At 10:30, I asked if she was running late to work? The stylist walked over to Daisy, I had no idea she was with a client!. I was told that she would get to me when she is done. I asked how much longer? I was told "maybe 10 minutes?" I feel that Daisy should have approached me upon arriving and informed me she was with another client and extend the courtesy of letting me know she was running a little late. I refused to wait another "maybe 10 minutes?" or longer. I thanked Lupita, stylist who checked me in that I was leaving and would reschedule with someone else.

The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
