The Front receptionist and I began talking after a while and I mentioned how I would've got mine done & she stopped me mid sentence exclaiming that she has someone who could take me right now. Of course I took her up on the offer and ended getting my brows tinted and cleaned up. The brow artist I had (sadly I don't remember her name) was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted instead of doing whatever she thought I needed. Needless to say, my brows came out amazing. I've gotten compliment after compliment because she did a really great job of making them look natural. She also gave me tips on maintaining them and what to use to help them grow in the places I have slight gaps. Another thing I noticed while I was sitting there waiting for my friend is that the brow artist wouldn't take her next appointment if let's say she was waiting 10 minutes for the tint to set on her 1st appointment. This is something I've experienced all the time and really dislike at salons because then you're stuck waiting till they're done with a person that came after you. So I really like the fact that they gave their full attention to you and your appointment. I will honestly being going back here for the simple fact that they overall provide a great service. Katie knows exactly what she is doing; she is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I've been having my eyebrows done ever since I can remember (being born with a unibrow will have you tweezing in the 2nd grade), she is the first person to look at me and tell me EXACTLY what I need. I appreciated that so much because we only know what we know and she is the expert. Everyone else I had gone to previously would clean them and do what I asked, which is ideally what should happen. But Katie...she looked at me and told me "your eyebrows should start here," proceeding to map my brows out to perfection. I came in after trying to grow my brows out & fearful that I would mess them up. She came highly recommended and now I know why! Her studio is gorgeous and welcoming, not to mention extremely clean. She is professional and takes the time to listen to what you want with your brows. Never has she been late for an appointment either and if you're from south Florida you know how big of a deal this is! The wax process itself was essentially painless, and I have a super low pain tolerance. The appointment in it's entirely took no longer than 30 minutes and she offered me a great and doable plan on how to get my eyebrows where I want them to be.
