I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for years. They are always quick and reliable. I am able to get my prescriptions filled within 15-20 minutes and rarely have had to come back to pick them up. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. I would highly recommend them. read more

The pharmacist, Lisa, is exceptional. She warned me about my out of pocket cost for a pricey medication, which I did not want to pay. She called the doctor for me to get a much more affordable substitute, and had it ready for me within the hour. I have never had a pharmacist be so thorough in her explanation of a medication, and she was pleasant and funny on top of it. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Walgreens' pharmacy! What a blessing these people are. I am a woman in her mid-20s who unfortunately suffers from chronic pain and back problems, and my insurance and medications always require a series of hoops to jump through. Fortunately, this Walgreens Pharmacy staff is always so pleasant and helpful and kind; you can tell they truly love their jobs and are in it to help others. The entire staff is great, but the two head pharmacists--Charlynn and the tall red-haired woman (I don't know her name unfortunately)--have always gone above and beyond for me. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I get emotional easily and my insurance can make my transaction difficult, but the pharmacy staff never makes me feel like I am a bother. I love coming here and will always send my RXs to this pharmacy. If they happen to see this review, thank you SO MUCH for being such a blessing to your customers. read more

Very nice for a chain drugstore, I come in often when I need something in a hurry and don't want to drive far to get it. Most of the time shelves are well stocked, and they carry everything you can think of. The store always looks nice and clean and it's important for a drugstore to be clean. Lines are never long so my shopping doesn't take more than 10 minutes. read more

The parking lot is always an adventure. They do have electric charging stations available. One thing I've noticed is they tend to have THE SLOWEST cashiers. I tend to opt for self-checkout because of this. It's not just a bit slow- it's comically slow. Almost like they're trained to be the sloth from Zootopia. It's all of them. Not just one, which is why I think they're trained to go slow. To keep them from making mistakes and prevent loss issues possibly (?) but it's almost like a running joke now when we have to use a regular register. They take each item and look at all available sides before even attempting to scan it. Just give it a shot! Wave it in a circular motion and usually it will scan. I don't know why it's done the way they do it but watch next time you're there. It's kind of funny. I'm usually not in a rush so it's fine. Walking in there has always been a TERRIBLE sewer smell. I don't know where it comes from but it has been consistent. Sometimes worse, sometimes less depending on the breeze but always present. Everything is locked up and getting someone to unlock it makes it hardly worth the item itself. I've stood 10 minutes waiting and given up. When you do find someone they are less than pleased to assist. Wish I could say nice things about this location but they make it hard!

I checked out the outdoor area to get some mosquito spray as well. The store is very big inside and has a lot of stuff. Things were organized nicely and there employees throughout the store ready to help. I checked out their car detailing supplies but most were behind a locked case. They also have a electronics area which looks pretty great. They had the self checkout area closed so I paid at a cashier station.

They never check me out at the photo counter which makes no sense as there is a register, I always have to go in the main line to checkout which is usually an inconvenience as there's always line. (And my total is free so it's not like I have to actually "checkout" they just have to scan it indicating you picked it up). I also recently filled a few prescriptions here for my dad. They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? I will say though besides all the common sense issues, the staff and pharmacist are all really nice. Parking lot is big, drive thru for pharmacy around back.

I found parking easily in the lot this store has and it shares with Bank of America. The photo department is toward the back left of the store. They had some item behind a locker case so be aware of that. They were slow when I came and went to the photo department. The best addition they added was a button to press so it alert the whole store that help is needed at a certain department. It still took awhile for someone to come out to help me and then she asked me to go pay at the cashier in the front instead of the cashier right there.

The drive thru with even just 2 cars can take like 20 minutes. I don't completely blame the staff because I see customers fumbling with their wallets and stuff. Sometimes I can't always park and get out so it's very time consuming. At times they also have not had my prescriptions in stock for refill and have to wait 3-5 days so plan ahead here.

I don't know all of their names, but Arin is especially earnest and helpful. The team at the counter is courteous and determined to give customers the attention they need. Rajee is very conscientious and a good problem solver. The pharmacy processes many prescriptions a day. But the space is too small to accommodate the volume of orders. Bags of filled prescriptions end up stacked high above, on top of each other, and staffers have to climb up a ladder to retrieve them. CVS needs to expand the footprint of the pharmacy to give its team a safer, more efficient space to work in. As for the drive-through, I jot down my name, DOB and medication on a slip of paper and slide it through, and that helps everything go more quickly. I'm glad to have this CVS as my neighborhood pharmacy.

I drink bourbon and when you find a good deal on a bourbon you should get it...like I said = weekly ad + deals on bourbon = Mike is happy. But the problem is that I don't have a Rite Aid that is generally convenient for me, but we were out getting a late night ice cream to help with the recent heat and most places around here roll up their sidewalks close to 10 PM. Rite Aid does too, but we got there right before closing and my wife got the double scoop she craved and cured the heat. While we were there I picked up something else I needed, but ventured over to the alcohol section with a LOT of choices on bourbon...yeah...! I saw one that was a peanut butter whiskey (this is not bourbon folks) but I thought it was interesting and might pick some up for my wife. We'll see, but in either case the staff was nice. I got my Rite Aid "card" by just registering my phone number with them and can use it in the future. The ice cream was a fond memory for my wife from her childhood so that along with finding a future location for a deal plus friendly staff was a good find. I saw the other reviews, discarded the Yelpers with the one or two only negative reviews as per usual. Not a bad place, but took it to the fourth star for my experience last night.

