Was just in there trying to return a supplement. Guy in there, heavy Australian or NZ accent kept asking questions. I was sold a bad batch.. I sampled it, knowing it has beta alanine, tried to push past it during my workout so I sent my husband in to get one. I took it twice, again, tried to workout through the itchiness, a beta alanine aide effect, because people kept telling me "you get used to it" I tried.. decided to take it back and try and get my money back. Dude panicked and called his boss, and gave me a 50 dlr gift card which I won't be using it, so I gave it away.. please fix your return policy. And im out 50 bucks.. You have a line of customers waiting and this guy has the nerve to ask a million questions. He's also rude. Horrible customer service and will NOT be returning. Please train your employees better. read more

I've been in twice now and both times have been excellent. First time I was helped by Brian, he got me set up on quality products, and gave some great education on which each product was going to do for balance. Next time, I was helped by Jillian (spelling could be off). She helped with getting superfood to add to my shakes. Great product, and again excellent service. Had the best experience with this location. The New owner is constantly in and truly cares about her customers. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and wasn't trying to upsell me but rather educate me on what my body needs for ultimate success. They are really well versed at this store... knowing how to support your high school athlete, middle aged mom trying to get off the weight gained by kids or help the competing body builder. I just sat in front of this location for 20 minutes waiting for the employee to return. I understand if they need to use the restroom, but I drove all the way over there with my 3yo in tow and 20 minutes is longer than I should have to wait during business hours. Wow, I am impressed with the customer service at the Menifee and Murrieta locations. I just went to the new Menifee location and Chris helped me for over an hour. He is full of knowledge on health, fitness, and the products. He explained everything and why I would need to take it and all the benefits. He was not pushy like other owners are. Chris can go into great details about anything in the shop and I know this because I have asked him about a lot of different items and I suspect Richard could do the same I just haven't worked with him as much to know 100% sure.
