Adding to all the amazing comments about Mike! I walked in and really had no idea what I wanted.. I knew I needed some sort of protein shake and explained how I was lactose intolerant and he recommended multiple products. He wasn't promoting the most expensive products or up-sell more things I didn't need, he gave me exactly what I wanted and even gave me extra information about the protein cookies I love that I didn't know were actually not that good for me. Called ahead of time looking for Roxy lean which the other 2 stores I had stopped by didn't have. Mike checked and verified he had them and also verified they had Syntha-6 in Vanilla. When we got there he was talking to a customer and sounded very knowledgeable so I felt at ease to inquire about the best produced he recommended. I've never been at a GNC where there's someone as engaged and knowledgeable about the products. He knew a lot about the ingredients and side effects. It kind of makes it your to-go vitamin store. He gave us a couple of referrals for gyms. I really enjoyed going to this GNC because of Mike truly one of a kind service. If I had a vitamin supplement store I would definitely hire this guy. I was stoked to see they carried Alani Nu since I was in dire need of BCAA's. I should have just ordered directly from the website. Upon entering the store, I wasn't acknowledged whatsoever by the young kid working. Ok wasn't a huge deal since he was with another customer at time, cool I get it. Yet, He did see me standing at the Alani Nu shelf...The Shelf in which half of the supplements are locked away. I Was probably in need of some help from the sales associate *Hint Hint* As he finishes up with the customer, two guys walk in. They're totally acknowledged as soon as they walked in! The guys grab their supplements hassle free.. because you know their stuff wasn't locked up. By the time they finished another female walks and is immediately helped! I don't get it. I must have been wearing invisible cloak that day. Had I known my experience would be less than an experience, I would have saved myself a trip. Sucks to miss out on sale & a potential long term customer. Never again read more

So I went to this store today and had the worse experience ever.. I was looking for some cinnamon oil, i looked online it shows $8 something at a GNC store, so I ask the lady who has dark hair for the cinnamon oil and she pilled the back part and said the price was 29 dollars cause I wasn't a member wtf but there price tag shows 8 something for non members then she goes I'll give you 15 percent discount.. I told her no thanks I think your ripping me off I'm pretty sure I can find the same exact one online or at another store.. She then had the nerves to say is it 100% pure?
