treatments over the past few years, and for the first time- this one simply didn't take. my hair is not straight and fr7izz free, as it should be. The woman who washed my hair was a speed demon, as she fit in my washing when another woman who was being rinsed for something got up for a minute to go to the bathroom - so she had to try to finish before she got back. And the guy who did my hair seemed like he was is a race while he was doing it, but I'm not sure if that was the problem or if they just use a crappy keratin product. the cut was okay - but again... done really fast. The whole time I was there I felt like they just wanted me out. not sure if that was because of the Groupon. will go bacl.and hope they offer to make it right. so - I called the salon abd offered me a do-over. I went back today and the woman who re-did my keratin treatment was lovely -- definitely didn't feel like she was rushing me out the door. fingers crossed that in 3-4 days, when I wash it, it will still be smooth and relatively straight. read more

Generally I enjoyed my time here. I had a keratin treatment and a haircut. I've had a few keratin before but this was my first at this salon. Some steps seemed rushed, however, so I hope it works accordingly! The haircut was pretty standard. My main issue was the salon wouldn't give me a later than 530 appointment seeing as they close at 8. However I was finished before 7 so I'm not sure if they were conservative with bookings or if the stylist rushed. I only care because I rushed out of work to get there but then had time to spare. I liked the stylist but will have to see how the treatment turns out in 3 days! Will update accordingly! Basically I am a little disappointed with the outcome after washing my hair. I waited 3 days as instructed. My hair is softer but not as straight as a keratin should make the hair. I have had a few treatments before. This one has been underwhelming. I loved my experience at Glynn Jones! Two of my colleagues see Brightan for their cuts so I decided to go last Saturday to get my hair dyed which I haven't done in 4 years. I was really anxious about it (I've had some bad coloring experiences) and didn't know what to expect but thought I'd just lean into it and see what happens. I saw Zoe and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and told me whether the pics of hairstyles (balayage) I brought to show her were feasible. She brought out a book and let me pick the exact colors I wanted in my hair so that we were sure what I'd be getting at the end. Zoe checked in throughout and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions about any part of the process. We also chatted the whole time and I felt like we had bonded at the end! I didn't get a haircut with her during this visit but I am planning on going to her for that next - its rare that I trust people with my hair especially when coloring so I'm really happy that my experience was so positive. I came here to donate my hair. I kept repeating that I am going to donate 8 inches of hair. She cut off almost 12 inches! I don't understand, do they use a separate measuring system here?! When she rubberbanded by hair to cut it, I asked her to make sure it was 8 inches, because it looked way too short. My hairstylist assured me it was 8 inches. If she was an inch or so off, I am fine with that...but 12 inches?! She also thinned my hair a little too much. The cut is nice just a good 3.5 inches too short. Instead of bringing a picture like I normally do, I told him I just wanted my hair cleaned up a bit. I ended up with a haircut that I like, but all of the layers are a little bit frizzy. They seem to be really good at edgy cuts, but this time I wanted something a little sleeker. My fault, not theirs. I came here based on Yelp reviews because I haven't had my hair colored in years and had no idea where to go. I had Brightan and he was awesome. Super knowledge and friendly. Answered as many questions as I asked during the whole process. Not only that but he was just so enthusiastic about what I wanted to do which made the whole thing more fun and exciting. I had my first blowout here ever for a black tie event I was going to later that night. Ryan was my hairstylist and he knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain very much at all! He made my hair wavy without being too curly and my hair looked great for the event and two days after that. The waves/curls didn't stick as much as I would have liked, but my hair still looked good and I could see the difference. I love that they offer you a beverage when you arrive. I came in for partial highlights on my dark brown hair. Maisie made an effort to listen and understand what I wanted. I was a bit nervous, as the last time I had highlights put in, my hair ended up fried. I'm very happy with the results I got from Maisie (the highlights look great), but disappointed that she wasn't transparent about her pricing. Yelp, this isn't the first time you've steered me wrong, but this is definietly the worst. My experience at Glynn Jones was terrible, for a number of reasons. I decided to chop off my hair and donate it. Now I've done this before and was prepared for the shock of short hair, this wasn't my problem. But, just to make sure, I've waited almost a month to write this review to make sure I wasn't over reacting. 1. Knowing that short hair would be a shock, I searched for weeks to find a picture of a cut that I wanted. I made sure that said picture was of a women with a similiar face type and hair color. I even found two pictures! I walked in, said "this is what I want", showed the pictures, and got a completely different haircut. Then, when I said something (which I never do), the stylist tried to tell me that he thought I said I wanted something different. My hair is a different shape than the cut I wanted and a solid two inches shorter. 