They're consistently friendly, helpful, and actually take the time to make sure you're taken care of instead of just ringing you up and sending you on your way. They also run great discounts pretty often, which is always a win. One time I noticed a supplement I picked was close to its expiration date, and they immediately handled it and gave me a big discount without hesitation. Super accommodating and professional about it. It's little moments like that that make you want to keep coming back to the same location. Greeted as you walk through the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. They'll point you in the right direction, answer any questions and then leave you alone and not bug you unless you ask. Seems like a fairly new building. The place is very clean and neat inside. It's well stocked with many health supplement related options. Wow this place is awesome. Night and day compared to GNC or other vitamin shops. Huge place with pretty much everything you would need to supplement your health goals. I really liked that they have a refrigerator with live probiotics and fish oils. They also had a nice pet section with a ton of different supplements for shedding, allergies, etc. It is very organized with each area sectioned out such as kids health, pet health, women's health, etc. Christian helped me and was very friendly. He explained that they have a rewards program that for each dollar you spend quarterly you get a point. Every 100 points equals $5. He also showed me liquid vitamins compared to multipacks so that I could choose which one worked best. They have pretty good specials as well on various items. They do not currently have a phone installed as they just opened last Friday. Make sure to check it out! read more

I find it amazing to see that the health food stores such as The Vitamin Shoppe were forced to close due to the Covid-19. Vitamins and products made and designed to help keep the human body healthy and strong. But liquor stores and McDonald's are left open for our consumption, even with delivery. Nice clean bright store with lots of parking. I stopped to get some apple cider vinegar tablets. They had some free samples to try and also lots of buy one get one free specials. The staff member was also polite and knowledgeable. The do have a club you can join to get special deals. read more

They have a huge selection and the cool thing is if they have our on their website you can order it and get it delivered either to your house or to the store for pick up. Came to the store a couple of days ago and met their new manager Angela. Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Not only knowledgeable, but helpful and bright. I had questions, which I felt were silly to ask... But she was professional, courteous and made me feel like each question was worth asking. Not only was she helping me but three additional customers with the same level of excellence. Answering questions, being attentive and handling the entire store single handedly. My lovely store all the locations have great service there beautiful stories that clean they have a wonderful variety. It's also the only store in town that sells empty capsules which I need so I absolutely love this place. I ran in really quick after work to grab a specific product. I made sure to check online earlier in the day to see if they carried it before I went in. The store employees greeted me when I entered and asked if they could assist me with finding anything. I politely denied and headed to the section my product was in. I noticed that the entire section was well picked through and sadly my product was gone. I searched for a similar product and was unable to find anything that caught my eye. I walked back to the front of the store and the employees were gone. I looked around and it seemed like they trying to stay busy doing other things then help me. I stood at the register for a few minutes and decided to leave. My product wasn't available and the employees seemed to be avoiding my question. I will not be coming back to this location as I was unable to get what I need and didn't receive help. I understand that at first I didn't need help but after realizing my product was not in stock I was going to ask if any was in back or if they knew of another store having it in stock.
