If I could I'd give it a 0. This facility seemed to provide quality care for 3 yrs; however I came to learn they weren't. I learned offer quality care based on status or networks with legal representatives / lawyers. Once it comes to the point that you pay out-of-pocket which I did, . Providers questioned it and took the livery of disclosing My private information in front of other clients, the last therapy (mid year 2025) was awful- I could hear therapists in my accupuncture session in the small room. When, I brought it up to Dr. marsh he Dismissed it. He also refused to update work status reports accordingly. I do not recommend this office at all. read more

Went to see Dr.Marsh from an injury I sustained while taking care of my aunt in hospice care at home. Dr. Marsh was very thorough and asked the right questions when it came to where my pain was and was spot on when it came to relieving the pain. Since the injury I would just get muscle tightness. His therapy session on this one visit took care of that lingering tightness. I see myself going once a month to Dr Marsh as I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. I was referred to their office this past summer from a car accident I unfortunately suffered. Ive remained pleasantly surpriseded with how wonderful the experience has been. I had quite a few preconceived notions about chiropractic offices but fortunately for me, all those preconceived notions have been wrong. They have been one of the most helpful offices I've been sent to throughout this very trying experience. They continue to provide patient, kind, understanding & most importantly, extremely informative care. It's overall a wonderful office for chiropractic needs. Rude and Disrespectful. I had miss one appointment due to accepting a job and couldnt make it. I had sent out a text to cancel. I have been busy handling my own personal stuff to the point that I still was making phone calls 12am at night. Its not my fault your office did not receive my cancelation text notice. There are days I dont even get a response from your office. I still have every single texts. I think you guys are racist and pathetic. I never met such a heartless therapist whose demanding a 35 dollar fee after explaining to her that I am not receiving any kind of income. I have no ebt, no sdi, and not even receiving workers compensation. Fyi, I was planning on paying once I receive my payment. The way Dr. Paul came at me. You act like I dont have personal shit going on that I need to handle just cause I dont have a job!!!!!. I called 4 different appointments over the phone the day before for your information. He, Ashley (Acupuncturist), and Zack (Physical Therapist) have put me back together. They all listen to what you say and address everything. I have had upper back pain for 2 years, especially a stabbing pain. I've been to five or six chiropractors that ranged from ok to damaging. Dr. Marsh is the only one that worked on my specific problem area. He doesn't just give you an adjustment for a few minutes. You start with a hot water bed massage with TENS. Then he does a massage with a hand massager and adjustments. He also shows you exercises you can do at home or the gym. He really goes above what others do. read more

Dr. Marsh is excellent--very knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and helpful. I have been seeing him for over a year now on a regular basis. The first part of my visit is usually vibrations (muscle stem) on your back while you are on a heated massage water bed for 10 minutes. Then he does patient intake, asking me how I feel and dictates into his computer program my comments and his analysis. Then he does the adjustment. He is a great listener, I never feel lke he is rushing me out, and answers my questions thoroughly. Sometimes, I even continue, depending on my injury at the time, with more therapty. For example, with a wrist/hand injury, he places my arm into a sleeve that is connected to a ice machne so it gets really cold fast. I also do ultrasound by having a different wand over my arm (with tingling gel). He has a bunch of tools to assist for different ailments. He offers has massage staff available too and sells orthodics, herbal supplements, and ergonomic aids. I know he also helps out "professional athletes" too. Dr. Marsh is very professional, friendly, and likeable. He is very positive, enthusiastic, and organized. I would definitely recommend him as a chiropractor. read more