2. It's simply a bad hair cut. Having chopped my hair off before, I know that hair is just hair, bad haircuts happen, and it will grow. Except this is a bad haircut, it's not simply a cut that I didn't ask for. It's uneven, he didn't pay attention to my cowlicks, and, after cutting my hair short, he didn't shave the little hairs on my neck (I don't know what that part is called) so my husband had to do it when I got home. The more it grows out, the more aware I am of how bad it is. The layers are uneven and the left side is longer than the right. The worst part is, since my hair is so short already, I don't want to get it cut until it grows out more. 3. Finally, after I voiced my concern the stylist pretty much said "oops" and offered my 10% off. I get the feeling this wasn't the first time it's happened to him. So, to summarize: went in with a picture of what I wanted and with the expectations to have a good hair cut and came away with neither. read more

I bought the livingsocial deal recently and when I discovered that I had way too high of a coupon ($200) for my half-as-expensive cut and color, I decided to come back a week later and instead treat myself to the very expensive Global Keratin treatment. I can't really tell you why I decided to get the treatment. I wanted to use all of my $200 in savings without wasting it and my hairdresser made it sound fantastic. I'm going to toot my horn a little and admit that I already have really great, thick, long and color adapting hair. The problem is that I'm super lazy and I hate blow drying and styling it because it's so abundant and it does have a random natural wave that makes it poof out extra big (short hair on me looks like a mushroom head). Anyways, so I got the treatment knowing I already like my hair and I was pretty nervous spending a lot of money and not really knowing what I was getting myself into. However, let me tell you: the outcome was unbelievable. You know those hair product commercials with the models with curtain-like shiny, perfect hair? That's me now after a brief blow dry and a few runs through my hair with a straightener. Friends who don't know I had the treatment remark at how shiny and pretty my hair looks. Also, I still have the same body and strength to my hair as before. It's been 2 weeks and is supposed to last for 3-5 months or so, and I hope it does! I'm just gonna be honest...I waited two weeks to write this review just to see if somehow my hair would grow into the cut and, nope, it's horrible. I showed him PICTURES and emphasized that I wanted movement in my hair, all of which I got nothing and the two measly layers he gave me are chunky and look like a child from kindergarten cut them. So I finally gave in and decided to go to a super high end salon for a cut/color. I'm currently job searching (broke) and wanted to invest in looking my best. I'm new to DC and I hate looking for a new colorist but took the advice of a friend. I asked for "warm/chocolate brown" (I had been highlighting and wanted it warmer for winter) and my hair was died monochromatic BLACK. It looked awful. Not only that but a cut and single color took 3 freaking hours. When applying the color she slopped it all over my face/neck so afterwards there was a lot of rubbing my skin with the color removing solution, how about you don't get it on my cheek in the first place?! In addition to that, all the baby hairs around my face broke off and now I have like a baby lion's mane. Everyone who saw is was like, well it's not THAT bad... not what you want to hear after dropping $140. They did offer to "fix" it but it was a hassle trying to get a hold of the stylist. Finally I went in and they added in some highlights and lightened it up. A different person did it and after the highlights were washed out he basically ignore me. I just sat there with wet hair until I was told they hadn't scheduled a blow dry for me. Some random assistant came over and she clearly hadn't done many blowouts. She ripped through the tangles and then... I was sent home. I'm hoping to find a better experience, and I don't recommend this place. I really tried to like ths place & my expectations were not met- at all, why can't I find a good colorist??. The backstory: I went to a salon in southern Md, the girl dyed my hair 2 colors, the top honey blonde, the bottom, chocolate brown, it looked terrible, the color wasn't consistent, and some spots were darker. The research: I looked up salons on online & saw that Glynn Jones had tons of reviews & a good rating, so I make an appt for a consultion The consultion: I tell chi cha I just want to fix the top color, and by fix I mean make it one color, I was advised that she could definitely do that, or she could dye it one color. She gives me a quote. I decided to let my hair rest a few weeks in case I decide to keep it light & bleach has to be used. The appointment: So I call in and request Chi cha, I asked for one all over color, wash & dry. I go in and the receptionist isn't very friendly, I noticed she offered the other clients that arrived at the same time a choice of drinks but not me - how rude. I brushed that off cause I was excited to get my hair done. So Chi cha comes out, I tell her I just want my hair to be ONE COLOR, AND DARK BROWN. She says that she can do that, tells me she's going to use semi-permanent color which causes less damage but not to worry the color will turn out like