This office is amazing! I stopped in yesterday just to ask for an appointment due to a painful tooth- they saw me right away! The doctor took his time as my problem was a little complicated. After treatment, my pain has subsided. Our whole family went here regularly for 10 years. They took care of everything, cleanings, fillings, orthodontics, even root canals and crowns, all in the same nice office, and did it with such kindness and professionalism. Somehow they always squeezed us in in a hurry if we needed. Always treated us like we were part of their family. Never tried to get us to have extra work done that we didn't need for extra profit (careful, because this is a thing at some other places) and their charges were always VERY reasonable. They are so kind they even kept a pair of earring my sister forgot for over a year and remembered to give them to us when we came back for more work! I went to Baywood as they were part of my then insurance and not only were they TOTAL salesmen they were liars too. Smile Focus quoted me almost $3,000 LESS in work and saved a tooth that was badly infected while Baywood said I needed it removed/bridge/implant/etc... I had cracked and broken a tooth down to the nerve badly. The most terrifying feeling ever, I was panicked and in a lot of pain. A friend of mine quickly referred me to Smile Focus, they took me right in, numbed me up, filed down the broken tooth because it was extremely sharp and cutting my tongue. They placed a temporary and scheduled me to come back right away to begin the root canal. I have a phobia of dentists and always have. Smile Focus went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even played cartoons for my 4 year old! They finished my tooth today (after only 3 appointments total) placing a beautiful crown and my tooth is now better than it ever was.
