I went to GNC a week ago and bought some vitamins at Santa Clarita GNC but they ran out so they claimed they place an order for more and I paid up front. Came back a week later when they told me the order would be in the store and come to find out they never placed the order. The clerk called the manager and the manager said you can drive to another city 20 mins away pick it up and we will give you 10 percent off. 10 percent does not even cover the gas and inconvenience. The manager said oh well either you wait until 5 days or travel to another store and get it because I forgot to place the order. I requested my refund. The Manager is very unprofessional. he does not know it but he just lost out on a $2k future order from my team. read more

Don't shop here, they suck. My boyfriend and I were in the area, and decided to stop in to shop for a re-up on our pre-workout. We always get the same one, but the man working that day recommended us to try a new one that was "FIRE". He said if you don't like it you can always bring it back. Long story short we try it and both hated it. I even got sick and throw up after taking it. We visited the store and were told they were unable to give us a full return.. we're were simply just trying to exchange it for a different product. The manager told us that he was unable to give a full refund. Keep in mind I've did returns thru my account in the past with no issue. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! read more

This is seriously the best GNC I have ever been to. If you are a gym rat like me then you have to come to this location. I don't even live in the area but it is 100% worth it to take a drive and do shopping here to stock up on your protein powders/bars/items. The customer service here is incredible, the staff is so knowledgeable about the products they serve and they are very kind and patient. I haven't had customer service this good from any other GNC. The variety of products they have is incredible, they have so many different stuff from vegan, to variety of brands, and even health supplements. They have things I thought you could only buy online. This place is like Disneyland for gym lovers. Highly recommend. This store is located in a huge shopping center with loads of parking, stores and restaurants. read more

One of the owners Jd is very unprofessional, he is a liar and a narcissist. He never once apologized for the inconvenience he put me through. I ordered from that store on Tuesday because he told me it would be ready for pickup on Thursday at 7pm the same week. So I go there and then he tells me it might be available at 9pm and he would call me for an update that night. So I wait in the area just in case and he did not call me at all. He then calls me on Friday and tells me maximum it will be available on Monday. He did not call me, I went to the store and a man who works there was very nice to call him for me about the situation. Here I am thinking jd just scammed me because he is dragging this out. Finally I received my order almost a week later.Save yourself the stress and hassle and purchase from another GNC. read more

This is a very clean and well stocked location. They also have lots of awesome samples to try which is a huge selling point for me personally because I'm so flavor picky! I get all of my nutritional supplements here. It's not the cheapest place to buy if you just walk in to get something every now and then. I have a Gold card which is $10 but saves you 30% on everything. That discount adds up if you come every few months. The owner knows his stuff and won't BS you into buying something. I went in after doing my research and the owner was their who have me more knowledge on the product and I was impressed. He gave me a Good deal better than amazon and even GNC.com . He offered me vitamins and also gave me a good deal on them. I ended up saving almost $40 which is awesome. We started talking about pre-workout, he gave me free samples of the new products.
