He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises. After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider "Ideal Services" really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater.
