If I can give 10 stars, Allstate Service Group will have it. They are very professional, reliable and know what they are doing. The owner, Alexander, was very hands on. He replied and quoted me after business hours. His estimate to replace a water heater was very close to the actual bill, no surprises. After our hot water heater broke, we contacted our Home Warranty, but since our water heater was still under the manufacturer's warranty, Home Warranty doesn't really kick in. The service provider that the warranty company had, was pressuring us to upgrade to a bigger tank, which we really did not need. Their service provider "Ideal Services" really wanted us to spend more than what was necessary stating that we would not pass inspection with a 50 gallon water heater. Alexander of Allstate assured me that we will pass inspection, which we did. Kudos to businesses like Allstate who not only know what they are doing, they do not gauge and take advantage of customers. They followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied with their services. Krassimir, their Technician was very professional and efficient. We hope that other business would learn a thing or two from Allstate in providing honest service and one of the best customer experience in the valley. This may be a few years too late, but this company ripped us off. Here we are, in record heat, finding out that when this company came to our house they either replaced our A/C broad with a used one or not at all, and/or incorrectly bypassed wires that blew out and have left me and my family without A/C for two days. We paid them $500 to do nothing. It is 100 degrees INSIDE my house and I will now be out $3000 dollars because this company lied to us and/or gave us faulty parts they also had the potential to start a fire. Beware of this company, ask to see the replaced part(s) and keep it. Good luck out there! Update: regardless of if the unit worked for two years, that fact is to get it to work sketchy things --particularly wires being bypassed that burned up and almost started a fire--were done to temporarily make us think it would work, charge us for that sketchy work, and then blame us for not knowing the difference because "it worked". Some pros and some cons. Called this company awhile ago to fix a plumbing leak in one of the bathroom sinks. It was kind of hard to get someone on the phone as they don't always answer. Once they answered they were able to send a tech out within the same day. This was helpful because leaks can cause all sorts of problem. The technician came out and was kind of grouchy, he did the work but not without complaining the entire time. He replaced the drain parts and fixed the leaks which was good. The work is done nicely. So far no issues. However, he did not check the sink right next to it which started leaking a few weeks after. Could have done it at the same time if he had check and advised. They were contracted by my home warranty company to replace a straight cool split system. The initial experience with the technician was fine, he diagnosed the problem and left. The next day I received a call from their secretary to collect payment for the "service", which I assumed would have been a follow-up call to set an appointment to actually fix my hvac system. Instead she became irritated when I asked what the charges were for and stated she's not an HVAC technician and if I wanted to know what this company was billing for I should call my home warranty. ASG provided the best quote and service for rerouting my hot water lines. The tech, Krassimir, who was the sole performer did an excellent job at preparing the work areas to keep the floor/carpet protected, keeping the drywall holes to a minimum, and finishing up everything nice and clean. He worked extended hours to get the job done in a day and came back a second time to finish the final touches. I was tight on time and needed the job done asap and the company was able to make some arrangement to start the work in a couple days instead of the first open in a week. When I needed some breakdown for insurance claim, they provided asap as requested. Communicate was great from start to finish, and customer service was on point. Workmanship was excellent as well. Our kitchen sink has been getting backed up around once a year for the past couple years. Our fault for emptying fat down the drain everyday when we first moved in. Instead of a temporary fix with a drain snake, we finally decided it was time for a hydrojet power wash. We messaged a few different companies for quotes and were shocked at how much some companies wanted. They wanted anywhere from $600-$900 for something that takes minutes. Luckily we stumbled onto Allstate Service Group and they quoted us $350. We said yes and scheduled our appt. The service technician came out and cleaned our drain very quickly. It created a mess of fat in our backyard, but he did a quick clean as best as he could. We are very happy with the service and are happy to have found Allstate. read more

Wow - I am so impressed with Alex (owner) and his team. I'm staying with a friend for the week and after using the bathroom, the dreaded clogged toilet situation happened. You know, the one where you try to frantically unclog the toilet but it only gets worse and you hate to be "that" guest. Well, lucky these are good friends so...Anyway, in my case, the bathtub started filling up, too. *Ensue panic.