the swatch she was showing me. As I'm getting my hair rinised out, she starts doing a keratin treatment on another client, I'm thinking what if my color doesn't turn out??? But I was trying to stay positive. Then she tells me Amanada will give you a quick dry so I can see the color since you requested no blow dry!!!! excuse me??? I didn't even know you could request that. I went along the girl dried my hair. It was still bronzy! I could still see my old hair color! She kept saying how good it looked. I wasted $110 on a semi - color that washed out, I could of went to CVS bought dark brown hair dye & dyed it myself!! I went here 3 different times for Keratin treatments. The first 2 were fine. The PROBLEM occurred during the 3rd treatment when the stylist clearly did not use Keratin but instead some type of permanent hair straightener. I have taken excellent care of my hair for years and made a HUGE MISTAKE when I was lured away from my regular salon by a Groupon. My hair stylist kept warning me not to do it. Now I know why - as this will take at least 4-5 years to grow this mess out of my once beautifully curly hair. I'm a fan. I first came here last July because I needed to take care of my out-of-shape hair. Mano gave me a cut and suggested I get bangs -- it was probably a good idea. I went back a few months later and had Amanda cut my hair this time. She told me about the complimentary bang trims the salon did, which would be useful since I don't want to spend $70+ every couple weeks to just to get my bangs trimmed. The salon's hip and has a modern and clean feel to it. It's not big, but definitely neat. The stylists usually keep you informed on what they're doing. There are TV screens playing music videos so don't pay too much attention if you have to turn your head away from the appropriate position to watch them. Make sure you put down which location (DC or Alexandria) if you book your appointment via email. I've got that confused once. And bring cash or a check for tip since they don't process tips on credit cards. It's convenient that it's open on Sundays, and the rates are reasonably priced -- may even be lower overall compared to other salons in the neighborhood. I would recommend it. read more

I have half curly/half straight, voluminous but not thick hair. I came to see Jannah on a recommendation from a friend. I've been twice. The first time I was extremely happy with the cut. The second time I was just satisfied. She cuts curly hair dry, and then dries it under one of the stationery dryers instead of a hand held. The first time, I really enjoyed the cut and was really happy. The second time, I felt like she might have been a little distracted the second time, and she cut it a bit shorter than I wanted. If you join their email list, they will give you 20-25% off and other deals for certain stylists and certain days of the week which is great. Makes it really affordable. I'm haircut-phobic, and had taken to cutting my own hair....which as you can imagine ended in disaster recently after a few drinks. After looking on Yelp for a well-rated salon, I stumbled upon the Glynn Jones Salon and was SUPER excited to see that Mano works here - he was my guy from Bubbles back in the day (4 --5 years ago) and the only person I will trust with my mop-head. Everything went perfectly - great shampoo/condition, excellent trim, and perfect blow-out. Mano listened to my request to kept most of my length and went back in with the flat iron at the end to double check that the layers were even. Could not ask for more! Was able to redeem my yelp deal so it ends up being a pretty reasonable trim for the city ($50). The usual pricetag of $70 for a trim is a bit steap for an Illinois gal, not gonna lie (hence the docking of half a star). Also, be prepared for some club-music videos as you are getting your hair did. Hope your haircut makes you want to do the happy dance, like mine did! read more

Really loved Chi-Cha. She has such a warm spirit and did an excellent job with my natural hair cut (undercut/shaved sides long on top). Very meticulous and one of the few 'stylists' I met that has shaped up my undercut better than my 'barber'. I had some heat damage from excessive flat ironing my thick, but fine, natural hair, and Chi Cha went to work cutting of the dried ends. I was a bit concerned when I left the shop admittedly (thought it was too short) but after a few days grew to appreciate the effort she put into keeping my length while getting rid of the wispy ends. The only thing I don't like about the salon is the shampoo girl, which would be ok if the experience waranted it. I had the same woman on my previous two experiences and the shampoo experience is really meh. I'm also not keen on having multiple people touch my head during a salon visit. read more