When I go to a chiropractor's office, I wanna feel like I'm in a professional medical office being treated by a well-trained medical professional. That's why I go, with confidence, to Dr. Marsh for treatment. I've had a double laminectomy, several cortizone spinal shots to deal with my back pain and I have lumbar instability. So, ain't nobody messin' with my back who doesn't KNOW what they're doing. I mean seriously. . . I've gone to more than a few chiropractors who kinda do the "new age hocus pocus routine" like something out of an episode of Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Series on Netflix. I'm not about relying on crystals, jade rocks or other unproven therapies to magically heal what hurts. I believe in science and I judge a chiropractor by results he/she gets using proven scientific methods gleaned from years of medical training. Dr. Marsh is hands down (o.k. excuse the pun) THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I've ever used. . . and I'm old so that says a great deal. Dr Marsh saves the day again! I have had problems with a disk in my back and the only thing that helps is a visit to Dr Marsh. I start on the warm water bed massage table and then get an adjustment. And then finish up with ice or ultrasound and advice from the doctor. Dr Marsh's office is friendly and welcoming and he has the latest and best equipment. The most important part is that he cares for each of his patients, knows their history and is knowledgeable about what each person needs. Dr. Marsh is a very professional chiropractor. He knows what he is doing and he does not lie about what part of your body is experiencing the pain. At my first visit, Dr. Marsh explained which muscle was giving me a back pain. Afterwards, he did some cracking, water massage and camphor therapy. I was referred to Dr. Marsh by Dr. Kopp who performed a really stellar left ankle anterior talofibular ligament reconstructive surgery on me. After PT and acupuncture rehabbed my ankle, I was having an enormous amount of trouble trying to get back into exercise. The muscles and tissue in my calves would knot up and cause a lot of pain preventing me from continuing exercise and forcing me to rest. Dr. Marsh discovered muscular imbalances and gave me some exercises to do. He also put me in a very sturdy supportive athletic shoe with orthotics, which I wear everyday, and which have helped a ton. He also encouraged me to wear compression socks, and he fitted me for the correct size. I now have a few pairs and wear them everyday -- they feel amazing! Since Dr. Marsh equipped me with the exercises I need to be doing to correct my ongoing pain and issues, I do those at home on my own time. When in his office, there are a few different methods he uses to help calm my screaming calves. He uses electo-stimulation, graston technique, and ultrasound with a tingly numbing agent --- all feels really great. Sometimes he'll do a chiropractic adjustment on my back as well to ensure I'm balanced from the neck down. The great thing about Dr. Marsh is he understands the body as a whole and the mechanics of it. He is knowledgeable in the correct muscular movements and exercises and offers immediate pain relief. I was visiting his office twice a week, but am now down to once every few weeks for relief when my calves act up again. I am strength training for 30 minutes 3 times a week now which includes a lot of jumping, and am walking 10,000+ steps 3-4 days a week. 3 months ago I would not have been able to do this. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Marsh for over 10 years and have been extremely happy with his chiropractic skills. He is different from many of the other chiropractors that I have been to prior to Dr. Marsh - as they will try and get you into a plan where you prepay for 6 months of visits where you have to go in everyday or every other day costing thousands of dollars. Dr. Marsh cares about his clients and spends time explaining what is the root of there pain/issue. Dr. Marsh odes not push his services on you - he goal is to get you healthy and stay healthy - he has all the amenities (ultrasound, muscle stimulus machines, water therapy, heat therapy ...) and even has in-house massage therapy (which complements the adjustments) I refer Dr. Marsh to all my friends and none have ever been disappointed with his treatment. As a huge supporter of the local endurance space, Dr. Marsh was working the med tent and got me back to walking after the finish line. I made several appointments with him and his professional staff to get back to training. They analyzed the cause of the injury, and didn't just treat the injury. When the pain subsided, and the injury healed, we kept it from coming back. Dr. Marsh has all of the tools and skills to get you back in the game. I have been coming to Dr. Paul Marsh since 1998. I trust him completely. He always fixes my issues and I have had many. My first time seeing him was because of a car accident that sent my back out. I could barely walk. Paul fixed me up in no time. I have since seen him for hip misalignment, neck and migraine issues, and even for my Tinnitus. I always get relief. I don't like to use opioids or pain relievers so this is the best option for me. Many people choose PT (Physical Therapy) and that's good too but I have noticed I get the same results but much faster with Chiropractic Care.
