Decided on the pyramid pedicure, and my goodness was it worth every single dollar! The lady doing my pedicure was gentle, but efficient in her work! Last minute I asked for forever french nail! Wow! If I could give no stars I would. My usual nail tech was booked today, so I did the wrong thing and tried this place. I should've looked more into the reviews.. I scheduled to remove my acrylic nails. As soon as I walked in GM' a male nail tech asked me what I wanted done and kept insisting I get a pedicure when my toe nails were obviously already freshly done. So I let him do the acrylic removal.. He was aggressive with taking off the set. I got a cut as the result of his unprofessionalism. He laughed at my discomfort every random time he added pressure to my pinky. I made it clear to leave that finger alone. I told him I won't be doing the gel polish because no sense already, it's going to hurt. I asked a lady (goes by Sarai. Local chick) if she could remove my lashes since I only have a few. She smiled at me and said she can. Shortly after she tells the male tech "I'm leaving. Going home to drink a beer. Byee" he reminded her about the lashes and She still left. After he removed the acrylic set, I told him I'm done. I wasn't about to waste any more of my time. He replied "no polish?" WHY THE HECK WOULD I PUT POLISH ON A CUT!?! The common sense is lacking. I'm usually a great tipper. But of course no one got a tip today. Saving the next person the trouble and leaving my experience here. He charged me $15 when it should've honestly been free. I only paid because I didn't want to be accused of any wrongful acts that obviously wasn't coming from my end. Save your money!! Go somewhere that actually cares about people. read more

Do not make an appointment, it won't be honored. Three times I have made an appointment, twice for eyebrows, show up and given some kind of excuse why they can't take me. Another time was for a pedicure, made the appointment, I show up there are three other people are placed ahead of me. I would have waited an hour to an hour and a half longer just to start the pedicure. Other people were coming in too and they were seating them in the line up! Those folks would have waited hours! All of them did walk away once they realized. If you value your time go somewhere else. The people working there seem friendly and kind but I don't appreciate people wasting my time. So if you are in no rush and have hours to kill than I'm sure it's fine. read more

I saw this nail salon on my way to town one day and decided to try it out. Listed below are my PROS & CONS based on my experience PROS *a great location (it wasn't in the heart of town which I prefer cause I dread parking) *facilities were very clean. Looks like the massage chairs were new *different variety on things you're able to do lashes, massages, nails & waxing *booked a Pyramid Pedicure (can look up what comes with it on the website) online. By my understanding they take our $25 as a deposit and it will applied to your total when checking out just make sure to let them know you booked online CONS *not sure if they have air condition but the door was open and it was a bit hot for me * I did have to wait about 20min even though I had an appointment until the lady was done with someone's nails (I've had to do this a lot at other nail salons so I'm pretty use to it) * definitely lacked on the massage part of the pedicure. Although it did take long for all the xtra steps because of the particular pedicure I booked. However, I know for a lot of ladies, after being on your feet all day, the massage is really the important part. I only got a little run on one foot and it was over. (This pedicure took almost 2 hours) Overall, I think I would come back again. The 3 stars is merely for the massage part and waiting. I think the next time, I will get a regular pedicure. A guy did my nails and cut my toe nails despite me saying do not cut my toe nails. Another lady had to paint them. I just couldn't leave there with the way he painted them. I just wouldn't go back to him. I felt bad but I'm honestly I would have not got my nails done by him had I known he didn't know how to paint them. Glad I didn't get any other service. I went to GM ILash and Nail salon last week Tuesday for a Mega volume set. I got it done with Paula. It was a nice set until I started to have clumps of fan's glued together falling out with my natural lashes a couple days after getting them done. They started to get irritated and sore. As lashes kept falling out in clups of fans with my natural lashes attached after a full week of having them on and pulling on my natural lashes, I was fed up with my lashes being sore and I went back to take them off. I could tell by looking at them that there were a lot more stuck together. I went in and they tried to tell me that the when you get a mega volume set this happens. They didn't know I was an esthetician and do lashes as well. I told her that I am an esthetician and this does not happen to my clients... They didn't know what to say. I also stated that I paid $180 for a set I am taking off a week later. She offered me a discount on the next time I get a Mega volume set. I told her I will not be coming back. They removed my lashes for free. As they should have because I only had them on for a week. After she took off the lashes she still had to take my natural lashes that were glued together apart. I got no sorry. I didn't get no money back and no discount . It really made me feel like they just want you in and out as fast as possible for the money and they not care about the long term affects for their clients lashes. If they have told me before that this might happen I would have not gotten them done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GM ILASH AND NAIL SALON FOR MEGA VOLUME SETS. Please do not let this happen to you. Fall out is normal but clumps of 4-5 fans stuck together with glue and multiple hairs attached is not normal. If I could I would do my own lashes but I cant so I trusted a Lash and Nail salon with my lashes. But that was my mistake. read more

Haven't had a manicure/pedicure in years. I started on Yelp and remembered this location that opened recently? I liked the easy location and parking. I made my appointment choosing no specific tech from their website it was pretty easy to do. There is a deposit and it will be taken from your total at the end of your service before payment. Arrived half hour early and was taken to chair right away. Tech Vivey was professional and kind. I explained that it was long years since treating myself. I explained that I was very into my yard work/housework..in other words I am very rough with my nails and hands and feet! They were a mess! She then proceeded to be very helpful in suggesting services for me. I am sorta hard of hearing so I had to be quiet to understand Viveys soft voice. No problem. Vivey proceeded and I tell you she did a very great job! My feet were scrubbed, cleaned, nails trimmed! When it came to my manicure. I thought I needed tips. No! Vivey suggested a clean up, cuticle trim and gel polish with the length of nails I had! Vivey made my feet and hands look young! I also joined their customer "services" credit program. The establishment was clean and there were other techs available there. They also offer a whole lot of services that you may want to check out on their website. read more

Try again, same thing except there was one other customer... rushed through for what? I feel that I got ripped off twice and will not be back for a third. Go elsewhere. I called this morning before they opened and they had an opening right then. Vivi was my tech and she was wonderful! I got the Pyramid Pedicure and her massage was so relaxing. I asked her for a small adjustment on my French tip, but she did it quickly. She made me feel relaxed and took her time to care for my feet that surely needed some help. Terrible experience! The mail tech cut my finger and pulled off the skin on the side of my finger. With no care at all left my nails bumpy and ugly and did not care. I wouldn't recommend and will never go back! read more
