This is my go to car wash spot! But not anymore. If you go here every now and then you'd know that they line up your car with the machine, here's what bothered me. I understand that you guys are doing your jobs to get by but the person that was lining up my car did not line up my car well at all. He did the hand signal to just go straight, basically saying I'm perfectly lined up. I was not lined up at all! Your only job is to line my car up, I was not even close to being lined up w the machine. All I heard was the front inner part of my wheel scrape, not only the front but the back too! POINT IS LINE UP THE CARS RIGHT, STOP BEING LAZY AND DO IT RIGHT ITS NOT THAT HARD please and thank you. I've been waiting for a drive thru car wash to open up nearby. Although the other options are not considered very far, this is definitely in a more convenient location right off I-5 at Redhill Ave. Even though it is a bit cramped in terms of space, the amazing customer service and some nice touches (towels to dry off your car and newer vacuums) included make this more than just your ordinary car wash. Price is comparable to most drive thru car washes: $7 express, $10 premium, and $14 supreme. I tried this place when they first opened and offered a free express car wash with a yelp check-in. My car was filthy as it had pretty much sat outside exposed to the elements for months on end. After the first run, it looked cleaner, but still had so much bird poop crusted on my car. One of the workers saw this and offered to run my car through the wash again, but this time applying extra soap to the car before it entered the wash. I was amazed that even though I wasn't a paying customer, the workers still went above and beyond. After that, I ended up purchasing the $25/month premium membership. It is totally worth it! Because of its convenient location and the sticker (adhered to the windshield that automatically scans and lifts the arm), I am able to simply run my car through the wash easily whenever time permits. I have noticed that the location gets packed so quickly now, which is no surprise because of the amazing customer service and amenities. Depending on the time of day, you may not be able to find a bay to vacuum/dry your car, but the workers move quickly and make sure to let you know as soon as one opens. read more

I got the $14 wash and when I exited, my car was still wet and had soap suds on it. I dried it off (luckily I had towels) but my car looked dull and not shiny at all. I wiped my finger on it and it looked like it had a layer of soap or something on it. I'm gonna have to go get it washed again to get rid of the soap scum. Best car wash in the area in my opinion. Go Green has extremely reasonable prices, a range of wash options, and an unlimited wash monthly payment plan. The best part for me though is they provide copious microfiber towels for customer use to wipe down your car and free single packaged wet wipes. Staff here are super nice. Drive up and purchase your wash through a machine. Drive through the wash tunnel then make a left to vacuum your car. They provide clean rags if you want to use them but the car wash does have an air dryer. I love this place! read more

Checked this place out cause of the check-in promo. My car def looks much cleaner, the only reason I'm knocking off a star is because the space of the facility seemed a little tight. I've been going to this car wash for about a year now , the younger guys there are always outgoing and very helpful. The main reason I come here is for their complimentary towels, windex and air fresheners but there seems to be a new manager by the name of Robert who charges you an extra fee to use them. I don't mind paying or tipping the guys for their help but with that managers attitude I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

This is a great drive-thru car wash right off Red Hill in Tustin. I got the basic $7 wash and it did a great job cleaning my car. It didn't miss any spots. After you drive through the car wash, they provide you with towels to dry your car and also little wipes for your dash and steering wheel, which I didn't expect. Other drive-through washes don't do that so I was impressed. The interior vacuums they provide are also brand new for you to use. If you're driving south on red Hill Avenue, it's on your right-hand side, right before you get to the 5 freeway. So if you're too lazy to dry your car, you can just go through the wash and air dry your car on the freeway. They also have a monthly subscription if you want unlimited car washes. First time coming to this place . Don't mind coming back. Attendants are nice and courteous. Kept new rags and wipes filled for customers to use. Took advantage of the free wheel shine with a Supreme wash. People should be a little mindful about vacating the vacuum areas when not using them and parking their vehicle at the adjacent parking spots to finish wiping their cars. *** WARNING...DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH***...I took my Toyota Tundra into this car wash & after 4 car washes I noticed significant scratches from the car wash in a circular pattern. I addressed the concern with the "manager" (Jose Mendoza) & he gave me the same run around that he gives to all customers who experience damage from this car wash!!!! He continually tries to blame the customer for what he calls "prior damage" but in fact it's the car wash that has been creating the damage. Under no circumstances should you use this car wash. I went today with the intent of getting a monthly membership my fiancé told me about. As soon as I got there I was helped by a man named jose, he was very unwelcoming asked me what wash I wanted but as soon as he asked he picked up a call and went in a room I could see him laughing and talking while I was waiting there. Fortunately A young lady was able to get me through and take my payment. I was still going to get a membership regardless but then I asked the same guy who left me there if I can have tire shine and he responded by telling someone else to do it while they were busy on other people cars and he continued playing a sort of shooting game on his phone. I absolutely would recommend anyone that needs their car to look squeaky clean to come over here! They got memberships for unlimited wash, and they also do detailing! I love that because I can come as many times throughout the week, when got the special bird poop on my car, or simply when I have dope time at the beach .. or whatever the case maybe! Their staff is extremely inexperienced and cannot instruct you on how to align your car. The person guiding us, did not correctly tell us how to turn our wheels so that they were correctly aligned to their belt! This caused my rims to crack, break, and for a piece of my tire to literally tear off! When we returned to speak to the manager, he was extremely unorganized. He kept saying that he would "file a report" but only took my name down. He failed to provide me with any documentation of any type of formal incident report and he kept saying that they would "check cameras" and get back to me. Asked the person working the payment machine if the wash was going to scratch my rims. He said no and that everything is made from plastic. I pull the car into the car wash and heard a crunch sound but didn't think too much of it. After I pulled the car out of the car wash and pulled into the parking spot to use the vacuum, I noticed that my front driver and rear driver rims were damaged. I filed a report and spoke with the manager and he said that the owner would call me back. The manager also accused me of lying and saying that my rims were already damaged before I got there. My car is brand new, first time at any car wash. The owner never called me back. Do not ever bring a nice car here. Learned my lessons trying to save a few bucks. read more

It's only a good value if you wash you car at least once a week, the account is set for one car so if you have multiple cars you can get pricey. I'd prefer a pass to switch between cars. Although they have a drive-through car wash, those usually damage the inside of rims and I didn't want to risk it. For $50 they spent 40 minutes on my car giving it a wax, hand wash, and vacuum.
