I walked into this nutrition center last week looking for a fat burner and the "manager" named Wan, paid very little attention to me and my needs. I know this because not only did he seem preoccupied, but he sent me home with a fat burner that almost gave me a heart attack, and I specifically told the man in charge I DO NOT LIKE caffeine. Pretty much your typical GNC store. I'm not a big supplement/vitamin junkie, but it seems like this store is well stocked with an array of items and they offer plenty of samples to try. I came in to the store in need of my favorite pre workout and the sales associate guided me to what I was looking for. He asked me a few questions and even offered other alternatives to what I was using (not like what I use was terrible), but he definitely was knowledgable in comparing all the different ingredients and the purpose for each ingredient was for. Overall, this is store is pretty good and the associates are knowledgeable. If you subscribe to their Instagram they offer 5% off too! Also, I do think it's worth getting a GNC card too for those that don't have one! read more

BUYER BEWARE! This is not a legitimate GNC store. It's a franchise that does not comply with GNC's policies. If you want to return an item with a receipt they DO NOT give you a full refund. The store has the policy posted on their counters but the cashier refused to give me a full refund. He said "we don't know if you used it or not." What great f'in customer service. read more

Around early March I busted out my old work out clothes and sneakers in hopes to shed some weight. I stopped by this store on my way home from work hoping to get some guidance. Not only was the guy working that day friendly, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. Instead of pushing me to buy a million different products for different things, he was honest about what he takes and what worked best for him. He made an overwhelming process simple!!! AND instead of pressuring me to buy something i didn't even come in for, he gave me a sample of multivitamins to try for free. All in all, I have been to other GNC's and this guy (I feel bad I didn't catch his name) knows his stuff and was able to give me great advice, I will be back for sure! read more

This GNC location is terrible! I feel like they are the bastard children of the other, more well stocked stores. Every time I come in here they never have what I'm looking for. Mainly Kill Cliff. Unfortunately this is the closest location and thankfully I rarely need to visit. If you're looking for some fish oil than your good. But if you have a tricky request than you might be out of luck. read more

This your typical GNC, albeit smaller. They seem to carry most products, although I don't frequent GNC enough to know if they are missing anything in particular. When I was there, a customer was ranting about politics and the military with the cashier. I don't know if that's common but they were borderline yelling so I just left. read more

I would leave zero stars if that was possible I went in to swap out a product that I purchased online and the representative at the front. Juan, "said that they were unable to do that and the owners were the ones that said that that's not OK for them to swap out products anymore at their franchise location and to send everyone to corporate stores for that. Even though they have a 30 day exchange program. When I called GNC corporate they said that, that's not true and that you can swap Out products at all locations. They corporate representative even talked to Juan the cashier. Juan called the owners and they still refused to swap the product. Once the corporate rep went through all of this she was blown away about how awful this location is and she said she reported them to their franchise management office. Juan was the worst employee I have ever seen. Rude guy who only cares about making commission. Oh well, now this location will never get future business from me. I hope the GNC contacts this owner and puts them in their place. It was Outrageous on how rude and terrible this experience was. Also Juan, I hope you go back to flipping signs for GNC. You shouldn't be in the store. (All the other guys I have bought hundreds of dollars of products from, are 1000% better then you) read more

This GNC is awesome! Everyone that works there is really helpful, and really know what they are talkung about. They are not pushy, and a few Weeks ago I bought some thermigenics I wasn't too happy with, and they took them back and exchanged them for some different ones, that,were better suited for me. All in all, its fun to go in there, they always have samples of things to try, and I would recommend this store to any and everyone who needs vitamins. read more

Very poor experience here ! If I could leave 0 stars I would . I bought a protein from here that I tried to exchange it and the guy gave me a whole run around how I couldn't get my change back because he would get in trouble by his manager by giving me 75 dollars back ! Quite frankly it's very frustrating to have to be driving around to different gncs to get my money back because this original GNC location can't give me my money back .
