They topped off all my fluids and did a thorough check to let me know what else needed to be done on the vehicle. The transmission needs a bit of love too but we decided to wait on that as it was not urgent. I also store my tires at this location as well which is super convenient when it's change of season time. When I knocked on the door a lady came and said very rudely, we are closed, I said my son just fell can we at least come in and warm up. She was still short and rude and when I asked about an airport shuttle she told me we needed to walk to the hotel, which was two hotels over, in the cold with all our luggage to catch a shuttle. I asked if I could call for the shuttle to come get us and even after my son falling, the temp outside and I was clearly not happy she said, we aren't supposed to, still with the same rude tone. While this was happening another employee came in, a man, didn't offer any help to us at all and proceeded to start the car we had just returned to check it back in. No offer of a ride or help with luggage or anything. When picking up my rental no one mentioned to me that they would not be open at 9 am and that the shuttle would be at a nearby hotel, had they mentioned this I would have allowed time for this and would have been prepared. But instead this was all a surprise and staff was rude and unhelpful.

I got a call saying my car was ready but not completely fixed. When I dropped it off it had issues starting. When I picked it up and after paying $1500 my car ran harder than before and when I seemed to smooth itself out I drove away to then realize as I was about to turn right that I had no breaks. I then made another left hand turn directly into the next parking lot to which thankfully was empty proceeded to press my brakes and there were no brakes. My car then flat out died. I tried to restart my car and nothing.My remote car started and alarm system was not working at all whatsoever. I proceeded to walk back to Kross Auto and tell them my brakes didn't work and it died while I was driving. They were mystified. I left for them to fix it and as I was driving (another vehicle) home I got a call from Kross Auto saying I should come back because "theres a new way to drive my car now" that I needed to be shown how. I said a new way?? I had no brakes. They claimed its some other issue and it runs perfectly fine now and I need to come back and be taught how to drive my automatic car. I asked if its safe to drive and they said "thats up to you to decide". I got angry and said "so ive paid $1500 my car is now worse, I have no brakes, and my alarm system and starter no longer work. They said they should've charged me $2000 and I should be happy with what I got. I asked if they could tow my car to another destination they said yes and then afterwards called me back and denied the tow. I completely 100% do not recommend ever going here. Scam artists.

I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at.... Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km. Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim... Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?? Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?? The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray. The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill. So disappointed.

Upon arrival in YEG, the rental location was called and a vehicle was sent to fetch us from the airport to take us to the rental location. Once we arrived, the driver of the vehicle proceeded to go behind the counter and proceeded to act as the rental agent. The location was tucked in the back part of a disheveled gas-station, almost un-recognizable. The rental vehicle were haphazardly parked on a gravel parking lot nearby. On our reservation we selected 12:00pm for the arrival time, but as everyone knows, flights are unpredictable and after waiting to be picked up, we got to the location about 1:05pm. The attendant pulled up our reservation number and told us that THEY WERE OUT OF CARS, and that it was our fault that we are late and that it didn't matter that we had a reservation, they were simply OUT OF CARS. After a fierce debate (also there was a gentlemen behind us who was also about to be told the same information) we were given a "complimentary upgrade" to a mini van. Had a wanted to rent this instead of a sedan, I would have, but this was the only option given to us. Mini van, or no vehicle at all. Fast forward to returning the vehicle. We had an early flight, so we had to drop off our vehicle at 5am. We were told "Just park the car and give your keys to the gas station attendant." This seemed very odd, but we did as we were told, and then had to wait OUTSIDE in the rain whilst a shuttle came to take us to the airport. The shuttle driver drove like a crazy person but we eventually made it to the airport. NEVER EVER EVER RENT from this specific branch of Routes.
