I work in law enforcement and have a demanding schedule, so finding a company that communicated quickly and professionally was greatly appreciated. Throughout the process, I spoke with Kevin and later with Vince. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Vince, in particular, went above and beyond by offering to come out that same evening or the following day to assist with the issue. His willingness to accommodate my situation spoke volumes about the company's commitment to customer service. I also want to be fair and transparent regarding a newer technician I encountered. This review is absolutely not intended to criticize or bash anyone. I simply provided feedback to the office that, as a new technician, he may benefit from additional experience and customer-service training. He was respectful and appeared eager to learn; in my opinion, he simply needs time to develop his skills and confidence in the field. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond Impact Plumbing's control, I was unable to use their services. After scheduling an appointment, I was called away to handle an emergency related to my profession. While I was at work on June 19th, members of my family reached out to another family member who knew a plumber. Without my knowledge, that plumber came to my home and repaired the leak. I did not learn that the issue had already been resolved until I was on my way home from work, when my family informed me that they had arranged for the repair as a favor. While I was grateful for their help, I also felt bad because Impact Plumbing had already dedicated time, communication, and effort toward assisting me. Had I known sooner, I would have immediately contacted them to avoid any inconvenience. Although I did not ultimately have the opportunity to use Impact Plumbing's services, my interactions with their staff left a very positive impression. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help during a difficult situation demonstrated the kind of customer service that homeowners look for when facing unexpected repairs. I would like to sincerely apologize for the scheduling confusion and thank Kevin, Vince, and the team at Impact Plumbing for their understanding. Within a very short time, I got a response and an appointment was set for me from 2PM to 4PM on Memorial Day from Impact Plumbing. I didn't expect plumbing contractors to work on the holiday but they were. An hour early, Blake and Jace, their two techs, showed up at my door. We decided to replace both sink faucest so they matched. The two guys went to Home Depot to get the new faucets. While they were gone, I boxed all the stuff from the cabinets underneath so they could have room to work. They started working and installed the new faucets. There are also new piping coming from the water supply. New stoppers were also installed. In a short time, the work was finished and they called me to come in and see the work. Now I have a working faucet that I don't have to pull down with force to shut off the water. Blake and Jace were top notch at what they do. Thanks so much for getting my new faucets installed and working properly. He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises. After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider "Ideal Services" really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater. Kudos to businesses like Allstate who not only know what they are doing, they do not gauge and take advantage of customers.
