He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answer all of my questions, and help me narrow down the right teas for what I needed. I really appreciate when an employee doesn't just point you toward an aisle and walk away, but actually takes the time to help you understand your options. It made the whole experience so much easier--and honestly, so much more enjoyable! I was able to find exactly what I needed and left feeling confident about my choices.
