When I walked through the front door with my head down, I was immediately greeted by a "welcome to Herbally Grounded", then with a smile, the cashier Vernika asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, with the mindset of just being sold anything that may not be beneficial to me, but why not give it a try? I must say, Vernika immediately removed my doubts and made me feel like I was an important member of Herbally Grounded. She displayed so much compassion, kindness, and actually listened to my concerns. For me, she was like a breath of fresh air. Unlike the medical field and doctors I've been seeing, who just treat me like a number and want to heavily medicate me, which I'm opposed to. My desire is for a healthier lifestyle. Through the guidance of Ms. Vernika, I was able to see hope in living a healthier lifestyle. I am now very optimistic and so appreciative of her for just listening and explaining in detail the different types of herbs and how they may help. I've worked in the customer service industry for over (30) years, and from the heart I can say she is an exemplary employee and it shows in how she treats and respects the customer. They even carry some lifting equipment like straps and belts. This store is conveniently located literally right around the corner from the LVAC on Decatur & 215 so it's a convenient option if you forgot your protein shake that day and you want to buy a single serving without having to pay the mark up at the juice bar. They have multiple locations across the city and can generally be found close to LVAC locations I've been extremely satisfied with my experiences here and I will continue to be a customer!

So went there again today after the gym, picked up a few breakfast items, went to the self check out, entered my phone number"account not found" did that a few times... then I opened the app, scanned the barcode, same result. Self serve assistant entered my account number manually, still no joy. Went home, made sure I was logged in, did a points request, app found my purchase, accepted it, but no points in my history. Called Corporate AGAIN. They verified my file with the issue was still there (must be getting pretty big by now) said IT is still trying to figure it out... Well truth be told I'm about ready to delete the account, get another email account and have the account in my dogs name. I mean we're not building a Mars Lander here! C'mon sprouts get on the ball or I may have to start shopping at Aldi or something.

Definitely a fun place to explore if you have a bit more time. Right now Sprouts has a weekly sale running Feb11-17th with great savings on produce, premium meats, chocolates, and more, perfect timing for stocking up ahead of Valentine's Day. I also saw a Super BOGO sale on tons of items... think buy one, get one free or 50% off on snacks, drinks, pantry staples, and other favorites. So it's worth browsing the shelves carefully (especially the items marked for deals). I also check the Sprouts app or weekly ads online before I go normally, my trip was a spur of the moment decision. However they often have digital coupons and seasonal discounts (like on strawberries, flowers, chocolates, and other Valentine's themed goodies) even if there isn't a blanket store wide promo.
