I have been going to see Dr. Miller since January 2018. He runs a great practice and has a great staff. The adjustments have been extremely beneficial for my everyday life. This was my first time ever going to a Chiropractor. Dr. Sean, explained everything in thorough detail and how the treatments would work. He is very caring and has wonderful bed side manner. I'm in the middle of my 40 visit treatment plan and so far, I think it's going great. I initially came in for periodic back pains, and since starting my treatment haven't had any problems. Sean is really nice and they're really flexible on reschedules and appointment times, which is great if you do what I do and meetings with clients are unpredictable. Setup a same day appointment and saw Dr. Shumard. I was very skeptical of chiropractors and this was my first time at one. I've been seeing chiropractors for over 15 years to help with my scoliosis and reversed curve neck. I've been seeing Dr. Miller for nearly 2 years after I pinched a nerve that sent pain and numbness down my left arm to my thumb, pointing and middle fingers. He diagnosed me with Phase 1/2 Degeneration. He immediately started an aggressive treatment program to get motion and curvature back into neck. After several months, the pain and numbness subsided dramatically. After 6 and continuing until now I am pain and numb free. I have seen other chiropractors but my neck has always been difficult to adjust (probably from me tensing up when they were trying to), but nevertheless, Dr. Sean does a great job to make sure you are comfortable and adjusts properly. I used a groupon two weeks ago, for my initial assessment and adjustment. Dr. Sean was so attentive and explained things nicely and i liked the way he cracked my back and neck. So i wanted to go there again. After two appt fails on my side(both rescheduled way before the appt day/time), i am given a 5 pm apptment. I went there at 4.50-4.55pm, started waiting in the waiting room. At 5.25 the receptionist took me Dr's office. I waited another 10 mins there and left the room when it is 5.35. I went to the desk and told her i am leaving because i dont want to wait over 35 mins(had to do an urgent errand, otherwise i really could wait, no prob for me) she didnt even take her eyes from the computer and gave me a super fake "i am so sorry, do you want me to reschedule it?" She was still not looking at me. I told her i am not gonna come there anymore. Btw, someone who came after me got accepted by Dr.Sean before me, and the guy seemed to know the receptionist. So guys, good luck with your unprofessional attitude. I am not gonna visit this place again. read more

Paid for 60 min deep tissue with emphasis on upper back/shoulders. Got at 45min garden variety massage with a head scratch and foot rub. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone looking for a new chiropractor and/or massage therapist. Dr. Ryan gave me hope for healing after other chiropractors had told me I would never get any better. Everyone in the office is so nice. Kelsey works in the front and is always very helpful and kind. I usually see Dr. Ryan for my adjustments and I also get monthly massages with Stephanie. They have this awesome program for monthly massages that makes it more affordable. Dr. Miller, Dr. Ryan, and their staff are very friendly, informative, and helpful with any and all information in my first visit to their office. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained the "why" with the treatment I received after my X-rays. From the 8th grade through my 5th year of college football, I have been in and out of a plethora of doctors offices with 18 broken bones, around 5 dislocations, 3 slipped disks, 3 ligament tears, and too many spine alignment issues to count. I can confidently say that their chiropractic care is one of the best I have ever experienced. Great place to go for massages (don't know about chiropractor since I bought deal online just for massages), all the appointments I had the masseuse were friendly and courteous, they always ask me what area needs work on beforehand and brings water in the end. I am a climber so I usually get a lot of sore spots on the back, they do a good job of releasing the tensions in the back and around the neck. Now onto the receptionist, Tatiana(hopefully I got her name right), very good at keeping track and always give you a reminder call one day before the appointment. There is one time I completely forgot about an appointment, however she called and left message on the day saying the appointment is cancelled because the masseuse was sick, so I was able to re-schedule another appointment after that. Overall a highly recommended place to go for massages in a convenient location with good staff. read more