* After an hour of fruitless attempts with the plunger, hot water, etc. I reached out to several businesses via Yelp. Alex got to me first, offering a flat rate of $225 to unclog the toilet and tub. He said the price would only go up if there were extra issues, like roots choking the pipes. They gave me a timeline of 3:30-6:30 pm but ended up offering to come earlier. They were at the front door at 2 pm. I reached out about 12:30 pm, for context. By the time they arrived, my friends decided to try and solve the issue themselves first. I felt awful canceling when the technician was already there, but he was gracious enough to provide a free consultation and refused any payment. Alex (the owner) was so nice about everything! And the culture of the boss definitely is with the employees too. Rafiq (the tech) and Leslie (Manager?) were all wonderful. We ended up not needing their services but with how the consult went, I am happy to recommend them! Allstate Service Group was assigned to take care of our water damaged master bathroom. We decided to do an upgrade of removing the bathtub and making a large shower since we already had everything opened up. The project appeared to be completed with no issues so we contracted with them to remove a guest bath and turn it into a smaller version of the master bath but without the bench. Once work started we noticed quality issues with the master bath work such as the bench coming loose, loose floor tiles, and grout cracking. We were told the bench would be replaced but they put a band aid on it instead. In the meantime, the work in the guest bath seemed to be going well and on schedule until we were informed that our tiles would take an additional 2 months after initially being told that the materials were procured. I work for a GC and did my own homework and found that materials were available within 2 weeks. All State insisted that Floor & Decor was at fault, yet when I spoke with Floor & Decor they had no record of the order. All State agreed to allow us to choose different tiles to meet the deadline so we found something in the same pattern, except the tiles were hexagon. The installer had trouble with the hexagon shape and the result was skewed tiles. Additionally, the glass installer scraped up multiple tiles in the process of installation. All State sent another company out to repair some of the tiles but there are still quality issues that were never fixed. They stopped returning our calls and texts so we just gave up. Lesson learned. Use this company at your own risk. They over promise and under deliver. read more

We've used this business for plumbing repairs probably 5-6 times during the last 6 years since purchasing our home and were always extremely happy with the results. So happy in fact, that we can't imagine hiring anyone else. No we've had a chance to use them for an A/C repair as when it's gotten cold and we decided to turn on our heater, there was no hot air. As always, they were excellent in communicating to set up the appointment, to notify us when to expect the technician on the day of the appointment and finally when the technician was on the way. The technician arrived within the scheduled time window, quickly found the issue and very patiently explained it to me. Once I accepted the estimate, the repair was completed the next day and our heater has been trouble-free since. Let's start this review right since everything from beginning to end was right! Last night 02/27/20 I noticed I had no hot water, put in a work order at 23:00(11pm) for someone to come take a look at what was going on. Received a call from AllState service group today 02/28/20 at 8am today and of course I was asleep lol Called me back just to find out they had an appt for me between 1500-1900(3-7pm) They called me at around 12:52pm to lmk service tech was ahead of schedule and wanted to come by early if possible(of course YES) I said! He arrived 25 min later. Vladimir was his name, really nice friendly guy, came in and noticed right away what the problem was, an internal water leak, unit has to be replaced(I was thinking oh well no hot water til Monday at least... ugh) To my surprise Vladimir made some phone calls talked to some people and few min later said if I get approved I'll be back still TODAY! I was like whaaaaaaat? Really? He said if not today I'll be back tomorrow. I was like damn this guy is on the money He left and said I'll be in touch, just waiting approval from the warranty company. So happy we just finished replacing and installing our new WATER HEATER! Our old water heater started leaking and flooded our garage! Having not knowing anyone in Las Vegas and not renewing our Home Warranty we reached out to 12 different businesses and ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP was the best! We had a major company come out to estimate and they gave us the run around and wanted to do extra work and cost A LOT more. Another company wanted to charge $89 to estimate, we drove to Lowes and Home Depot and they were $600-1000+ over and had a long list of extra products. On top of that ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP saw our old Water Heater was a 80 gallon and told us it was too big and not needed for our type of home and family, so they found a 50 gallon and it saved us $1000 instead of trying to sell us the bigger water heater. Forgot to mention our home is 3-stories and 4 bathrooms! They figured it all out and got us the best brand/deal within our budget. ALLSTATE SERVICE GROUP was the best pricing and the service made us feel comfortable ALEXANDER the Owner messaged me right away and gave me a complete breakdown in pricing, service, warranty. His customer service was amazing. We then spoke to a WALTER and he helped scheduled us and took our payment and allowed us different payment options, schedule dates, timing. They arrived the very next morning since I had called them late in the evening. I even received a text message with a dispatch tracking map like Google Maps to see exactly where the technicians were at and could call if I wanted to! They did not waste any of my time. STEVEN - one of the technicians called me to let me know he was on his way and within 15 minutes he arrived to install our safety disconnect box, he did an excellent job explaining and showing us incase of an emergency. He kept everything clean and did great work. Very good service KRASSIMIR - The technician to install the WATER HEATER arrived shortly after. He explained to us the job, brought all the proper tools, kept our entire garage clean and we stood and watched his incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He made sure everything