It was a fun time. I spent $60 dollars for 70 tokens and got 11 plushies. They do have a minimum selection of machines with around 30 claws but some were ugly or more difficult to get than others like the small claws because the claw was too small for the small plushies. It was definitely a fun time with my siblings but I would say they need more cuter plushies so that I wouldn't have to play the same ones over and over again. The interior was also nice and clean and the staff were chill. They also give you a free bag for your prizes.

This is one of the only ones in Vegas that has Gachapon machines, which were super fun as you got a guaranteed prize. As for the regular claw machines, we found them to be fair to win and the price to be incredibly reasonable for the tokens. The trade in rates are also very good. A lot of your experience at a claw place like Go Go Crane depends on the host who is working when you go in because they are the ones who explain how everything works, they show you the possible prizes so you can get excited about certain ones and set goals for yourself, if there are any specials going on they are the ones who let you know, and they will occasionally replace and rearrange the small stuffed toys in the claw machines when they have become too packed in for a player to successfully claw one. This place truly has fantastic employees who seem happy to be there. Whether you call, or go in, they are so nice. But Go Go Crane hit the jackpot with Priscilla. She was so sweet and friendly from the moment my birthday kiddo and I came in the door. She made our whole experience by showing us, and everyone else, the prizes up close and sharing her experience of building the build it village houses (much appreciated because we won our first one ever, and will be building it soon, I think her tips will save us a lot of frustration). She has the most genuine smile, and seems like the nicest person. We really enjoyed every second of the time we got to have at Go Go Crane, playing claw games, winning prizes and trading up for the things my kiddo's heart desired. Priscilla made it the best experience ever and we can't wait to go back. This is the only crane place we'll go to, because instead of leaving empty handed and feeling like you wasted your money, you get a great host, a fun gaming experience and the coolest prizes to choose from which we would actually spend money on to buy in a store like Teso!!! We left with a giant Snorlax, a build yourself village sushi shop, a mini karaoke speaker/microphones set, and a mini light up 7-11 freezer case full of the cutest little mini foods. Thank you Go Go Crane and Priscilla, for the best night ever from this Mama and birthday kid who left on cloud 9!!!

We had my daughter's 7th birthday party at Go-Go Crane Las Vegas, and it was such an amazing experience! The machines are clean, well-stocked, and actually winnable, which made it so exciting for the kids. They loved picking out plush prizes and cheering each other on and even the parents were having a such a blast just seeing their kids win something. They also have options to trade-in your winnings for other cute stuff The staff were all very helpful. The day of our party the host/staff was Priscilla and she truly made the whole experience extra special. She was so friendly, patient, and engaging with the kids, and she made the party feel fun and eventful from start to finish. Her energy really brought everything together and made the birthday celebration unforgettable. If you're looking for a unique and super fun place to host a party in Vegas, I highly recommend Go-Go Crane. This claw machine arcade does have a party room and the wall is decorated with cloud painting. This place is great for up to 20 kids. Maximum occupancy is 40. The packages are very affordable and they give you an hour before your party to set up and you are able to bring your own food and drinks. The kids had a blast, and we'll definitely be back!

Go Go Crane on Spring Mountain another cool place for crane machines, gashapon machines (toys come in capsules with different prizes inside) and nice prizes to trade up for the plushies you got in the crane machines. Shout out to Jacob & Tyler super cool and friendly staff members. I like the lighting, the art work, the good selections for the plushies and the quality of the bags they give out to put your prizes in. A party of four and we had fun here. We did leave with some super cute items! We did get a prize capsule from the Hello Kitty Gashapon machine we didn't mind paying $4. I was happy with the prize I got. We will be back again.

Fire, the claws weren't too good but the way they stack the prizes make them winnable, we spent 50 dollars and won 18 prizes which we traded for bigger prizes. The stuff is all pretty cool and the employees were super helpful ^^

My kid saw this place on the internet and really wanted to go. I told him he'd have to use his own money. #1 Prices are cheap My kid had five dollars, that got him five tokens which means that he had five opportunities to win something. Not bad. #2 They want you to win After spending lots of time looking at all of the games, my kid settled on one plush toy that he REALLY wanted and put his token in. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. The guy that worked came over, opened the case, and moved the plush closer to the edge so my kid would have a better shot at getting it AND gave him a few more tokens so he could try. My kid was almost in tears over this plush and he was overjoyed to have more opportunities. He, of course, was able to get the plush and he was OVER THE MOON! Thanks, guy. #3 The place is small but clean. It's a small room in a strip mall kind of situation, which was great for us because it was close to our hotel and created just the right environment for kids that wanted to be there and parents that wanted to leave. Lol We all played a couple games, had some laughs, and left. If it was larger, mt kids would have wanted to stay longer. We were there for about 30 min which was great. Overall, the kids enjoyed it. there was no admission fee, it didn't cost an arm and a leg, the toys were cute (they had food cranes too), the staff was nice, the parking was plentiful, and we will definitely be back. Came by on a Monday afternoon to try our luck, and the employees were so nice! $10 for 10 coins, or $20 for 23 coins. Win 10 normal plushies to exchange for a large plushie! Don't want to admit how much time we spent here, but we had so much fun. Large selection of Pokémon, Cinamoroll, etc plushies. Cranes weren't impossible to win plushies, and they give you a huge plastic bag if you start winning too many :)

