What drew us to the dojo, and why it has been so beneficial for my sons, is the traditional and deep teaching which Sensei provides, given his vast experience. Further, Sensei and Lisa provide a structured and focused environment, which helps my sons practice discipline, stillness of mind, and control of body, which is what I was seeking for them, given the excitement and mayhem which surrounds so much our daily world. Through this training I have lost weight and gained flexibility and functional strength; and just move better. This helps me to keep up with the younger members.