was proper and we watched how much work it takes to do this! He showed us our water supply turn off, explained emergency draining. He then tested our water and within the hour we had HOT WATER again. He really helped out our family. At the beginning and the end of the service I received a detailed email receipt as well as a hard copy receipt, so I felt reinsured all costs were in writting. Never been so impressed with a company in my life. For starters, They don't pressure you for contact information or anything else that lures you into a commitment before you are ready. They let you send them photos and videos via email while all other companies I spoke too only would lure me with a "consultation" that came with a fee but it would be waived if I agreed to the service on the spot. Alex (who is an extremely patient man) took the stress out of it by allowing me to have the answers I was looking for immediately without any attachment. I also misunderstood what I really needed done and once he saw the videos he told me I actually needed less work for less money than he originally thought. (I thought I had to cut a hole in my wall to replace the shower valve but really it was just the cartridge that needed replaced). The honesty is something that will keep me using this company with ANY plumbing issues I have. When the technician came by he was efficient and I've been using my shower now for several days with zero issues. After using it for 4 months in my new home and having a "screaming" problem, I can now relax in a calm place which is so necessary in my life. This place is a joke , i had a water main leak and it took them 2 weeks to come out and then the guy walks around my yard and says he has to call out a Specialist, which then he leaves and the Specialist is scheduled out a week in a half later .. when I call them they say they are waiting for the report in where the leak is . I have used Allstate Service Group prior to this experience and it was great. This time unfortunately there is a major leak in my home that I called to get help with. First thing on Wednesday I called and the receptionist sent me to their "sister company". When the technician from their sister company called me he said that he would be out sometime on Thursday. I was hesitant because water was running down the walls in my bathroom but because Allstate did a good job for me before I trusted them. I asked the tech from the service company if I could call him back if it got worse before he came out because i was worried about the bubbling on the wall and the water leaking. He was very nice on the phone and said "sure, no problem". Thursday I waited around all day waiting for the tech to call or show up and nothing.. no call no show and now the problem is so much worse. I needed a new kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal splash guard installed in my kitchen. I called a couple of different plumbers based on their Yelp reviews and got some estimates that I thought were really high. I contacted Allstate Service Group and they quoted me $175 for the faucet and $50 for the splash guard without even coming out to the house. Since the price was less than half of what I was getting quoted from others, I decided to just go for it. They showed up at the agreed-upon date and time, and installed the new faucet and splash guard with no problem. The service technician even noted it was kind of a difficult install because he had very little space to work with, but did a great job! I would totally use these guys again as their price was more than reasonable, and their service was excellent ! I requested a quote through Yelp which rendered a couple of comparable quotes. Unsure with what was wrong with my A/C unit, AllState was able to come the soonest (2 days from the quote day-Saturday). Miguel came by and initially assessed that the freon level was basically zero so we agreed to a fill per pound + 1hr labor. After filling, Miguel concluded that there was a restriction that was preventing the cold air from going through the system so he suggest a system flush/evaporator with nitrogen for just under $300. For less than $500 the house is cooling again. Miguel wore mask the entire time and was around for 2-3 hours to complete the job. I did phone another HVAC company when Miguel suggested a flush to fix the restriction, although the other company came in more than half of the price, I deduced the difference and another hassle to reassess the issue to ensure that the competing quote is the same as what Allstate was recommending to fix the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Allstate team for future HVAC issues that needs to be addressed. Although I don't believe he actually checked temp difference between supply and return vents. read more

Requested a quote through yelp for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. Allstate responded promptly and gave me an estimate of $175 to clear the line after I submitted some pictures of the problem drain. Krassimir was my service tech and he was on time. An electric snake was used to clear the line but unfortunately it wasn't able to navigate through some of the fittings and got stuck, upon retrieval of the snake it got hung up and the head broke off inside the line. It was decided that hydro jetting the line was the next option since there was a lot of grease build up and perhaps the hydro jet would push out the snake head. After the hydro jet my drain was no longer slow. I was charged hydro jetting service instead of the snake service which was $350, I was fine with that since the line had a lot of built up grease and needed the hydro jet. I only wished that the hydrojet was used from the beginning since there was evidence of heavy build up. Now the tech will have to come back out for a follow up service to camera the lines to confirm the snake head is no longer in the system.....I will provide an update once that is complete. Note - per Krassimir, run lots of hot water and dish soap down the drain to help prevent grease build up. read more
