I was in a lot of pain and reached out to Traci, and she was able to fit me into her schedule, which I really appreciated. She used a combination of deep tissue massage and cupping, and my shoulder finally relaxed. I felt real relief after the session and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without constant pain. The kids' classes are a blast, and there are always fun events going on. There was just a benefit yoga-thon and you could take classes for donations. I've heard this is a regular thing. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses.