I came here when I decided to dye my hair for the first time - I was transitioning from brunette to blonde so I wanted to go to a place where I felt like I was in very good hands and wouldn't walk away having spent a ton of money on something that I would regret. By chance, I was put on Brightan's schedule and have never looked back. He is amazing!! Firstly, he is an incredibly talented stylist. He knows how to work with your style and coloring to create a look that plays into your best features. Secondly, he is such a heart-warming person. He is funny and kind and helps to pass the time as getting your hair dyed can be quite a long process! (I have long hair and a full head of highlights took about 3hrs) Thirdly, he takes the time to get to know his clients. Every time I would come in for follow-ups - even after long periods of time, he would ask me about things we had discussed over a year ago. The prices at Glynn Jones are definitely not cheap, but I don't think you really want to skimp on something that you're going to see everyday moving forward. It's definitely worth the money. After a bad, bad haircut, I needed some help. I have been trying to grow my hair out (which it was doing veeeerrrrrryyy sloooooowly), but the last hairdresser chopped off so much and also cut my bangs in a really grotesque way. So since I lived in the UK for years and love their style, I saw the Glynn Jones flag out front and checked them out online. First, there is a 10% off coupon online for first-time visitors, but as long as they know you're a first-timer, you don't even really need it. The thing that first impressed me was just the honest-to-goodness friendliness of everyone there. They weren't fake, they weren't huffy, and they just seemed like people who truly value your business. I had Sophia for my appointment, and while on the phone with the receptionist, I said that I frankly didn't know what I wanted done- maybe a bit of highlights, a bit of a trim- I didn't know. So he scheduled a huge block of time for me. Sophia spent awhile looking at my hair and it's condition and asked me a lot of questions. I explained what went wrong with my last cut, what I envisioned it looking like now (kind of edgy but still corporate, since I work for the man, and a bit of highlighting since I can't go out in the sun anymore). She gave me a couple of ideas and then went off to mix color. I spent almost 3 hours in my appointment, but it didn't feel like it since we talked about anything and everything the whole time. She is not only friendly, but funny, and we were sharing stories left and right. Bottom line, my hair came out looking just as I had imagined. A bit choppy at the bottom for the edginess, a little more layering, and just enough highlights and lowlights to make it look like I didn't change my haircolor- it just looks like I've been out in the sun a little bit. It's very rare that I leave comments on Yelp so trust me when I say that this salon cannot be beat! After playing "stylist" last weekend (I bleached my almost-black hair!!!) I was in desperate need of a hair fix. Not only was my hair the wrong blonde (washed me out completely) but it was also crispy and fried... I booked an appt with Brightan and he was beyond sweet when I explained my mishap. Never have I been so impressed with a stylist! He kept the length and reworked the color with some hi and lowlights. So I waited a few weeks to craft my review for this place. I came in for a brazilian blowout and haircut using the Groupon deal. Instead of paying the usual $350+ for the blowout alone I spent $215 for both. The day I saw the deal I was eager to get it done that day because it was my only day off and I wanted my hair to be done before my birthday. I called not really expecting them to have an appointment available and sure enough the woman told me unfortunately they couldn't fit me in that day. Then she told me I may not be able to use the Groupon until after the deal was taken off the site. I was bummed but she was sweet and offered to talk to her boss and call me back. In 20 minutes she called back and told me they could take me that day. Yay! Now my hair is definitely curly and tangles super easily. I didn't have a chance to brush it much but I got there and since I had slept on it while wet it was definitely a hot mess. Charlay was the woman working on my hair and she had to spend some time brushing it out first. While she was brushing it she kept up a steady stream of conversation which helped take my mind off of my poor scalp. I was cursed with tangly hair and an extremely tender scalp so I was in Hell. She also mentioned several products and websites I could check out to help with my hair even when it's curly. I was impressed because she wasn't even trying to sell me in store products, she was offering me real advice from her own experience. Very much appreciated! After a long process that I'm sure no one really cares about reading (close to 6 hours) I was finally finished. Charlay had transformed my crazy curls into sleek locks but I still had plenty of volume (which I definitely wanted!). She asked how I wanted my hair cut and did a great job of framing my face without cutting tons of layers into my hair. After the process she offered me upkeep advice and showed me shampoos I could purchase but again she even mentioned products I could buy from CVS and Target. Because she and the receptionist both recommended a certain Sulfate-Free Shampoo I ended up buying that one. So all in all I had a good experience with my first blowout and weeks later my hair is still very manageable and pretty. I loved that I'm not forced to keep it straight but it takes much less effort to do so. This is my quick pros and cons list for my experience. Pros: Chic, relaxing, very clean salon. Easy to find location. Easy to make appointments. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Charlay was thorough (she cut my hair and then RECUT it because she saw a few pieces out of place) Thank God Charlay wasn't one of the stylists who spend so much time trying to be gentle that they drag the process out longer. My hair looked great when I left. Cons: This is not a painless procedure. This has nothing to do with the salon at all just with my own hair. The whole thing was estimated to take 2.5 hours but took double that. I was unable to do anything else I had planned on by the time I left which put a damper on my my day off. I purchased the yelp deal and made an appointment with Mano and let me just say straight off the bat that my experience was less than pleasant. Mano really wasn't listening to what I wanted. He just kept saying ok honey, uh huh, i completely understand, etc. I went in for a color, highlights, and a trim and he basically botched my color and highlights. My hair was turning orange after three weeks all because when I asked him to use a toner he said it was completely unnecessary bc the color would be perfect after a couple of washes. I told him my hair gets lighter when I wash it bc my natural color is a bit lighter than the color he was supposed to change it too. He just said no need for a toner just trust me...I was not happy after three weeks because like I said my hair turned orange! I won't be going back there any time soon read more

