I decided to switch chiropractors because my previous one just rushed through things too much, it was too much like a typical western doctor's office (although he was very competent). Dr.Borseth is the fourth chiropractor I've seen. I've only been a few times so far, but already feel very comfortable with her. She is genuinely kind and caring, thorough in her assessments, and isn't in a rush. The office is very flexible with scheduling, letting me come in even with just an hour notice. The receptionist is always courteous and friendly. Elaine even gave me her home phone number, welcoming me to call her with any questions or concerns. I'm not just another patient to her, and I really appreciate that a lot. The incidence rate, as well as severity of my pain, has decreased significantly. I love this place!!! Everybody is so nice. Had a car wreck and had some neck issues. Went to my MD and same old same old...take one at bedtime and take this every 6 hours. Na. A friend told me about this place. Thay work with Kaiser sooooo of I went. Glad I did. Felt better the 1st. trip. Dr. gave me her home ph.no. if I needed it. Didn't push Xrays or any of that stuff. When I talk they listen. This I find harder to find. Took there time with me and told me what they are going to do and did the adj. This is the 4th chiropractor I have been to and by far the best. Now for my arm.....in pain for about a year. The massage gal found what way ailing me. Been to the MD 3x about this issue same as above. Same old same old. She dug righ in and hurt like hell but we found what is wrong and she has a plan how to fix it. Wow I love this place's wife and my oldest daughter is going to give en a try. So, after contacting Nora about my experience she apologized and said she needed to talk to the doctor about a full refund and would call me within the next couple hours with her answer. On Friday, a day an a half with no call back, I realized I hadn't posted my review and went ahead and posted it that afternoon, thinking I would not hear from them again. Close to 7 pm that same day, I got a call from Nora, again apologizing and saying that she would send the full refund. Anyway, I got the refund. I've been seeing Dr. Borseth for a few months now. My previous chiropractor couldn't ease my back pain long term. Dr. Borseth has made me feel a lot better and I'm back to feeling like myself again and able to do normal things like vacuum. You can always get in for an adjustment, even if you call the same day. I have been seeing Dr B since 2006. She is the best chiropractor ever! She will see you in a moments notice when you're in pain. I hurt my back during Christmas and she fixed it after only 2 visits. I started seeing Dr. Borseth about 20 years ago, when I was 24. I had experienced headaches every day since high school, and thought that was just a part of life. I began having sharp pains in my mid-back, so a friend referred me to Dr. B. The pains were gone almost immediately, and with regular treatments (adjustments, massages, etc.), they have stayed gone. About a month after I had begun treatment, I realized I no longer had headaches! Great place! Everyone is friendly, warm, and professional. This was my first chiropractic experience ever and so I was pretty nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect and thought it might hurt. Dr. Borseth made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the techniques she would be using. To my surprise, nothing hurt (even though I was very sore from my car accident). After the accident, my neck was in pretty bad shape, and now I feel back to normal. The massages by Cambria are also heavenly, and I look forward to those. I had been realiably visiting my same chiropractor for the last 5 years but when I became pregnant and had early onset SI joint issues, he just wasn't able to help. Finally, by the third trimester, I decided to give a new chiropractor a try that was under my Kaiser insurance. I did some yelping and went to Dr. Tenkin's office the same day. OMG what a difference! I hadn't felt able to walk nearly the whole pregnancy which was a difficult life style change for my active self.
