So then after I purchased their door I went out to load it and gave the helper my old door to wrap. After a few minutes he brings it back and said his boss told him that's a no go. He couldn't wrap it unless I paid them extra. I then go back inside to inquire what changed other than me actually paying for the door. I was then told how much they spend a month on the bubble wrap and how expensive thing are and on and on. It's just business I was told. Ok, that's fine but what able having a business that will honor what you said you would do. In my case just 10 minutes before I was told by the salesman oh yeah no problem, we'll be happy to wrap your door. Then after they get my money it's a completely different story. Oh no we can't afford to wrap anything other than what we sell you. The feeling I got was like How dare you even ask for our precious bubble wrap. I hope your experience is better but a word of advice... if you are promised anything might want to get it in writing from these folks.

I dealt with 4 different people and found them all to be delightful. I had taken it to a few other people recently all of whom wanted hundreds more to replace various components of the door.