We spent $100 and got 130 tokens. Each game was 1 token. The prizes were so cute. Better than any claw machine place I've ever been to. The worker there was so nice and helpful. You can also trade up for prizes or trade 1 for 1. Will definitely be going back again.

Love how many crane places are coming to Vegas! Unfortunately, this means that in order to be really great, your product, your marketing, and your service has to be top notch! Although the marketing online is wonderful, I feel as if my experience did not live up to the hype. The good: i do believe that the amount of claw games here were decent and the addition of the gashapons made it stand out from other claw arcardes. I enjoyed that the claw machines also included snacks and ramen! What can be improved: unfortunately, I was looking forward to the gashapons because it's some of the only ones in Vegas, but there were a ton of machines and only ONE working. These cost 4 tokens rather than one or two, so I was sad knowing I only had one option. Because it was our first time, I was hoping for friendlier service, but the guy behind the counter seemed over it, not happy to be there, and yelling to the family behind me "IT ONLY TAKES CASH". Hoping it was just an off day. The claws here also seem pretty...off? I greatly enjoy claw machines and these were a bit looser/lighter, which did make it a bit harder to get items, but we still did welll! Although, in the 30 min we were there, 3 different machines got "stuck" including one of ours. Overall, may be back if I'm in the area. I do realize that the gashapon machines could just be "out of items" so hoping that there's more than one in use next time and that the workers are a little less stressed :)

Such a fun and awesome place! What makes this place worth coming to is that you actually walk out winning prizes. We went on a Saturday a very nice young gentleman was working. He helped us reposition a stuffy when it was tucked in a weird spot and we really wanted to get that plush. He helped repositioned it and it took one extra try and go it! We've been to other places where you would spend alot of coins and can't get anything. Thank you Go Go crane for such a great experience! We will definitely be coming back! read more

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty packed! It was shoulder-to-shoulder, which felt a bit unsafe and had me feeling claustrophobic. The claw machines are okay and the prizes are a bit mediocre for the amount of tokens they cost (which varies depending on the prize). The plushies felt and looked cheap - something you could find on AliExpress or Temu, and not many of them were worth the tokens. The Kuromi plushie I won had dried glue streaks at the seams and I got a gacha prize that was a poorly painted mini Kuromi figure. The staff were two young adults, maybe teenagers, who were manning the register and running around between the machines. They were nice but were overwhelmed by the crowd. All in all, wasn't impressed with this place. read more

I think I expected a lot of more from this place, the staff was very nice, it was clean, not crowded, typical, dollar per coin, but he selection of plushies were limited and the quality was below average, I think it turned into get ones we don't want to trade up... I never saw someone get a key... They don't constay refill the machines and when they do, they add like one of two plushies... The Claw is still my go to place my kids, probably would not go back to this place unless, the other claw arcades were super packed. Staff was nice and good parking and not crowded, so go check it out for yourself read more

Great customer service and the staff is so nice and explained everything. This place is reasonably priced and you get a $1 per play for most machines. I spent $20 and my daughter won 4 stuffed animals! Happiest 9 year old ever. This will be a part of our family Vegas visits for sure!! read more

Checked out Go Go Crane today and while it has some perks, we won't be back. Pros: Clean Staff is friendly and welcoming Easy location Cons: This is a great shopping center so parking can be tough The stuffed animals needed to be refilled and also moved around, many games were just flat which is impossible. I'll show pictures. Machines need to be recalibrated as they dropped almost every single time. Will show video. We love claw machine arcades so we were very excited. Dropping of the stuffed animals is expected every few times but this one dropped almost every single time. For context I got 130 coins and we won 7 prizes. It was kind of unbelievable. Many people were complaining about the dropping toys and also that they needed to be moved around. There are too many other places that do this better. Hope they make some improvements before they officially open. read more

