I came to this school based on Yelp review and location. It located near Chapman & Tustin St. across from Chase Bank. Rick is a great teacher and a nice guy but he seems to reschedule our lesson frequently due to last minute emergencies. Which I don't mind since he called a day or a few hours ahead. The fee for 6 hours driver training is $395. He will teach 2 hours/day and you can split into 3 payments. read more

I don't usually write reviews but was so impressed I had to give credit here. When I got my learners permit, I was told by a lady at the DMV that I could use my wife as my 'licensed driver' (she has an international license) for my behind the wheel test. However, when I got to my appointment, the guy at the Santa Ana DMV told me that this wasn't true and I had to have a California licensed driver with me or I couldn't even take the test. The guy was very nice and helpful and said if I can find someone in 15 minutes he can get me in. (It was already late and I was in the last group) I didn't know what to do so I just Googled Santa Ana Driving School and GNC came up. Long story short, Rick answered and even though he was far out, he went out of his way to come meet me at the DMV - he was there in 15 minutes! He literally ran in the DMV out of breath from rushing. Keep in mind, I wasn't even one of his students, this is someone who's never even met me before! While in the car waiting for my test, he gave me some very helpful tips which no doubt helped me pass first time. My wife has to take her license soon and will definitely be taking some lessons with Rick - you can just tell he really cares about his student's success. Can't recommend him enough! read more

After searching around and looking at several Driving schools, a friend of mine recommended GNC. It was the MOST AFFORDABLE. For 6 hours it was a total of $250, which to me, is very reasonable pricing for the education you get. I was lucky enough to get Mr.Vernon as my teacher! This guys dont teach nothing. The teacher driver was being disrespectful and very unprofessional. If u really want a good place this is not the one.
