They offered to fix the mirror (great!), went back to pick it up a week later and the mirror was brown/gold and clearly a different color than the original mirror. So now I have two mirrors that don't match. So I ask them to fix this with two mirrors that match, another week passes and finally get the car. I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.

I was actually able to drop it off a few minutes before my 8am appointment and was surprised to hear it would ready in 2 hrs. I decided to hang around the neighborhood and found there are quite a few nice eating spots a short walk away. I normally try to give business to the Auto shops that advertise in my local church newsletter but to my disappoiment they always seem to be the most expensive and require me to drop off early an pick up late.