Best crane game store in the city. It's fair, the plushes r cute and high quality. Sometimes crane game stores are expensive and have ugly weird looking off brand versions of the characters. The toys here are normal looking. It lets you win enough to where you are not frustrated. They let you trade up to get bigger prizes. Better than losing $100 in 5 minutes at the casino. I had no idea this place would be so fun! It was like gambling but with claw machines and stuffies! We won SO MANY stuffies! We traded in a bunch of little ones for a HUGE Pokémon! I can't wait to take friends here for their birthday or something. We even got free stickers and a keychain. Such a fun claw machine place. Staff are super super friendly. You can exchange what you claw for bigger size stuffed animals. Most stuffed animals can be clawed with 3-5 tries (at least for us). Each game is 1 coin, depending on how much coins you get it is about $1 a game. read more

Place is small but my kids had fun and enjoyed their time there and I loved that they played a lot of KPop music which I love so that was a plus. Staff is all friendly and gave great customer service to me and everyone else that was there and greeted and welcomed everyone in which is nice and appreciated. We recently became claw machine addicts and decided to stop by this place after dinner. I went with my son and he was so excited with the first one we won! I will say the machines seem to drop quite a bit compared to other locations and I noticed that a lot of the prizes were in one flat row. They definitely need to be more proactive in moving them around so they aren't impossible to get. Pretty small space and harder to navigate between the two rows. Overall, still a fun time. read more

The Nicest staff by far between all the different claw arcades in the area. Great spot for people who are from out of town because a lot of their trade up prizes come completely vacuumed seal and compressed. Unfortunately a lot of people on here will give a place a low rating based solely on the fact that they may have had a bad day. As a very experienced claw machine player, I can say this spot is pretty fair. The staff are willing to reposition and set you up for wins constantly. They also take the time to make sure that everyone gets a fair shot. Trade up prizes were good if you like Sanrio characters. They have a really good selection of those. For $100 we were able to get 25 prizes which left us with 2 big prizes and 1 short of a medium prize but the only the workers rounded up for us. Really nice of them and made traveling home very easy with the prizes! read more

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

They also had lounging areas where people could chill and watch the gaming. The upper seating area was reserved for VIPs, employees, and tournament workers. They had a bar upstairs and downstairs and had high boys and stools for the area upstairs. The setup was pretty amazing (on the ground floor) with a huge screen and stage for the competitors to play and be projected on. In the back, they had computer/gaming chairs with monitors/computers set up and people gaming. They had plenty of restrooms available on both floors, too. Honestly one of the better kid friendly venues on the Strip. I'd definitely come back to enjoy some gaming time here.

This is a pretty long roller coaster with lots of twists, turns, a loop, and some big drops. You don't just blink and it's over, so there was time to enjoy it. I also appreciated the fabulous view of the Las Vegas skyline and mountain ranges in the distance. They checked our harnesses twice before the ride began, so it seemed like they were committed to making the ride safe and enjoyable for all. There are convenient lockers to store bags, phones, wallets, keys, etc in and they were a good price ($1). What a fun thing to do while in Vegas! I'd highly recommend it.

On a whim, I reached out to Guest Relations to see if I could purchase a replacement. Alan, the Director of the Midway, personally responded to my email. Not only did he take the time to track down the exact specific ball she had lost from their stockroom, but he also shipped it directly to our house to surprise her. It is incredibly rare to see a company go completely out of their way to make things right for a kid, especially for a lost item that wasn't their fault. Alan's customer service went completely above and beyond, and he turned a heartbreaking situation into a Las Vegas memory we will never forget. If you have kids, the Midway is an absolute must-do: the staff here truly cares about making magic happen. Thank you, Alan and the Midway team!

Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

No was one smiling, no one seemed happy but they were polite. Overall: The experience is nice with some opportunity to make it great. I am still unclear on how to get a refill on the drink though. I do appreciate that the servers did not disrupt the movie at all. I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.

My family and I went to this claw machine in Vegas my first time being there wasn't had a lot of options but the prize on display was reasonable for how many plushies to trade in for a better prize but the problem is about the Gashapon... here's the reason why I don't mind the bootleg Sanrio cause it's obvious they got it from China so I don't really mind they seem cute also and the problem is that I seen influencer came to this claw machines and automatically got a key with a number to obtains so many great prizes and i told my dad to take me to this claw machine again I spent $50 got 65 tokens I spent all the token on Gashapon thinking I could've gotten a key with a number on it but nope I was wrong all I got was a prize showing in the picture on the Gashapon machine...like what...People say like there's a good chance to get the key with number on it like that's just a lie I was so hype up for nothing...wasted my $50 on a Gashapon beside it's not fair for the influencer got the key with number on them and I don't... like what is the huge difference between the influencer and average person? The prize that has number on it the plushie was the same but had some goodie on there so pretty much people didn't got the key with number except the influencer I found it bs and unfair so please don't waste your token on Gashapon thinking you can get the key with number on it you're wrong!
