I started with Smile Care this pass year. Smile Care's office is clean, up to date with their equipment, and their care team is Excellent with their communications with me regarding my oral health. Dr. Hedvat is nice, and a straight shooter. I am not sure he knows he has a sense of humor, but he makes me laugh. Dolores, the hygienist - well, she is amazing. I let her know that I am very sensitive to the epi when I am there for the deep cleaning, and she conquers it, and allows me to be epi free with minimal discomfort. She's gentle, kind, and funny. After I paid the $450 I sat about 10 minutes and someone came smiling to take me on a "Tour" of the office. Yes, the office is "High Tech" I felt as if it was staged and all who played a part would get a bit of the $450 I payed that day. The two brothers, I believe one is a DDS were very relaxed and there was just something different about them. I felt as if they were putting on an act. After showing me the office they took X-rays, showed me and explained a bit of the procedures, answered questions and back to the waiting room. I was then called into an office and presented with some suggested minerals to take prior to beginning the procedure, $165. Next came the cost. Glad I was sitting down because $46,000 would have floored me. This spoke volumes to me. I honestly didn't feel comfortable from the receptionist whispering, to the DDS coming in the room gocking at me, to the person selling me the minerals. Have you ever been somewhere you know you're not welcome. That's how I felt. I'd actually spend the money if I felt welcomed and treated the same as the others who came in. So for me it's a NO! If I'm to spend that amount of money it's going to be with a business who values my business and respects me as a person. And know, it's not what you say, but how you are treated!

They really injured my tooth with the poorly done filling. As you can see in the picture I had some sort of internal bleeding of the tooth I gave them the opportunity to fix it once because it was sitting too "high" but it didn't alleviate any pain. My tooth was extremely inflamed I couldn't chew on that side it was so beyond painful. ANYWAYS, The Dentist at Bouquet Smile fixed it and explained to me in detail how invasive a root canal is and that I didn't actually need one. I love the honestly and the speed of service. The assistants were super cool also very easy to get along with and they were funny which is nice because the Dentist can be scary. The price was $90 for a filling and I had minimal pain afterwards. He chatted with us awhile and I like him a lot! Then there is Natasha, don't you just love her name? She is Dr. Clark's Dental Assistant and she is wonderful! She is very gentle and you feel like you have known her your entire life! She took an X-ray of one of my teeth that had been giving me pain. Since I have a gagging reflex she had another Assistant help her by pushing the button on the X-ray machine while she inserted the X-ray. Therefore it was in such a small time that my gagging reflex did not kick in. Natasha is thoughtful, accommodating and gentle. I like her. She is down to earth. She cleans all the instruments right after use too. She sanitizes them. The office girls are outstanding. They are accurate in their job and ensure their Doctor's have no worries about anything. There is Kimberly who makes sure her office runs smoothly. She is very personable and has the patience of a Saint. She really works with you and she appears to be a multitasker. I swear she has octopus hands doing many things at once . She does her work very well. Carolina is so sweet. We wanted to see Snoopy and she brought him to us and she came with snacks for us to feed him. Shortly after was when we met Dr. Jay that brought Snoopy back for us to see. I love this office and the people who work in it. You will too. They take ALL PPO's. You'll always have a beautiful smile on your face with Dr. Clark & Dr. Jay keeping your smile bright! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST…read more My initial impression was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and my exam seemed to go normally. To my surprise, I was quoted over $1400 for treatment. I asked for an itemized bill and they sent over billing specialist who gave me a 3 page treatment plan. I let them know very politely that I did not need another appointment and would be getting a second opinion. The billing specialist immediately changed demeanor and pressured me into booking an appointment as soon as possible because if I didn't get my teeth fixed with their dental procedures I would probably have to get a crown which would cost over $2000 dollars. On top of that, while they were doing my dental cleaning, the hygienist left a piece of floss between my teeth. I paid for my cleaning and left without making a followup treatment appointment. I got my teeth looked at by a different dentist. I was quoted $122 for 2 simple fillings. I am absolutely befuddled that this establishment has any many positive reviews and FURIOUS that they are allowed to run scams like this. If you care about ethics at all, I recommend that you switch dentists. For the record, I don't write Yelp reviews, but it makes me sick thinking about people getting taken advantage of.
