Amazing experience with Go Big Rentals! Jackie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided a balloon arch with a backdrop and a personalized sign for my daughter's first birthday. From the initial inquiry through the the day of the party, communication was prompt and fully detailed. She took my general idea for my baby's party and came up with a brilliant design, sharing ideas and photos along the way to make sure we were happy with the vision long before the actual party. On the day of, she came at the agreed upon time and set everything up with ease. She even added an extra board to complete the backdrop because she thought it would make the whole picture look better with that extra little touch. Then she came and disassembled everything after the party too, leaving us with the personalized birthday sign that we still have in our baby's room today! I would highly recommend using Go Big Rentals for any balloon needs! Jackie was so easy to work with and came up with the cutest ideas. I was reading reviews from Yelp and got interested since they all said Jackie is professional, good, etc etc.. so I reached out to her about a month before my daughter's birthday party and she said she can do it on the day of my event. We were talking and planning the set up date. Up to this far, she said okay still, and even wanted to accommodate the set up the day before because she is booked the morning of my event day. Once I confirmed the set up time, she CANCELLED on me. And this is ONE WEEK before my event. I am really disappointed. Should have said no since the get go so I can find other vendors if you are not sure you can make it. Thank you Jackie for the professionalism. Yes, no deposit yet. Shouldn't you direct the customer what's the process/your policy, instead of customer being the one that's taking the initiative to the next step? I offered to put deposit and that's when you cancelled - and that was the FIRST time deposit was being mentioned throughout the whole conversation. read more

Jackie has helped with a few big family events over the last few years and I am always blown away by her quick response time, set up and take down. The most recent event that I was so grateful to book her for, was my wedding back in September 2023. I reached out to her as soon as I got engaged because I could not see the day going without her expertise. That day ( and leading up to it) I received not just a back drop set up for my sweetheart table, but I received some month of/ day of coordination as well. I seriously would not have been able to come up with a clear vision without her keen eye to detail and helping me hone in on my vision of how I saw the day going! This is the second time I have used Go Big Rentals and both times I have been thrilled with their services. For this event, I hosted a "Sip and See" baby shower for my grandson and wanted a beach baby themed backdrop. I provided Jackie with a few Pinterest photos to give her an idea of what I had in mind. She shared font ideas for my grandson's name that would be part of the backdrop as well as balloon color options. I was blown away by how amazing the backdrop turned out! I was asked to send a txt showing the area so they could figure out what size is needed and give me a quote. 2 days go by and still no word from anyone. Jackie created exactly the bouquet I wanted for my recovering friend. She listened to my request; showed me similar arrangements; then created and delivered a real masterful piece. My friend, now finished with radiation, moves on to full recovery (we pray) from the horrific cancer diagnosis. This bouquet makes me feel 'present', though miles are many. I reached out for a quote on 11/27 after reading Jackie's great reviews praising her work and communication. She responded the next day asking me to send additional info to a phone number or email. I immediately sent an email that same day (11/28). Never heard back from her. I sent another email including a photo I forgot to include in the first email - no response to that email either. I called her on 12/1 asking if she received my emails and she responded that she had but she's been busy and will get back to me that evening. Never heard back from her. Needless to say, I won't be reaching out to her again for any future orders and would not recommend her. read more

After inquiring, Juby called and we discussed what I wanted, colors of balloons, backdrop and sign. She sent me pictures and videos of her previous work that aligned with what I wanted for my event. After the call, she sent the quote within 24 hrs. Due to weather restrictions, I requested to change from outdoor set-up to an indoor one. She asked for photos of new location to make sure there is enough space. On the day of the event, they showed up on time. Again, they are very easy to work with. I look forward to using their services again for future events/parties.

This was not at a storefront which kind of threw me off and I passed it up and had to circle back but Josie definitely hooked me up. I got professional service that was curbside. The balloons were appreciated by the recipient and that's all I wanted! I will say the foil balloons could have had a little more helium because they weren't fully inflated- maybe it can be attributed to the heat, but I had the AC on... so idk. Other than that, I appreciate Josie and how seamless the process was from placing the order to being brought my order (curbside). If you need balloons or some arrangement needs contact Josie, she'll definitely customize your needs!

After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. As an attempt to get in communication with the company to get a quote after hours I used the "book now" feature on their website. The book now feature did work. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use. Go Big Rentals helped make my marriage proposal absolutely perfect. I rented their light-up "MARRY ME" sign, flower wall, and some elegant decor. Jackie handled everything!
