I got a call from service with a few items that need to be addressed. One of the items was an oil change..... if they looked at the sticker in the windshield they would see it was completed less than 3000km ago. Then the "typical" air filters a dealership likes to sell. I explained that the engine air filter was replaced less than 3000km ago. He continued to say it was dirty and needed to be replaced. I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at.... Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km. Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim... Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?? Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?? The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray. The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill. So disappointed.

    Run away. Total untruths. Total disrespect. Had a tire…read moresidewall separation. Called and asked explicitly if it was covered. Told yes. Booked an appointment. Did not drive it for 3 days until my appointment. Arrived early. Well over an hour later and still with the car in the queue to get into service they said "you have a bulge in your tire". Yes!! We will have to order a tire. What? You bring me there and don't even have a tire for a Mazda 3?? AND it's not covered. What??? The only reason I waited three days and drive to the dealer was because it WAS covered. And then the service reception lady threw a snit when I said I would just leave. So I called my regular tire guy at integra and he had a tire in and repaired in 3 hours. Run run away from the LA Mazda.

I called you multiple times during the day yesterday to arrange the meet to purchase the CX5 GS 2022. I left you voice mails, spoke with Gurpreet (sales manager) to find out info. All I got was you were busy with customers. Well I was a customer as well and one that got no attention to the fact of you earning my business. I am especially shocked And disappointed that someone in your position would allow such lack of professionalism in business. To me this dealership now unfortunately reflects the used car shop down the road where a car sales man is out to only earn the cash and not out to earn cliental. Yes I did not put a deposit down but I thought my words were clear in that I'm going to purchase this vehicle. Besides, you didn't even ask for a deposit. Also the common courtesy would be to have called me to see where I was at with purchasing this vehicle before any of you moved forward. My frustration will be forwarded to Mazda Canada and another review along with word of mouth will be shared in respects to this incident and the in lack of professionalism this dealership presented. Times are tough yes, but you don't bring yourself to this level.

Staff are friendly, personable, helpful, efficient with a very friendly community type environment. The sales representative that assisted me was Doug C. After a few years of visiting the dealership it was clear that this was different from others. No high pressure sales, but rather friendly and helpful staff. The Finance Mgr. Mike E. was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very efficient, and most helpful. The staff ensure that the customer receives excellent assistance, information, and the option of any followup needed in the future. This will remain my 'go to' destination for any future vehicle requirements!

A couple weeks ago I got a notice in the mail about an ignition recall. Then my key fob (the clicky starter thing) stopped working. Since I only have one fob I booked myself an appointment to get it fixed and to get my recall handled. My car went in at 9am. Before I had been quoted $125 for the repair (the recall was obviously no charge). I was at work and got a text at noon that my repair was done. When I wrote back and asked how much everything would be I got back $55. What? Sweet deal. Apparently $125 is the price to replace the system, but since I just needed a new battery (and no reprogramming) I got the lower price. Nothing wrong with that. Hopefully I don't have to come back to Schwab for a while. The service and everything was nice there, but I just prefer to have a working car with no more recalls.

When we arrived…read morethey were closed and i was traveling with my 5 year old son and I am currently 8 months pregnant, temp outside was -18, my son had just fallen and scraped his head right outside on the step while I was struggling with all of our baggage. When I knocked on the door a lady came and said very rudely, we are closed, I said my son just fell can we at least come in and warm up. She was still short and rude and when I asked about an airport shuttle she told me we needed to walk to the hotel, which was two hotels over, in the cold with all our luggage to catch a shuttle. I asked if I could call for the shuttle to come get us and even after my son falling, the temp outside and I was clearly not happy she said, we aren't supposed to, still with the same rude tone. While this was happening another employee came in, a man, didn't offer any help to us at all and proceeded to start the car we had just returned to check it back in. No offer of a ride or help with luggage or anything. When picking up my rental no one mentioned to me that they would not be open at 9 am and that the shuttle would be at a nearby hotel, had they mentioned this I would have allowed time for this and would have been prepared. But instead this was all a surprise and staff was rude and unhelpful.

However, I recently decided it was time to look at a car more suited to Edmonton winter weather, and spoke to a salesman (Mark) about some used RAV4s they had in stock while I was there for a service for my Prius. After we spoke at the dealership, we exchanged a few emails. He asked if I'd be paying cash or finance. I asked what the pros and cons were... and got a copy-pasted email back seriously explaining "if you pay cash, you will have less on hand" and "there is interest if you finance". Uhh... duh? I'm unsure if he is just such a terrible saleman in general that he could not even understand a customer would be asking what incentives he could offer if I went for their preferred payment type (surely that's a question they must hear weekly at least), or if he specifically decided that I personally looked like an idiot, but either way he assumed a woman in her 40s needed an explanation of how cash works...? He had two similar RAV4s available and immediately tried to sell me the one with the higher mileage but not significantly lower price. When I asked why anyone would choose the higher mileage model he laughed and agreed the other one was a much better deal. So... why did you try to interest me in that one first, then? Again, making it pretty clear he thought I was an idiot? After I did test drive the vehicle and got a mechanic friend to look at it while I was out, I pointed out some damage and the wear on the tires, and suggested a significantly lower price that my mechanic friend suggested. He didn't look impressed, but I asked him to think it over, and if he could come close to that price I'd sign the papers immediately. Was it a lowball price? Yes, of course it was. This is how negotiation works. My expectation was that he'd come back with another price suggestion. In actuality, I never even heard from him again, not even a "no thanks" email, just silence. Given that his attitude had already disinclined me to be in the slightest bit sympathetic, and considering how many used RAV4 models are out there, I decided to look elsewhere and eventually purchased a similar model RAV4 from Rally Subaru. And I will not be returning to Gateway Toyota. Overall verdict: not the worst Toyota dealer for service. But possibly the worst Toyota dealer for sales rep attitude. Or at least, if you do go here, pick your sales rep carefully.

After about 20 pushes to buy all the extra warranty and shit they try and rip you off on, and declining them all, they still stuck one in like the sneaky pricks they are on final billing. Will never purchase anything from this dealer again. Truck is awesome , do yourself a favour and go to any other Toyota Dealer
