Great gym, Nick is a great staff member. Any opportunity he can go above and beyond for customers he does. It's a bargain for the price, the amount of free weights and the 24/7 access. I joined this gym today, and I'm happy to report that they worked with me and understood my fitness goals and needs. Parker and Jason were great at explaining the membership options and gym fees. I feel like most of us are excited about joining a health club, and more often than not, we bypass the understanding that all gyms have yearly fees and cancellation fees; this is completely normal. In my opinion, the highlights of this gym include the space and variety of rooms available to ensure a great workout. They offer 2-3 different machines for the upper, mid, and lower body, which is great! For advanced fitness enthusiasts, this means you won't have to wait to complete your workout routine. For beginners, I highly recommend hiring one of their skilled personal trainers to start your fitness journey the right way. Any day is a good day to practice self-care. So far, one of my favorite machines is the standing hamstring curl; this machine is a gem, and I'm super happy they have it. The gym is clean, the bathrooms are neat, the weights are organized, and they offer spray bottles with towels for you to wipe down the machines after every use. I have yet to try the classes and provide feedback, or the smoothie bar, hydro massage, and sauna. Eventually, I will. This health club has a lot to offer for everyone, no matter what fitness level you are at. I'm glad I started going here, and I'm looking forward to making new friends. read more

I called to inquire about the memberships here today and spoke to a woman. She didn't give her name. I asked for their membership prices and she said it's $19.99 per month. I asked her why their prices are double what Planet Fitness charges and she said "you can just go to Planet Fitness then" and hung up in my ear. How rude and unprofessional can you get??? I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE review instead of a "1" which is much too high. If this is the type of employees this company chooses to employ then that is a SAD pathetic reflection on this company. read more

First impressions... Really dig it. Love that they have the old Powerhouse equipment. Equipment I started using over 10 years ago. It's really good for intermediate and semi pro lifters. I'll definitely be getting a membership here. read more

I'm so surprised to see that Go Mad doesn't have a Yelp review yet! I started going here after a few referrals from friends and they started accepting Healthways/Silver Sneakers through my insurance. I absolutely LOVE it here. They cater to all types- if you're a lunk head, they've got plenty of space for that. If you're a cardio bunny, they have treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, etc. Most of them even have a TV in front of them if that's your thing. They have machines for certain muscle groups if you like doing circuits of those. A lot of people who do crossfit type exercises have plenty of room for that as well. They also have many FREE group classes that you can attend and put out calendars monthly with the class types, instructors, etc. I started trying out different classes and absolutely love Fit Body Class and Pilates with Lynne. All of the girls in the class are also very sweet and welcoming. On Saturday mornings Michelle, another trainer, does a women weight class, which is also a good way to start a Saturday! If you need a personal trainer, they can also help you with that. They now offer free Yoga classes too- they really do have it all. They have plenty of lockers, a sauna, multiple showers, and the place is CLEAN. If you're there during the daytime, you'll generally see an employee vaccuming the gym floors. They have plenty of sanitizer bottles around as well so you're not hunting for them. Did I mention FREE WIFI?!? It's not the world's greatest WIFI for streaming music, but other than that it does its job well. The most under-utilized feature of the gym (by the customers) would be the Kids Club. My son absolutely LOVES going to the Kids Club. The girls who work there are very sweet, patient, and FANTASTIC with the kids. My son has come home with art projects, tons of drawings, and has made many friends. They sanitize the toys and the area well. This feature is SO WORTH the money for any parent. If you think about what you might pay a babysitter or your day care, this is a STEAL. I know you can pay $10 per month and just go to Planet Fitness. If you really want to have a community, make friends, AND feel like a person, not just a customer- this is your place. read more

Owner not responsive to feedback. Keeps club too warm for cardio workout. Front desk people change monthly. No additional amenities and too few weight machines. It is kept clean, because so few members. Highest price in town for membership. Only thing it has going for it is the location. Advertises classes, but very few. This location had two prior gyms that were always packed. read more
