I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. I'm terrified of scorpions!! He put me at ease. Thank you again Insectek. We'd jumped up on the flat roof a few times and hadn't been able to get any sightings. Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

Blue Sky Pest Control has been amazing! Their customer service is phenomenal…read more One of the very first things we did when we bought our home in 2021 is hire BSPC. I started to see some local pest around our new home and I knew I needed to get someone hired before it became a real problem. Blue Sky came highly recommended, and they have disappointed us yet. They come once every other month on schedule but what really impresses me is when they come out on the unscheduled visits. There have been times when we may see an influx of critters around, usually after a monsoon or when the temperature really starts to heat up, so I will email asking them if they can come by and within the week they are here at no extra cost. As for pricing, I think they are fairly priced. It is a monthly charge for the reoccurring bi-monthly service and no charge for the additional service requested.
