I took my son for a birthday gift. I made reservations over the phone when I arrived I was asked to pre -pay and pay for tip as well. I paid by card and they charged me extra for using my card. In the end it was not a deal. The happy hour deal is cash only except they don't tell you when you book over the phone. When she was done I went to pay the lady her tip in cash she said that it wasn't enough and demanded more money and she chased my son out the door for more money. They are pushy and rude with the money. I gave her a 15 percent tip. I was going to use my card but after that I just wanted to leave. They should just ask for set price in advance and tell costumers cash only so the costumer knows what to expect in advance. I will not return or recommend anyone back there. read more

The owner never has appointments if you use a Groupon. They make excuse after excuse. The first thing you asked is if you're gonna be cash card or Groupon when you're making an appointment when I find out you have a Groupon they tell you there's no openings very stressful. So I walked down the stairs and I tried to explaining to her that her tip was upstairs in the room that she left me in. It seemed that she understood so I walked out the door and told her thank you I was sitting in my car for a little bit just waiting for it to warm up when I see the woman who did my massage come out and she's holding a phone and she knocks on my car door window and hands me her phone. I was really confused so I just answered the phone and it was the boss or owner of the place. I'm not sure which. She spoke better English, and was essentially trying to tell me that they did a service for me and that they would like a tip for me. I was honestly speechless that they had the audacity to come out to my car knock on my window and tell me that they want a tip. Mind you I have already left a tip. I guess she didn't understand where it was so I told the boss where the tip was and I am never going here again. from the little knowledge I have about massagers. I think she did a pretty good job so I did leave her a pretty decent tip. I don't think they are licensed massage therapists. I didn't see any licenses or certificates in their facility. The male massage therapist didn't know how to do a massage. Did not know any techniques and spoke little or no English. Didn't massage my arms and legs until I asked him to do so. He knew one stroke and repeated this for an hr. I have come to appreciate that they truly feel where you need the knots worked out and go at them vigorously. I like how the spa is laid out and it's Very clean. Everyone was very nice. This was my first visit and the place is very clean and the price was great. A few things, my therapist did not speak English so communicating what I wanted was impossible. The deep tissue massage was well done but it was the strangest massage I've ever had. I was undressed and there was no blanket covering me at all, I was totally exposed. Very intense rubbing but just my back, arms and legs. I was never asked to turn over and in the end the therapist climbed on my back and used elbows and knees to dig in deep. That was odd. I went in for the $35 special which includes 30 minutes of foot reflexology & a 30 minute back massage. Clearly they have no idea what foot reflexology is. i got a one hour full body massage at this place today by a woman named Lulu. she did not speak much English but had a translation app open in her phone the whole time so we could communicate. it was one of the best massages if not the best massage I've ever had! she really worked on every knot and wherever I pointed to she spent extra time on. she was also very pleasant as well. the only criticism I have is her phone would ring when she would get a message and she would check her message with one hand and continue to massage with the other. it just made the experience a little less relaxing but since I was paying such a good price $31 on Groupon I didn't let it bother me. there is a $10 tip requirement which I didn't mind paying as the price was so low like I said and she was really good with massaging.