By Monday, my nails were already popping off. One even came off just from opening my shower door. Management had me come back for an entirely new set instead of offering a refund. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again that same weekend. When I asked for a refund after two failed sets, they refused and just kept telling me to try a different technician. I understand mistakes happen, but after two sets that didn't last, I expected better quality and better customer service. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this salon. Be careful before spending your money here.

The one on Soledad and whites canyon is the worse pharmacy If you're sic, in pain, or looking for a little bit of customer care, run as far away from this pharmacy as possible. They are the most absolute useless and uncaring pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of using. The pharmacists don't care to them you're just a customer making them work. I have been using them for about a year and every time I need my medications they always manage to mess it up. Fernando is very rude he has no customer service skills. There is absolutely no sympathy when it comes to getting medications on time and they don't call you if there is a problem with the insurance. The last problem I had Last week I got charged doble for my deductible when I asked them they told me to call my doctor because and send them a new prescription and he did but, when I went back today the little girl pharmacist told me she didn't remember me that it wasn't her I had spoken to. When she finally remembered me she told me that no she wouldn't be able to help me with a refund because they don't do that. But she promised me she would if I contacted the doctor. I asked to speak to Stephany the one in charge and she talked to the other girl and came back telling me the same thing that there was nothing she could do. I'm so disappointed I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because this one is a shame. read more

Love this Walgreens location! It is very convenient to reach from my home and frequently shop here for items that I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are good and areas well kept. I enjoy the Reward Points that you can earn for product purchases which comes in handy. Pharmacy folks are very nice as well when I pick up my medications. Great job!! read more

I asked the pharmacy staff about VIS and information on the vaccine. Both the pharmacist, Michael Guiguis, and the pharmacy technician Stephanie Montoya told me they don't keep that information because "nobody asks for it." Ms. Montoya tild me the name of the manufacturer and said "go in google and find the information about it." I tried, but there was no cell signal at the location. I mentioned that and the pharmacist laughed and said "yeah signal is bad here." He then said he would give me all the information AFTER i get my shot. I replied that I wantesto aee it before and that by law he had to provide it. He then told me to sit down and started talking care of another customer. After than he asked me if I was going to get the shot. I again said that I needed the information about the ingredients and side effects prior to getting the shot. Mr. Michael Guiguis said, "I will have to do extra work just for you to find it." I noted that tgey have to have VIS available and he said again, "Nobody ever asks for this." Then he told me he wasn't going to give me the shot. I had to get store manager involved in order to obtain the information I spent 30 minutes asking for. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were rude, unprofessional and refused to provide information about the vaccine until after the store manager got involved.

I have a chronic illness I was born with that can be very stigmatized, and I have had some terrible experiences at pharmacies throughout my lifetime (mainly pharmacists treating me rudely/like a criminal/as if I'm lying about my condition because I "look healthy" and look really young). I just moved to the area and initially when my doctor called in my scripts to Ralph's pharmacy the pharmacist was unsure if they could take my insurance, but my doctor's office had closed already and I needed my pain meds for the weekend. So, I told her I would pay out of pocket since I couldn't have my doctor send the script to another pharmacy on a Friday night (controlled meds can't be transferred easily, and paying out of pocket for pain meds is better than going a weekend without them and potentially ending up in the hospital). When I arrived, the pharmacist was very kind and told me she called around to other Ralph's and figured out that they did actually take my insurance! A lot of pharmacists would've just left it at "we don't take that insurance" without even checking for my unusual insurance. Since she had originally thought I was paying out of pocket, she had also found me some sort of discount code to apply to the prescription. This also was happening about an hour before they closed. So within an hour of the script being called in, I had my medication in my hand, and for cheaper than I normally would pay (because I still got to use the code even though my insurance was covering most of it). It was filled super quickly too, even though the pharmacist said they were backed up with perscriptions. I've filled multiple medications there since, and they are always filled within 2-3 hours. They also are nice when my boyfriend picks my meds up for me and don't give him a hard time (also something we've experienced). It's really nice having kind, trustworthy pharmacists who don't make me feel bad about my condition. I don't normally write yelp reviews but this is a really, really good pharmacy and I want anyone else with chronic conditions that have had similar experiences as me to know that you won't be disappointed by this pharmacy. I wish I knew the name of the nice pharmacist I'm referencing in this review. She is friendly, has long black hair, wears glasses, and is Asian. Thank you Ralph's pharmacy!!

Also if there's a problem happening with one customer hop on another register or call someone over to help out. I finally got to the cashier, no "sorry for the wait" just rang me up like I haven't been waiting this whole time. She was nice but moved so slow with any task that lead up to grabbing a prescription to checking out. However, I did see a guy behind the counter filling up prescriptions who kept looking over at me and the line forming behind me but didn't do anything until I finally got called up to retrieve my items and then he hopped over and rang up the next person in line. Why he couldn't come over sooner I have no clue, but all I ask is to move the line. Most people are in here shopping for groceries and others just wanna grab and go on with their day. **Consistently get calls and texts when your prescription is ready, every single day until you come and grab it.. seems like a urgency with making you come down there; but no rush to get your prescriptions in hand!

I tried to send my order in first thing but they weren't open yet so I waited until they were. As time neared for the store to be closing I called and was told that they don't deliver on the weekend. The app nor the site says anything about not delivering the same day. So now I start work tomorrow at 8am and don't have what I need to work. Nor did she even receive my order although the email I got confirmed it was received and will be out for delivery today!

Explained everything along the way. Made sure I was comfortable with all tests, their prices are very, very competitive and the sell a few top tier brands, not just a Kirkland brand. Godd service, top tier hearing aid, very competitive pricing (about 50% less than my old ones), professional people... if you can't read the quality i am typing, you need to go to their eye center first!
