Like I said is good and bad, if you not aware what's going on, many people will used it for like 3-4 minutes and leave, thinking it will stop when it running out of time, and later receive a cc bill for like $50 for car wash. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Place is always clean. Reasonable cost for car wash and vacuum. This is our go to for a good car wash. It is self service and we love that we don't have to search for coins and can pay with debit card. read more

I have a large utility bed work truck so these are the only type of car washes I can go to and they're rarely fail to disappoint. This place is no exception. At least rinse and foam brush worked. I wasn't too sure why there was so many negative reviews but I really like my experience here. Everything worked perfectly fine me personally I don't like you the scrubber provided but that's just my preference. I was really impressed that there was an air dryer. This car wash is great if you don't trust the drive through car wash machines not to scratch the paint on your car. Come here and use the hose and soap and do it yourself! My husband drove a new-to-us Porsche from Arkansas home to Reno, and I flew to Vegas to accompany him on the last portion of the journey. He and the Porsche arrived in Vegas at 8 pm on a Friday night, and lordy, was it dirty from driving 1,500 miles and through a snowstorm in Albuquerque. All of the other DIY car wash places were closed, and there aren't that many of them because most people DO trust the drive through car wash machines. But not on our beautiful new-to-us Porsche! Not bad at all! Sadly, I was hoping to use this shampoo vacuum , nothing seems to come out at all to use it?? Overall I spent about almost $10-15 to wash and vacuum. The timer goes by so fast so you have focus and be fast to wash/vacuum. The regular vacuum is good quality though. The DIY car wash west on Tropicana / Maryland is what where we usually go, but there were at least 2 cars waiting per working bay this morning, so we decided to try Topaz Super Car Wash. There were a few cars using it at ~ 10:30 am so that was a promising sign. You can use a credit card In the bays, but we had bad luck with that system in another DIY car wash (charged $10 when all you want is a quick 5 minutes and no refund to the credit card). So we went with the cash machines that dispense tokens. $3 = 3 tokens = 5 minutes. Fair deal only if it works. Soap initially was dispensed then stopped. Switched to the rinse function and the water flow became a trickle when 42 seconds was still on the timer. Better than nothing but we won't be back. read more

Found this place on groupon, It is a bit farther than i expected (my own fault lol) and its past downtown las vegas, Topaz and Tropicana. I drove up and was very confused cause all i found was one of those self serve car cleaning joints but Bruno (owner) came out of this little office thing after i called him and he was very friendly! Took my key and started to work; he gave me a carwash when I had only paid for interior so that was nifty. Then he drove it around to the vacuum side of the establishment; at this point im not gonna lie I thought i had accidentally paid 60 bucks for a guy to just use a self serve carwash to clean my car HAHA. He brought my car to his little office thing and pulled out one of those shampoo vacuum things and started to shampoo my seats *phew*. He would ask occasionally if I wanted certain stuff done to my car (waxing, leather protectant on the dash, tire protecting stuff) and WOAH did this car sparkle by the end! he took an hour and a half (worked on it by himself) with no breaks, and was very nice. Small locally owned business which of course I always want to support. Bruno was really sweet, took his time on the details; I'm so glad I found this place. Awesome experience here with my RV, rare that you find a self wash tall enough or uncovered for RVs but this was plenty of space. Washed the roof and all sides with no issues - there was a staff member helping assign bays and payment. I liked that you swipe the card once and then press the button to finish versus adding time constantly. Spent some extra time on it but rounded out to $20 (mind you an rv can take awhile to wash). This place has been virtually UNKEPT since covid. Hardly any if not ZERO soap comes out of the power washer. The "spot-free" setting is a fairytale and left very strange spots that dried before I even pulled my vehicle out of the bay. Those spots later needed to be waxed out. My cars shine like a brand new. Those guys did a really great job - my shabby interior shines like an early morning sun. I spotted that they have clean brushes which explains why the exterior cleaning is so good too. They don't overcharge but are not cheap either. The are is clean too. There were only a few cars waiting to be washed, but the staff was not hanging around. They just started cleaning the are and the premises. I am really happy to enter a place, that is just clean. As a drawback, I can barely mention that the restroom is small and I face a little bit hard times speaking with a staff member because of his lack of English language. Employee was extremely rude over the phone. If you are a groupon user i'd be more wary of coming here. After my experience I will try to find another place. I called and asked about availability/appointments. Immediately the employee said he had availability the same day and to bring it in. I asked a question of clarification about the groupon tiers. He explained kind of vaguely and it took a while to understand. He then asked me to pay more in cash instead of using the groupon, for the same service. I asked why I would do that instead of of the groupon, I wasn't sure if could use the groupon. He eventually started explaining the cut percentage groupon takes... he was indecisive, vague, and kept changing what he was saying. He finally offered the same groupon price, but in cash. After offering me the same price as the groupon he said the other employee, Hershall (?), would take care of more details if given cash. I was surprised and clarified, he took back the statement after saying, "well no its the same job". He asserted and said okay bring $73 cash, I stated again I was calling about the groupon and could not pay in cash, he said he had availability next day/week instead. Very uncomfortable. His comments about doing a better job if it was in cash, insisting I pay in cash, and changing availability when I couldn't pay that way (I never asked or suggested i'd pay in cash in the first place), I found very distasteful. read more

Found this place on groupon and purchased the Deluxe Interior and Exterior detail which is originally $299 on their website but the groupon brought it to $150. I made an appointment and it ended up being further than expected but that's my fault. I live in Summerlin and it's on Tropicana and Eastern. Bruno detailed my car and I dropped it off around 11am and it was ready for pick up around 230pm. My car was shiny and clean in the end. There were a few things that were missed during but he's one guy detailing my SUV. But overall I am happy with the service. I did want to mention that during this service I left my dash phone stand hooks in the car and when it was returned to me I only had 1 out of 2 hooks needed for the car phone stand. My car air fresher was on the floor next to my car when I arrived so maybe if you have small items like that take them with you before so you don't risk losing them. read more

I waited 15 minutes, and called again, and left a message, stating I would be requesting a Groupon refund and reviewing his lack of service. 5. At 1:45 p.m., he text me, not called me, stating he wanted to rescheduled for the next day. I told him FU. 6. He said he had an emergency, and to be sure let the review know I "cussed him out". I just moved here from TN, and my dad would always wash my car whenever it go dirty. I wanted to find a place that would get the job done but wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. I came here and they exceeded my expectations. I got the $12 exterior wash, but for $2 more you can also have your interior cleaned as well ($14). Bruno and his friend hand washed my car and rinsed it thoroughly. They also applied wax and towel dried my car!
