Chris, the store manager, and the district manager BOTH deserve recognition for how they handled my concerns. The district manager personally reached out to me, listened to what happened, and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine concern. I truly appreciated him taking the time to contact me and make sure my experience was addressed. That says a lot about leadership and accountability. And Chris was equally impressive. He was professional, respectful, understanding, and made me feel like my concerns as a customer actually mattered. Chris is exactly what I consider a FIVE STAR MANAGER. The truth is, this is a GREAT store. Sometimes you simply have a few employees who are not on board when it comes to providing excellent customer service, and unfortunately, those few people can negatively affect the entire experience. But good leadership can make all the difference. Both Chris and the district manager changed my perspective because they didn't ignore the problem. They addressed it.
