I went in looking for some Pre workout and came out with some pre workout, 2 drinks and a couple samples. Guy's very helpful and gave some great advice. Usually I walk into other GNCs get what I need and walk out, instead I was greeted at this one and had a full on great conversation about supplements and lifting. Best GNC in Santa Clarita by far, went in looking for some fat burners and not sure what I was looking for. Ahmed was very attentive, explained a lot about the ingredients and what they do, which was very helpful. Usually A lot of staff couldn't tell you anything about ingredients nor do they have any knowledge to any supplements that they sell. Either way he was very professional very helpful and didn't come off as he was just trying to just sell me something or even trying to rush me through the process, which I'm sure a lot of us can appreciate. I'd rate this store in the negatives if I could! So two weeks ago I went to a GNC by my work in Burbank to get some supplements. Well if you didn't know let me fill you in, GNC has a 30 day satisfaction GUARANTEE policy. That means if you purchase something from ANY GNC and you do NOT like it for whatever reason you have 30 days to return it to ANY GNC store for a full cash back refund, exchange, store credit, or back on your payment choice as long as you have the receipt. Well the things I bought tasted like shit but I tried it for a full week (all 7 days) and I wanted to return them. Well I have two GNC stores by my house one a "cooperate" store on the corner or Whites Canyon and Soledad Cyn Rd. and the other a "franchise" store on Golden Valley Rd. The Saturday before Easter I tried to get my refund from both stores and both of them gave me the ol run-around by saying they couldn't afford to give me my cash back ($98.08). "Come back" at the end of the day when we've had more customers blah blah blah. Cause we all know everyone buys everything with cash these days and everyone absolutely loves every single thing we buy. Well I don't have that kind of time so I had to wait till I could make it back which was today. I just went to the GNC on Golden Valley Rd and once again they told me 1- I have to go to the store I bought it at! Then 2- I used too much of the product to give me my refund! 3- they could only do store credit! 4- I don't have the code cause I'm not a manager and he can't get ahold of his manager! And 5- can you come back tomorrow! Obviously I was fuming by this point so the Marine in me took over and in the end he magically came up with the code to give me my refund in about 10 seconds after my voice started to get louder. This was the first time I've ever returned or tried to return something from GNC. If I would have known returning something was going to be such a pain in the ass I never would've gone to GNC in the first place. Hopefully no one else has to endure that kind of shady stupidity but hey that's life. Now you all know read more

I came in here looking for some melatonin but not really sure what to get, so I just grabbed a 5mg box and asked the guy about them. He then recommended the fast dissolving tablets also 5mg, so I took those instead. They were amazing and fast acting but then I noticed that one of the sheets of pills were missing. That's ten pills not in the box. So I went back the next day not sure if they'd give me a hard time about it, but they didn't, they actually made sure that the new box had all of them. Muddassir, the store clerk is the man! This Golden Valley store deserves 5 star rating due to its customer service! I came in with many questions about a month ago searching for the right protein and other supplements that fit well to my goals. The clerk patiently listened and recommended several products. He then trimmed the options down using layman language that made it easy to make a choice as a customer. Well, not only did he recommended good products, but he gave me a killer discount. This guy knows his stuff because the products he recommended worked way better than the products I used from a previous GNC visit in the SFV. I came back today to find the same clerk who attended me a month ago. same great service and killer discounts. I was not the only one satisfied for his customer service because a few friend's of mine recommended me to talk to him regarding any GNC product questions to begin with. His name is Mudassir!
