He thoroughly explained everything and pointed out obvious signs of termites, that I hadn't noticed in other areas, as he inspected my house. I had a great experience with Merrill Peat solutions! I do not have much experience with Pest companies and found a few scorpions in our home. We've never seen them, before or had problems, but I wanted to take a more preventative approach to avoid any future problems. I sent an inquiry through Yelp Projects - most amazing tool - I received a few messages from other companies, all of which, including Merrill, start with a first time spray special that roll into monthly plans. Since it hadn't been an issue before, I only really wanted a one time spray at the moment. Merrill pest has no problem giving me the one time price without pushing the plan or upselling me.
