We spent 1.5 hours warming up, getting used to the flow, learning beginner level salsa, even Suzy Q salsa step. I've danced salsa for so many years but never actually took an adult dance class just for fun. It was the perfect date with my favorite +1 and such a fun way to do something different and learn something new with zero pressure. Kathryn was amazing and she made it so easy to learn. We had a full house and everyone was so fun to dance with no matter the skill set or experience, everyone was welcome. Absolutely love the revamped studio and how big and full of light the room is. There are so many classes on their schedule and so many fun things to try for adults only. Great space where no one takes themselves too seriously and you can come learn and have fun. Can't wait to do another fun class here again!

I want to get strong now to prevent any of that happening in my future and I am so glad I decided to try some classes. I am currently taking Zumba Gold and Tai Chi and really loving both. I have absolutely noticed how my legs have gotten stronger and I feel more confident walking with improved posture and balance. Molly Roffman, the owner and instructor at StepWISEnow, is a physical therapist. She is so knowledgable about balance and fall risk and gives talks to medical professionals about its importance. Molly is an excellent and patient instructor. Her enthusiasm is infectious and when we're doing Zumba Gold, it's so much fun, you don't even feel like you're working out. Tai Chi class has made me stronger and feel so graceful, which is something new for me. I enjoy most learning tai chi which is amazing when practiced 2+ times a week, improving balance, improving strength. It's very calming, especially doing it in a group! And Molly is a wonderful instructor who offers a deep yet practical knowledge and makes it accessible to all. I started last spring because of some osteoarthritis and feel so much better, my pain is much much less, and I move better, too. If you are over 55, check this studio in Ossining out! Lots of class offereings -- line dancing, chair yoga, zumba gold that gets your heart pumping, etc. Honestly, I'm so happy it's in my neighborhood!
