This is my usual car wash spot because I like how they clean my car. The staff told me that the prices changed, but the (new I think) owner hasn't updated their signage. For a full service wash, he charged me $35. I gave a 3 star because my car wash this time didn't meet my expectations like usual. The interior felt like it wasn't cleaned; almost as if they wiped the surfaces with a damp towel only. Might have to look for another car spot. [Update] Sorry, but I have to lower my rating to a 2. After driving away, I'm seeing that the interior was not cleaned thoroughly. I'm finding dust in the dashboard areas, as of it wasn't even touched. The waiting area was horrible, it was either outside at 110 degrees or inside at subways dinning area that the AC was not working. It was cooler outside in the shade. The Full Service wash is an excellent value at $22. I added a hand wax for an additional $18. The car was spotless when I got it back. They vacuumed up every bit of dirt and debris from the floor. The interior dressing was applied evenly. The manager even stepped in to inspect the vehicle while was it was being polished and touched up a few spots himself. This is a self-service car wash, meaning you scrub, wash, and dry your vehicle yourself. I stopped at the vacuum first, to clear the detritus and that one lone McDonald's French fry that lurks beneath the driver's seat of every car in America. The vacuum whirred into life after eating four quarters. The suction was strong and proved more than enough for the French fry. I finished the front driver's side, driver's rear, and passenger's rear when the vacuum died. I had to feed it four more quarters to finish the front passenger's side of the car. After my car was vacuumed, I pulled into one of the car wash stalls. I paid eight more quarters for five minutes and forty seconds of soap and water and brush. After I finished scrubbing and then rinsing three sides of my car the time expired and I had to reinsert another eight quarters. My Prius is shiny and looks new again! This car wash was satisfactory, except its business model was plain; do not allow the consumer enough time to finish and require that they insert more money. However, at a total cost of 24 quarters ($6) this is still cheaper and produces a cleaner car wash than a drive through. Would come again! Remember to bring a towel for drying! read more

The physical and operational design of the wash wasn't planned very thoughtfully. If you would like to stay in your vehicle and get an exterior only wash, you need to exit the vehicle, pay inside, then return to the car to drive it through. Why!? Why not swipe your card outside and remain in the car? The car wash itself was designed to require a three-point turnt to enter the car wash. Backing up is inherently risky--why not design an entry that you can simply pull into? I realize there's nothing the carwash can do about that design now that it's built, but what was the thought process with the design? The wash itself was quick and good. Given that Fabulous Freddy's required about 45 minutes LONGER (for about an hour in all) for an exterior wash, this place seems like a bargain at 10 minutes from arrival to departure! In fact, the speed and value is what bumped this from 3 to 4 four stars. read more

This place stinks. My wife went there purchased the $15 package which includes exterior wash, interior vacuum, dashboard and inside windows cleaned. She was told cleaning the inside was too labor intensive. "it was too dirty" so they would do it for an additional $50! A $35 mark-up over the advertised price! This isn't poor service, it's out right robbery, of course she declined the offer. Could it be that even though we live here in Vegas, her car had Colorado plates, maybe it's a tourist thing, "rip em off they wont care kind of attitude" or it could be they are equal opportunity rip-offs. This place did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I also got a discount on gas. The attendant Cesar did beyond over-the-top went out of his way to make sure my car was extra clean it was very very dirty from thousands of miles of travel. It is a contractor work truck it looks almost normal again. I would highly recommend this spot. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. I came into to get my car washed and interior cleaned. The lady I talked to insisted that this was a $50 job and I was like "nope." She went on to put on the hard sell by looking in the car and mentioned the trash and dog fur like it was a big deal. I even offered to pick up the trash myself and $30 which she and her boss rejected. Wow. Really? If someone offered me $30 for a 20 minute job tops, I'd jump at it. In fact, I went on home to do it myself anyways. I just needed somebody to do it quickly at the location so I could save some time but no, my car was dirty of all things at a car wash! My word! During a trip to Vegas, I stopped by at this place for a quick wash. Their attention to detail impressed me enough to ask their manager Jeremiah if he can do anything about the finish of my car (which looked like it was sandpapered down). After a small test, he confirmed that he can make my car look much better (though not as good as new - there was just too much damage). A couple of hours later, my car was looking much better than I hoped and my wallet was not much lighter either! Their friendliness and their attention to detail is more reminiscent of small towns across America rather than a bustling city like Vegas. I give them 5 stars for both the services I used: car wash, and 'finish' restoration. I cannot recommend these guys enough! read more

Do not get your car wash here unless you want unreliable people to screw up your car. I brought my car here to get it washed after a rainy day and paid $22 (40 min car wash). I then tipped the guy who finished my car $10 only to find out later that a piece of my car was missing. I spoke to some guy name "Mal" over the phone and he says "Sorry our cameras aren't that great so I can't tell what happened." Oh so it's my fault that your shady employees broke off a piece of my car and that you won't take responsibility of it because your security cams suck? He told me I can come in and look at the cameras myself but just so happened to not show up to work the day I told him I'll stop by. I left my name/number with the clerk at the time for him to call me back. As expected, this coward never got back to me. I literally just got this car for about a month now and know for sure I'm not at fault. This piece of the car ended up costing me $70+ to replace. Just don't go here people, take my word for it. I used to have my 3 cars washed here, in over all terms was a good service, but since the owner and they family are receiving the cars for car wash service, they never respect the price rates that are pretty clear hanging at the entrance of the car wash, yesterday I took my SUV to was there and the lady told me that the service is going to cost me $80 because according to her appreciation my car was so dirty ( was a little dusty inside but no trash at all, exterior was normal no stick mold or something like that, just a regular dirty car for a 3 weeks without wash) in different occasions they wash my car in same condition and they charged me the $25 regular wash plus only $15 extra total $40 that is totally fine, but yesterday she tried to charge me $80, the car wash was empty no a single car was there all the workers was mad because they didn't wash any car in all day do it to the ridiculous prices that this Indian lady tried to charge, when the owner and they family is away the Hispanic personel do a great job on a fair rates, unfortunately this owner and they family charge according to they mood read more

This place is hit and miss , I do come here and get my car detailed , it's currently 49.95 but I was charged 50$ anywho no big deal, use my nickel to change your sign to the right price, for the most part come when you have a little extra time to inspect your car for spots and other random areas they may miss , how they missed a passenger side mirror is beyond me but the interior was flawless also I have come here with tree sap on my car and each time I come the cost to remove it is different , anywhere from 20$ to 35$ , funny thing is though, that all those spots are the same as before , I did get it done before for 25$ extra and it did discolor my car, this last time was 30$ (for the same spots that were there on a previous visit as the tree was cut down since) and the special chemical they were going to use was "goo-gone" and this was guaranteed to get rid of the sap!! Instead I opted to go to the store and buy my own bottle of "goo-gone" with such a ringing endorsement for that product !! Lol anyway if you have the 45 mins to spend get it done and play some nickel slots inside. each time I have come I won enough money to pay for the wash and wax plus tip !!