I decided to try this salon after getting a LivingSocial deal for a color, cut, deep conditioning and style. The salon is a little ways from Dupont Metro, about a 10 minute walk. The salon is clean and in order - not chaotic at all. The music level was good, the staff very friendly and the bathroom clean. Mark was my stylist and he was very in-tune to me, whether or not I felt like talking and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He told me the type of color that would look good on me and suggested I come back for highlights to get the "sun-kissed" look I wanted (since I didn't have enough on my deal to use it for highlights at the time). There was a customer who frazzled him because she was being difficult and rude, and even walked out w/out paying - this was AFTER he applied highlights to her hair (!!), so his mood changed when she stormed out and he came back to me, but he remained professional - I could just tell he wanted to vent, but didn't say anything about it, which I respect because he didn't bad mouth his client - that's saying a lot! I ended up tipping him well to cheer him up. A few days later, I had to wash and style my hair and it was the softest thing I have ever felt. The deep conditioning treatment they used is OH SO WORTH IT!!! I booked an appointment for cut and color with Michelle. This was after I had a previous color and cut done that I was really unhappy with from a stylist at a different salon several weeks ago. (I had already gone to the prior stylist to have it "fixed" and I was not too pleased with the fix job either, but at that point I felt there was nothing more I could have the prior salon do.) Michelle saved my hair. She added beautiful highlights to fix the roots problem (not the prior stylist's fault) and also toned down the ridiculously loud and overwhelming blonde highlights on the bottom of my hair (definitely the prior stylist's fault). Also, she took a lot of time to thoughtfully but efficiently listen to my preferences -- including both of us scrolling through Pinterest pictures I had saved in advance -- and she knew exactly what I needed. She presented to me two options for the cut, and I chose one and we went with that. During the experience, Michelle gave me several useful tips regarding styling my hair and how to achieve the looks that I picked out in Pinterest. Clearly, Michelle is knowledgeable, no-nonsense, professional, and sincerely interested in helping her clients. The salon is also very welcoming, and offered me coffee and water throughout my appointment. I also like the video they have in the hair washing area that shows electronica/indie music videos. It is a fun and interesting way to pass the time while you're waiting for toners to be applied to hair after the highlighting foils come out. In the end, the salon charged me much less for the hair color work than other salons would have. Mostly, I was impressed by Michelle's ability to fix my hair coloring (three different needs -- fixing roots, getting right color of new highlights, and also toning down the prior highlights, plus the darker color I had was also from the prior stylist, so she had to be careful not to pick the wrong highlight that would react badly with the darker color in the ends) --- especially because she did not do an overall single color prior to adding highlights in order to get a "blank slate" which is something that prior colorists have recommended. I was really surprised that Michelle did the excellent coloring work while applying as minimal coloring chemicals as possible -- and I appreciated this not only because it saved me money, but also gives my poor color-treated hair a break. After Michelle was done, my hair was back to the soft and bouncy highlighted look that I had before I went down the road leading to the previous debacle. On the after-color/cut products discussion, Michelle was careful not to be too pushy about getting me to buy products -- but was actually very helpful to suggest the products that would work with my line-up of existing products at home (rather than telling me to stop using those and getting all new products, as some stylists elsewhere have done) -- and I could tell she was really genuine about helping me choose the products that would work with my budget but also provide the maximum impact in getting the styles I wanted. I got a very average hair cut here. I requested an appointment with someone that worked well with curly hair. The cut Elise gave me was fine-- my hair looked better when I left than when I came in, but I think it could have looked a lot better. It wasn't a TERRIBLE cut, but it just lacked personality. I will say that she knew how to style my hair curly, which I appreciated. She didn't insist on blowing it out. I've had better haircuts before and I just wasn't very wowed. I don't think I'll be back. read more
