What made the situation worse was that I did not feel that the environment was being adequately monitored to prevent issues like this from happening. When families spend money on food and admission, they should be able to enjoy their visit without worrying about strangers taking their belongings. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, and it negatively affected what was supposed to be a fun day. Based on my experience, I would think twice before returning.
