I wasn't seen until about 3:55 pm. The nurse removed my cherry angioma, and I also asked about removing two small blemishes. I was told it would be about $25 each, but when I went to pay, I was charged $50 per removal. Being quoted one price and charged another is frustrating and unfair. I was given very minimal aftercare instructions and no written guidance. On top of that, the front desk staff seemed uninformed, often placing calls on long holds and unable to answer basic questions. I was told a manager would follow up regarding the overcharge, but I have yet to hear back. Overall, the pricing was unclear, communication was poor, and the service felt disorganized. I would not return and would recommend looking elsewhere.

You walk in you get great aesthetics and the staff is always so friendly. I started visiting this Medi spa for B12 shots about five years ago. I ended up trying their weight loss program and worked it for a couple of months lost my 30 pounds and continue to go there for my B12 shots after reaching my goal. I don't go there consistently but when I feel I need to shed a few pounds I'll head over to. BAA . They recently started offering Semaglutide, so I decided to pop back in and see what the buzz is about.. for your initial visit it's about $120 and then every week you'll pay about 80 $80 depending on your dosage you're on. it has been very effective for me. I've been on it for two months and I've lost 13 pounds. I'm not trying to lose a bunch of weight right away so the process has been slow and you will have to be patient with it. I highly recommend going to this facility as they are quick, courteous, and painless . Oh, I almost forgot to mention you will need an appointment for your initial consultation, but every appointment after that is on a walk-in basis, and when I say you can get in and out in about 15 minutes, that's no lie! I have done my weekly visits on my 30 minute lunch break.

I was asked to fill out an intake form and then Lauren came out to greet me. I was taken to the facial room and took a seat to chat with Lauren. She asked questions to get to know me, what my expectations are and what she could offer. She's holistic by nature and that's what spoke to me the most. I was then asked to change into a towel wrap, showed where to put my stuff and then asked to get onto the facial bed. The initial appointment took about 2 hours from walking in the door to getting back into my car. I appreciated that Lauren took her time. I also liked that she wasn't too chatty during the facial itself. Whenever I'd ask her a question she'd answer and add some good tips. Ultimately, I really wanted to relax to enjoy the experience. I ended up purchasing some Sanitas Skincare items she recommended. Then we made my appointment for 6 weeks out. I'm trusting with Lauren's help and following her lead with the products I'll now use on my face I'll have the results I've been hoping for! I'm all in and excited to try Lauren's method. She was so nice and I can tell she's an expert in her field. She wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing and I could tell she was honestly trying to help me. I told her I go often and the other stores are cheaper. She does not care. Another girl chimes in to help her and she at least said sorry and fixed it to the correct amount of $14. The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me.
