A hidden gem of healing knowledge AND locally owned!…read more I was looking for a very specific species of plant: non-GMO, cold pressed, steam distilled and sourced from the Mediterranean. Nourish Market was one of 3 locations in the greater Houston area that carried what I was looking for. I had to get my hands on this product for the upcoming flu season for my medicinal arsenal. I called and Candy was friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for but had another recommendation that exceeded my expectations. When I arrived and had a few more questions she was able to reach the manufacturer for clarification - bear in mind I was there on a Monday during slower traffic business hours. EXCELLENT SERVICE. This quaint local market is clean, lovingly organized and featured products from other local small businesses. I do extensive research on herbs and wellness products and glancing through the wellness section, it is clear their inventory is consciously and selectively curated. The health conscious and curious will have a nice selection to chose from; with the added benefit of knowledgeable staff. I didn't have as much time to explore as I wanted but I will definitely be back and be recommending Nourish Market to everyone.

Nourish Market is a new name for the same great healthy food and supplements that Georgia's Farm to Market offered.

I had an extremely poor curbside experience at this location…read more I placed a curbside order scheduled for pickup between 1-2 PM. At 9:00 AM, the app showed my order as "ready" and indicated that my organic whole milk had been substituted, but it did not list what the substitution was. I also realized I needed to add one more item, so I attempted to call the store. I called the store over 10 times throughout the morning and no one answered. Because the order showed as ready, I went to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I again called curbside -- no answer. I was forced to go inside, which defeats the entire purpose of curbside pickup. The store was nearly empty of customers. Several employees were standing around; one was eating. I spoke to a person who appeared to be a manager and explained that I had been calling all morning with no response. There was no apology or urgency. I was directed to another employee who appeared confused by the order. When I asked what my milk had been substituted with, I was told 2% milk, which made no sense given that I ordered whole milk. When I asked why it wasn't substituted with another whole milk, there was no explanation. I was then told that whole milk was out of stock. I personally went to the milk section and found the shelf fully stocked with whole milk. I brought it back and showed the employee. He said it "must have just been restocked," yet no one had bothered to check before making the substitution. I was then told that nothing could be changed or added to my order, and that if I wanted additional items I would need to place an entirely new order -- while standing in an almost empty store. At that point, I was told I could place another order and the employee could shop it, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. I paid over $140 for a small order, received incorrect substitutions, could not reach anyone by phone, had to walk into the store anyway, and still could not get basic service or flexibility. For the prices Sprouts charges, this level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Sprouts again.

Raw meat packaged here seems to last longer than other markets. Sandwiches made on the spot. Good for lunchtime. I remember I used to go for this during lunchtime from my hometown. What I don't see from Spouts anymore, or any Sprouts are the self serve hot soups. When it comes to produce and veggies, these cost a little more or sometimes the same price as HEB. But Sprouts' interior design looks much better than HEB.

I have shopped here many times and had several deliveries. I have had great experiences and so-so…read moreexperiences. This was an Excellent experience. I placed my order at 1:15 or so, hoping that maybe my order would be done after my meal, but was expecting to have to come back later. So, it was a pleasant surprise that my food was done and ready at about 1:50. That meant that I could leave directly from eating and pick it up. Yolanda was extremely friendly and my order was brought to the car quite quickly. As corn was on sale, I ordered 30 ears of corn for canning the next day. The corn was great. In fact, all of the products were great except the Halo mandarines. The sale this week had buy one get one for 50%. One of the bags, several of the mandarins were very bruised. And as the mandarins were bagged, it wouldn't have been easy to determine. Yolanda wouldn't have known. That said, much of the fruit I get from this store is bruised. I've had big problems with Nectarines and peaches, but other products I've had no problems with whatsoever. I gave this review 4 stars because Yolanda did a great job on everything. She could not have determined the bruise oranges easily, as they were in the center of the bag. Note: I understand that the prices of sprouts are great because they might find overflow or damaged sources, but with delivery and pick up, I would like them to take extra care to be sure because I can't. As an individual with a disability going into the store is difficult. I rely on the pickers to do a great job. In this case, Yolanda could not have determined that the product was bruised, as it was the fruit in the interior portion of the bag. I would love Sprouts to take better care of their produce. 5+ stars for Yolanda, 3 stars for produce quality.

They are always there with a smile, ready to engage, and showing gratitude upon completion. We go there on average every 4 weeks, and have a positive experience every time!! Yes, it's 5 STARS, except for the price, which is a bit too high for the value/everyday necessities... If they could bring it down the 15-20%, I would actually prefer to shop here for my meat, fish, and produce, just because the shopping experience is so very nice. The cashiers and checkout process is a bit long sometimes, but never so much so that it becomes problematic. One of our favorite fun is to get a scoop-full of the bulk bins, and then go get our haircuts. No better snack food ever than those bulk bins!
