I use the same reference photos every time and always end up satisfied. I guess agreeing with the stylist, Shelbee, that it should feel lived in was my mistake, because it doesn't even feel like I got my hair done. It looks slightly toned after sitting for hours to get full highlight foils put in with my hair being tugged around. I have kids pulling on my hair all day so I can typically stand this, but I imagine others with more sensitive scalps would find this service uncomfortable. After the developer (a 10 volume was used because I said my hair lifts quickly), I could tell when it was washed out my hair haded lifted enough. It was still very dark. Typically a volume 20 is what's used for me but I didn't know until after that's what was done. When it was all done it felt toned which was nice, but nothing like we had discussed (but maybe that's her saying "lived in" to cover up any flaws and considers a tone when paying for a full highlight). She told me it looks dark but will lighten up in the shower. I'm really uncomfortable with confrontation so I said I liked it and left. After 7 days of me trying to tell myself it's okay, people hadn't even noticed I lightened my hair. It looks like a slightly toned dirty blonde and does feel "lived in" like I've lived in it for a year and haven't had my hair done. I called ulta within the 10 day window to tell them I'd like it redone. I was told by Shelbee that she believe she did what we discussed even after resending her the reference and after photos she thinks they look the same? I have no idea but I'd have to pay to have my hair redone after spending $200 on a full highlight. Would not recommend.

The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.
