They do not make meal replacement shakes in store although they do sell meal replacement packets.

This was my first visit at this FitLife store and met with the manager Lisa who emitted a great personality with a professional presence without exerting an aggressive sales pitch. Spun the colorful "Whirl of Fun" prize wheel at the front counter and won a free meal of my choice from the wall cooler. Lisa provided a recommendation for the bourbon street chicken and white rice with 690 calories and 73 grams of protein meal (thats a great protein to calorie ratio). The nutritional value was exactly what I was looking for in a complete meal. This location as most, provide microwaves inside the store to heat up your meal and eat on the front patio, take back to your office or eat in your car. I took my meal home and microwave heated the contents per the simple instructions. The rice could have been softer but the bourbon chicked had an explosion of flavor in every moist chunk and was pleased that there was plenty of sauce. Satisfied by the taste and size of the meal, but could not find the expiration date on the wrapper.

After having a delicious meal, I briefly stopped by this Whole Foods location to grab some strawberries and bananas to make smoothies at home. Inside was almost like a madhouse, with plenty of shoppers buying a variety of items. In the produce section, I picked up a package of nice-looking strawberries for $4.99 and a bunch of bananas for $0.69/lb. I walked around the store to see if I needed anything else, but decided to stick with just the fruit. Checkout was quick and I received satisfactory service from the cashier. I also noticed the strawberries were actually on sale, which made me happy. I look forward to another visit to Whole Foods to pick up fresh fruit for my smoothies or to buy as a refreshing, nutritious snack.

I've never had the hot ones before, but I'm sure they're just as good as the others. I find the quality of the food is a little higher than your basic grocery store. Last May Publix announced they were transitioning all Greenwise stores into traditional Publix so I went back to see how it changed. One of the newer stores, the inside is beautiful. You walk in the door and the floral department is right there with so much color. Everything inside is new and clean. Now carrying regular Publix has with the addition of Greenwise products, the store is so nice to shop. There's a beautiful meat department, a nice deli, fresh seafood, and a large choice of ready to eat foods. When I have to shop Publix, I prefer to come here. It's easy to navigate, staff is nice and you can get in and out quickly. They don't take the Publix app yet so if you have Publix coupons they don't work, but they told me they should be set up soon. All in all, it's a better shopping experience than some of the bigger stores.
