I took my son for a birthday gift. I made reservations over the phone when I arrived I was asked to pre -pay and pay for tip as well. I paid by card and they charged me extra for using my card. In the end it was not a deal. The happy hour deal is cash only except they don't tell you when you book over the phone. When she was done I went to pay the lady her tip in cash she said that it wasn't enough and demanded more money and she chased my son out the door for more money. They are pushy and rude with the money. I gave her a 15 percent tip. I was going to use my card but after that I just wanted to leave. Did not know any techniques and spoke little or no English. Didn't massage my arms and legs until I asked him to do so. He knew one stroke and repeated this for an hr. The deep tissue massage was well done but it was the strangest massage I've ever had. I was undressed and there was no blanket covering me at all, I was totally exposed. Very intense rubbing but just my back, arms and legs. I was never asked to turn over and in the end the therapist climbed on my back and used elbows and knees to dig in deep. That was odd. i got a one hour full body massage at this place today by a woman named Lulu. she did not speak much English but had a translation app open in her phone the whole time so we could communicate. it was one of the best massages if not the best massage I've ever had! she really worked on every knot and wherever I pointed to she spent extra time on. she was also very pleasant as well. the only criticism I have is her phone would ring when she would get a message and she would check her message with one hand and continue to massage with the other. it just made the experience a little less relaxing but since I was paying such a good price $31 on Groupon I didn't let it bother me. there is a $10 tip requirement which I didn't mind paying as the price was so low like I said and she was really good with massaging. I would definitely go back! my sister went the same time I did and also got a full body massage and enjoyed it as well. read more
